I found myself in Cuneo by mistake and late at night, with no battery on my phone and no money. Maximum availability and kindness. Although the hotel is not brand new, it is very clean and well maintained.
Spartan, managed a bit casually.
Friendly and helpful manager but higher prices than the service given.
The one week we only saw him. No cleaning staff no receptionists.. no one else...
The breakfast is not a buffet, a real shame, you have to ask the owner what to eat directly at the bar.
Clean but very basic rooms.
Door locks all to be replaced, noisy plumbing, worn carpet in the corridor of the rooms...

We've booked this hotel for a family short break. We are a family of 5 members. I asked them if they could put the rooms nearby and they did. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. The beds sheets were immaculate, and the mattresses were very nice to sleep on. We slept like babies!!
We had complementary bottles of water.
The breakfast buffet was very well served with a variety of food...
A little bit further from the city centre, but very nice hotel. They let me to keep my bike in the room 🚲

I was a passing visitor for forced motives and entered to ask for a favour - being an outsider the first contact was rather cold, they did not fully reject me, but I felt a little like a second-rate citizen, and was given some typical COVID excuses.
The hotel partially tried to help me, but I can't say the attention was good or excellent - specially when comparing...

Lovely welcome, very friendly chap behind reception, gave us water and showed us points of interest on the map.
The room wasn't quite ready so we left our bags and explored - what a fascinating place and so spacious - the main square is enormous! Lots of covered walkways, nice bars and a little solar powered fernicular down to the park where there was a free music concert.

The location was perfect, right on the corner of Via Roma and the Piazza Galimberti. The large room is comfortable. The bathroom clean, with everything working. All tastefully decorated. The owners are probably the nicest of people you may meet in Italy.

I arrived around 10pm after work and had to go to a wedding .. it was the only facility available to check in at that time.
In the morning I had to leave around 7 for work and breakfast was ready.
Excellent availability and not to mention the room .. splendid .. large and welcoming.
If I go back I will definitely book here ...

We stayed 2 nights in this B&B believing we had a simple room and instead discovered a beautiful mini apartment! Immersed in the greenery inside the river park! Thanks for the hospitality and affection of Tina and Lilly ... the protagonists of Casa Marvita! Valentina and Davide from Genoa.

It feels like entering a private oasis. when the magical carpenter owner showed us the mini apartment with great attention to detail, I was amazed !!! and then discover that he is the creator of all this wonder for the eyes and the scent of wood in the furnishings ... Cheap and simple place. In a horse ranch in a rural area. You can relax and see some animals (piedmont cows, Argentinian horses, hens). Quiet. The bed was ok. Blind in the window. Very clean, great location if you have buisiness outside the center of Cuneo, 5min drive from industrial area and 5min drive from center. Very friendly personel, indoor parking, recomended for those who have a car.
Nice accommodation with a spacious room. Location to the city was ok. About 15 minutes on foot. Breakfast was good. room clean.
Semi-new structure surrounded by greenery 5 minutes from the center of Cuneo. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is excellent and plentiful. They left cleaning to be desired, we found dust under the beds and snack papers in the closet. Covered garage available for a fee only. Even for animals there is a supplement of 5 or 10 euros depending on the size. Important: they do not accept credit cards...
Welcome, courtesy and cleanliness. There are already three good reasons, moreover the structure is really beautiful, a large garden and not just a large covered garage.
Nice and comfortable rooms, large underground parking. Breakfast of excellent quality above average.
Only air conditioning is missing, even if the ceiling fans do their job.
Slightly out of the way from the center, it requires the use of a vehicle for each transport
