Spartan, managed a bit casually.
Friendly and helpful manager but higher prices than the service given.
The one week we only saw him. No cleaning staff no receptionists.. no one else...
The breakfast is not a buffet, a real shame, you have to ask the owner what to eat directly at the bar.
Clean but very basic rooms.
Door locks all to be replaced, noisy plumbing, worn carpet in the corridor of the rooms.
The hotel is located in an old 70s building on the first floor, early in the morning you can hear an uninterrupted noise for hours coming from the floor above.
No additional services, minibar empty and switched off on arrival. There is almost never anyone in the reception if you want to talk to the owner you have to call him on his cell phone.
All for 75 euros I was a double room per day.
He works right because the hospital is a stone's throw away but a bit of healthy and professional competition wouldn't hurt.

From the renovation the hotel is very welcoming warm, prepared staff spotless rooms, affordable price compared to other hotels to try absolutely highly recommended

I found myself in Cuneo by mistake and late at night, with no battery on my phone and no money. Maximum availability and kindness. Although the hotel is not brand new, it is very clean and well maintained.

It is not possible to categorize a hotel, but a pension. Communicating rooms with a condominium building, entrance on one side and exit on the other. It seems to me more suitable for clandestine couples than for families. Breakfast croissant wrapped in a sheet of newspaper closed in a plastic bag.

And a total disgust I have no words to describe the disservice and I paid 90 € the owner never there and I noticed that he rents rooms to prostitutes I would like to be wrong I'm not sure cmq to avoid
