Some staff helpful and friendly. More info need regarding booking dinner, staff said I had to wait until 8pm(I missed first sitting) to book, then when I went to reception at 8.03 they said I was to late to book a table. Nice clean hotel and conveniently close to Garda and bus station.

A slightly larger hotel that was quite worn out. You can hear the neighbors' rooms very well and the rooms are quite unattractive. A bit deep pools for children (from 160 cm) and not really clean but still swimmable. Ok hotel for short stays.

Nice 3* hotel. The complex is a bit outdated, but the Italian food is excellent and the breakfast offers all what is needed for a breakfast. Location was good: quiet but a 10 minute walk away from the nice historical centre of Garda.

Feels a bit remote. Reception staff friendly and helpful unlike the restaurant staff. Very little English spoken or understood which unfortunately made things difficult for us as we speak little to no Italian.

Stayed at this place for a couple of nights prior to our flight from Venice. Very quiet, large and beautiful territory with all kinds of sport activities. Just returned from a week at October half term with a teenager. It was colder than expected, we should have taken coats. I don’t understand people and their bad reviews about the hotel. It was amazing the staff so nice and friendly the free shuttle bus was great such a wonderful and pleasant man. A beautiful four star hotel next to lake Garda and near the.entrance to Garda Old Town. Two minutes from the bus and coach station and a 10/15 minutes walk the the ferry jetty with regular ferry service to all of the wonderful lakeside towns. Nice place within close reach to centre of Garda. The restaurant offers dinner and breakfast, but don't get your hopes up, food is average. The sky pool and the sky bar are great, you can enjoy it on a rainy day as well. Rooms are okay, I really liked the music options and Bluetooth connection to the speaker. Overall I liked this place!

Really loved this hotel. It's right in Garda so a great location. Parking is a bit of a walk away but discounted with the hotel (limited parking on site). The staff were always incredibly friendly. Liked this hotel very much. It's right in Garda so great location. Parking is close to the hotel but discounted at the hotel (onsite parking is limited). Great hotel! New and modern rooms, sufficient space. Rooms are clean and tidy. Great breakfast. Staff is kind and helpful. Rooftop pool is great, especially the view. Only min point is the WiFi - in room 206 it was barely working (which turned out to be a great way to disconnect).

We had a fantastic stay at the very charming Hotel Garden. The staff are very friendly and helpful, so you feel very welcome. What can we say-we loved Ca 'Barbini! We planned a road trip to Lake Garda and found this hotel on line. The location was beautiful-in the hillside with a view of the lake. Lake Garda was a 15 minute downhill walk away and about a 40 minute walk uphill back. Very nice hotel with an amazing view of the lake. There are enough loungers by the pool and you have direct access to the lake promenade. The beach is just around the corner. There are enough parking spaces at the hotel. Breakfast is great and the food in the restaurant is very, very good. I can only recommend it.

I'm giving it a 4 because to date it's the best pizza we have had in Garda and also the cheapest funnily enough. It doesn't deserve to go as low as 3. Service was good and generally friendly. It's a bit of a local hangout and got quite loud. The outside area at night would just be amazing with some sensational views and Sunsets.

Excellent stay, super friendly staff, very clean. free parking space directly at the building and a decent pool area. 5min walk to the waterfront. Breakfast is included and therefore totally fine (staff: you might add some fresh vegetables? :) Room to front road was a bit too loud in the morning but equipped with everything one needs.

From the moment we arrived we were made welcome. Our room was spotless and just what we had asked for. The staff are just the best ever, always happy to help and can't do enough for you. The entertainment put on by the manager was first class and a lot of fun. Been to a lot of lovely hotels in Italy but this was by far the best. If I go back to Garda this will be the hotel I book without a doubt.
