The hotel is okay but too expensive for what it offers.Many better hotels in the same price range that are more central .Amenities are more of a 2 star.Area is not so safe,nearby train station with sound if trains.Access with 2 elevators is complicated especially for kids and elderly.Second elevator makes weird noises.Staff is friendly.Breakfast very basic with no replenishment.Coffee is not self service and has to be ordered from person at reception.Cleanliness is good in appearance but moldy in corners etc…Area around hotel smells of pee and not very safe at night.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you have no other options.Location,amenities and access definitely not worth the price

The Room was OK but this hotel has not a nice lobby. Not a sofa or chairs to wait for somebody. Very small.
We arrived almost at 1:00 and they made us leave when this small hotel was not full. Besides they put us in the second floor and we had to take 2 elevators to get to our room.
We asked for ice to have a drink and NO ICE in the hotel.
Definitely this is not a 3* hotel
The Room was OK but this hotel has not a nice lobby. Not a sofa or chairs to wait for somebody. Very small.
We arrived almost at 1:00 and they made us leave when this small hotel was not full. Besides they put us in the second floor and we had to take 2 elevators to get to our room.
We asked for ice to have a drink and NO ICE in the hotel.
Definitely this is not a 3* hotel

Prefect If you arrives with the train. Close to the station. Very friendly staff and a very god breakfast. Clean and fresh. As often in Italy, hard beds the only thing a bit negative everything else it super.

Friendly and helpful manager but higher prices than the service given.
The one week we only saw him. No cleaning staff no receptionists.. no one else...
The breakfast is not a buffet, a real shame, you have to ask the owner what to eat directly at the bar.
Clean but very basic rooms.
Door locks all to be replaced, noisy plumbing, worn carpet in the corridor of the rooms.
The hotel is located in an old 70s building on the first floor, early in the morning you can hear an uninterrupted noise for hours coming from the floor above.
No additional services, minibar empty and switched off on arrival. There is almost never anyone in the reception if you want to talk to the owner you have to call him on his cell phone.
All for 75 euros I was a double room per day.
He works right because the hospital is a stone's throw away but a bit of healthy and professional competition wouldn't hurt.

From the renovation the hotel is very welcoming warm, prepared staff spotless rooms, affordable price compared to other hotels to try absolutely highly recommended
