Amazing experience. Me and my boyfriend stayed at Il Maggese for two nights and didn’t want to leave. We had a great stay. The owners were very friendly and accommodating (they organised a baby cot and baby seat after we asked them if this would be possible). The pool was great to relax and there's a lot of toys and areas to play.

My husband and I came to visit a dear friend of ours and we discovered a pearl of Tuscany, a farmhouse surrounded by nature with a view of the Val di Chiana. Il torrino farmhouse is a perfect place to stay in Tuscany near Cortona. It is 20 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car from Cortona and has a breathtaking view. Oche Grigie is a very beautiful guest room in an old house restored with taste, elegance and authenticity. Very well located, in the heart of Tuscany. We just finished a family vacation, spending 1 week in the main villa and the studio. Silvia and Francesco were incredibly friendly. The villa was spotless and the pool and grounds were wonderful, especially after a long day touring Tuscany. We highly recommend Fonte Al Vento.

We have stayed at Fonte al Vento for three years in a row, for a reason. The villa is new construction yet looks like it's been there for centuries. The interior is modern and has all of the amenities any traveler would want from AC to a great kitchen to great showers and an ice maker by the pool! The sunset views across the valley are stunning. I can't say enough good things about Fonte al Vento, Silvia, Francesco and Franca! They were the most gracious hosts. Anything we asked of Silvia was done with a smile and a gracious "of course". We had different sets of guests come stay with us while we were there. Cortona is a great town - not too big but big enough to have many dining options. There are many places to visit close by for day trips...

We stayed for 3 weeks in June/July 2017 and I wish we were still there. Our group included 5 couples and the accommodations were fabulous and included all the amenities you could want. The villa is only about 4 years old which means that the AC, bathrooms and all appliances are above and beyond what you would typically get in a villa outside of a small Italian town. Absolutely stunning location. Liisa was very knowledgeable about the history of the property built in 1676 which we found fascinating. We loved the rooms and the views. Very friendly staff who made us very welcome. Just eight people staying which made it very quiet and personal.

We were there for wine tasting which was amazing! Food and wine were very delicious. Service very kind. Beautiful Villa with amazing Tuscany view was like cherry on top of the cake for our lunch!

Very nice and small hotel with an amazing view. The rooms were spacious and the furniture mostly high quality. The bath and the rest of the room was spotless and very clean. The breakfast is served and there is no buffet, but the quality is very good. There are a few small things that can be improved, like the amount of Sun-beds around the Pool and the availability of shade giving trees, or umbrellas...

We stopped at Villa Loggio for lunch and wine tasting and it was perfect. The food is wonderful, the wine was absolutely delicious and our host Julia was great. The Chardonnay especially is fantastic. The villa seems to be an absolutely ideal location for the views of Cortona and the valley. We would highly recommend a stop for lunch here.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Everything I thought a Tuscan vacation would be. First-class service, great views outside, excellent decor.

The B&B is located in a very beautiful area, next to the beautiful hills of Cortona. The apartment we stayed in (app. Mimosa) provides 2 big bedrooms(old Italian style), a kitchen, a living room, and two full bathrooms.(and air condition) You also get a private table for 6 in the garden of the B&B. There is no breakfast but it is easy to prep a breakfast with food from the nearby supermarket. The pool...

So, the stars are all for the location. The place is beautiful, green, pleasant. Our mini apartment was equipped with everything but hot water! We pointed out the problem from the first day, communicating it to someone in the structure thanks to a chance meeting but in the following days it was impossible to contact anyone by phone or even turning to the structure. Moral: 4 days without hot water in...

Visted villa serenella. Charming location, nice bedroom. Great view of the surrendings. Pool in the garden and very peaceful. Near the city of Cortona which is also a delight to visit.

Three room family run place. Room had a queen bead and private updated bath. Shower was small corner shower typical. Nice view out the window. Very quiet at night. 3rd floor, steep stairs, and no lights coming in at night. I would definitelystay here again

Stayed for a week here in Cortona lots of steps as the 3 rooms are up top.Small room good ensuite. Breakfast is meant to be included for some reason mine wasn't mid week.Hosts are delightful and helpful.location is good not far from car park (which has escalator up to village) but travel light.

Excellent location in the center, beautiful historic building well kept. Nice clean rooms with ensuite bathroom. Quality breakfast, but with little variety. Courteous and kind owners. Full physical skill required for the stairs to go to get to the room.

Carola was a lovely host who went out of her way to accommodate us. Plus the swimming pool was fabulous. And the surroundings and walks were beautiful and Cortona was very near. Our accommodation was very spacious and well equipped and clean.
