Beautiful place 'by the book'. Magnificent view over the Tuscan hills. Very pleasant and hospitable reception. At the pool, each apartment has its own predetermined spot. As a result, laying a towel is not an issue. In the hot summer months, however, the air conditioning must be charged per hour of use at 1 euro / hour. However, this was not sufficient for our apartment if it is switched on 24 hours...

It's a wonderful place to spend a few days. Cool, quiet, peaceful and with a breathtaking view that doesn't hurt! The hostess is also very kind and easy-going and keeps everything perfectly clean and tidy for the guests!

A house full of life ... home yes because Mrs. Valentina makes you feel at home. Kind, helpful and caring. Comfortable rooms, large rooms and for those who love antiquity it is a museum of memories.

Brdt place to sleep in Cortona. The best and gentle host too.

Very nice swimming pool. The air in the hills is cooler than in the valley even in the heat. The small roads leading to the house were very narrow even for one car, but especially with people coming. With Scorpios, the adjustment brought the grade down.

Beautiful, wide plot with pool. Secluded so no one disturbs. Actually good, but unkempt. Many things (window shutters) show their age. The facility needs to be renewed.

Beautiful historic setting that deserves to be stayed. It dominates the whole of the Valdichiana and most of Cortona. The historic setting is located in the open countryside. For lovers of these things this is the best.

Had a great time here. Room was lovely and was well equipped. Our hosts were amazing and helpful. Great location with a stunning view of Cortona. Swimming pool was excellent and even the donkeys were friendly. Would strongly recommend this place for a holiday in Tuscany, so easy to reach the places to see and lots going on locally.

Stay from the 14th to the 21st of July. We spent a magical week, Tranquilitée, view of Cortona, always clean maintained pool, barbecue overlooking the pool ... Bernardo and Beatrice the owners are exemplary kindness, always available to give the little corners to visit or restaurants as "locanda di GeGe" extra about 6 km from the rental. (think of reserving before). And think of taking anti-mosquito...

Just outside Cortona, 3 minutes by car, an enchanting place surrounded by Cortona's fields. Very kind landlady. Great service. Good breakfast with the products of the B&B.
