When we arrived the receptionist told us that he has given us a free room upgrade which was really nice! The room was quite spacious with amazing views from the balcony. As location, it was quiet and close to the center.

For restaurant only: Very good food, only the fish was a little bit to dry. Great view and friendly staff. Only downsides are mosquitoes, you can hear the street but not too loud, and sometimes there was some oil smell but gone quickly.

We spent a weekend in this wonderful place, a few meters from the pine forest of San Zeno and not far from some paths for trekking enthusiasts. More than deserves the 5 stars: for the rooms with balcony, for the cleanliness and services offered and for the tranquility of the landscape. Dear owners and staff. When we can we will return for sure.

The view from and the area where Belvedere stands are absolutely gorgeous! Staff is friendly and very helpful, and they have a stunning swimming pool and wellness area. Just lovely.

We really like it here. It is a very pleasant, quiet hotel and great staff. You shouldn't miss the option of half board. The food is fantastic and there is definitely something for everyone. There is always at least one vegetarian dish.

We were quite desperate when we came there - we are a family travelling in a campervan, and could not access the campsite we were meant to stay at. The lady at the counter was unbelievably kind, helped us with everything and made sure we had everything we needed. Such genuine hospitality is rare.

The hotel has seen a lot better days. I am used to upkeep being different in Italy than it is in Germany, but this was something else. What was once a spa is now just decaying away basically. The only selling point it still has is a fantastic view over Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake.

The most astounding views. Limited WiFi but I recommend not to use technology anyway. Inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly staff. Accomodated more for vegans when asked. Cleaners probably didn't need to replace the towels quite so often in the rooms though - just to save on energy.

Good Hotel, the rooms are too tiny for 4 guests, Meal and Breakfast are good and you have much to choose from. It's very quiet here and you don't hear any cars from the street. The Garda-Lake is 20mins to walk away. The servants are nice and helpful.

This was our 4th time staying here and we will stay here again and again if arround the Garda Lake. This family run place is great, very friendly people, great food in the nearly new bar/restaurant on site. Loads of choice for young and old. A big clean pool with space and sunbeds for everybody. Good hotel with an amazing asthetic. There is a swimming pool which looks over lake Garda with a beautiful view. There is also a small astro football pitch which the swimming pool looks over. The cons are that the food here is ok, the hotel is very far from any touristic places and town centres. The walls are also very thin and sound travels easily.

Feels a bit remote. Reception staff friendly and helpful unlike the restaurant staff. Very little English spoken or understood which unfortunately made things difficult for us as we speak little to no Italian.

Not located right in the city center, this family-run hotel has become our favorite in Garda. The customer is king, cleanliness and courtesy are not empty phrases. We have been coming for several years and continue to do so. Approximately 15 minutes walk to city center, slightly downhill.
