Nice hotl in center of Cuneo with a lot of possibilities around. Personal is always smiling and ready to kindly help you with any yours questions. Rooms little bit old looking equipped bit still pretty nice. Breakfast with a lot of choices for every kind of taste.

The Best Western in Cuneo was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had staying in a hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathrooms were well-stocked, and very clean. The breakfast selection was expansive, and every food option available was always spectacular. The staff at this hotel were some of the most friendly, cordial, and professional people. The manager in charge of the breakfast station was very sweet, always checking in if I needed anything, and would personally me a Cappuccino upon request. The receptionists were always friendly, and acted swiftly to ensure any of my concerns were addressed. For example, I was having issues finding a hotel for the next part of my journey. The receptionist at that time went out of her way to search hotels near my destination, speak to them herself, give her own opinion on the hotels, and helped me make the reservation. I’m sure she had several other things to do then, but the fact that she was willing to help me out so thoroughly helped me realize what “customer service” is. What could have been a very stressful moment was greatly assuaged by the dedicated and resourcefulness of the staff. In short, I couldn’t recommend a better hotel in Cuneo to stay at.

Second time here and still as great as ever. The owner is a delight, room was fabulous and the situation is perfect. Thank you. We will be seeing you again.

My wife and I were in town for the weekend for a wedding and we stayed in this hotel The hotel is very conveniently located (straight in the centre). The rooms are nice and clean. There's a safe in the room, which is good. The bathroom was clean too and they provide some basic toiletries. Breakfast was not included in our room but we still had it one morning and paid 7 Euro per person. There's quite a bit of choice of cakes and savouries but even around the hotel there are plenty of bars and cafes. The staff were pretty friendly so I would recommend this hotel overall.

The hotel owner are really welcoming and helpful. It's a small lovely hotel in the city centrum, walking distance to shopping malls and activities.

Fantastic hotel. Super friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing. Incredible value for money - they need to double the cost of the breakfast in my opinion. I would happily pay it. Rooms very clean. Great facilities. Good parking. Can’t recommend highly enough thank you.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Cuneo! The staff is super kind, the breakfast is lovely they make
homemade cakes and have a huge variety! I was mostly impressed that the breakfast was super clean respecting COVID-19 rules. The rooms are modern and very clean. Is three minutes walk from the centre

Nice place and location. Cheap and delicious breakfast. The employees where nice. A parking lot is at 2-3 min of walking.

Feels brand new but with cute 1930s motifs. Splendid young man on reception and enjoyable breakfast perfectly managed by very competent lady. No problems at all if you only speak English. The town is also nice.
