A truly wonderful resort for families. Lots of activities for both kids and adults. The view is one of the best for rooms overlooking the Lake. We would definitely go back there if we can. The staff was very friendly, helpful at all times. Absolutely recommend this place.

When we arrived the receptionist told us that he has given us a free room upgrade which was really nice! The room was quite spacious with amazing views from the balcony. As location, it was quiet and close to the center.

For restaurant only: Very good food, only the fish was a little bit to dry. Great view and friendly staff. Only downsides are mosquitoes, you can hear the street but not too loud, and sometimes there was some oil smell but gone quickly.

What can we say-we loved Ca 'Barbini! We planned a road trip to Lake Garda and found this hotel on line. The location was beautiful-in the hillside with a view of the lake. Lake Garda was a 15 minute downhill walk away and about a 40 minute walk uphill back. Perfect location but needs a good refurbishment

Nice 3* hotel. The complex is a bit outdated, but the Italian food is excellent and the breakfast offers all what is needed for a breakfast. Location was good: quiet but a 10 minute walk away from the nice historical centre of Garda.

Feels a bit remote. Reception staff friendly and helpful unlike the restaurant staff. Very little English spoken or understood which unfortunately made things difficult for us as we speak little to no Italian.

Good situation in Garde. It is an older hotel and does need updating. There are two pool s but there is no shallow end so unsuitable for children. The steps on both pools are unstable and not fit for purpose. The staff are good and helpful. I found the meals of a reasonable standard but my partner would have liked more choice. On the whole the hotel was clean and as a good base for our holiday

The service, the location, the rooms and the location just great! Every wish was received, you can really switch off and relax. Whether in the pool, on a lounger in the garden or with a drink on the terrace. It is also not far to the center by car. I have rarely seen such a well run hotel. We will be back !

We had a wonderful stay here at Hotel La Zerla in Bardolino. The high-altitude hotel offers a fabulous view over the area. In about 5 minutes by car you can reach the lake and there are also shops. We were very happy with the cleanliness and facilities. Also the staff is very friendly.

This hotel/hostel is wonderful and if you are looking for a super romantic, cozy, comfortable place, with extremely good taste decoration, and close to grape and olive plantations. The owner is very helpful and friendly, as are all the staff. It was definitely my best stay in Italy. There are bicycles that you can borrow without paying anything extra and it is close to Lake Garda.
