The lake is very close, welcoming people even if they don't speak English are available to tourists, I respect the children, they were very happy every time the train passed, we will definitely come back

It was an authentic Italian experience, in that kind of house from those wonderful small streets, with a nice breakfast, and the biggest plus was the lady who prepared our breakfast, super cool with a nice attitude with the kids, we loved her!

A great find in the town of Dervio in beautiful Como. Ernesto was the perfect host and really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Genuine Italian hospitality at it's best at a very reasonable price

It was fantastic autumn holiday with family in beautiful Como lake. The staff is helpful and very kind. It is located not faraway from the lake. There is a parking space for your car. The breakfast was very delicious.

We already stayed twice and would come around anytime. Nice staff, good breakfast, good rooms.

We were guests of the house of Gabri's heart. The house is beautiful spacious, complete with everything. I liked the idea of ​​leaving books for those who stay there to read. The house is well located, close to all services. The staff and the owner were very kind and very nice, I definitely want to return

Great, friendly place to stay. Breakfast was excellent, beds comfy, impeccably clean throughout out and the owner and staff were perfect hosts. Would highly recommend a stay here. The town of Dervio is also a charming and friendly little retreat.

The view of the hotel is fabulous, the room is super clean and it has a nice interior design, the owner is super friendly and helpful, we have a dog and she even prepare water and snack for our dog in the room, we had a really nice time there, don't miss this lovely place and try it. We had our breakfast in our room and it was great :)

It is a very small, cozy, beautiful place with fantastic scene. If you are comming to lake como never miss this hotel.

Perfect location for romantic vacation!

The location is fantastic, only 10 minutes walk to the beautiful lake and surrounded by mountains. Dervio is the most beautiful village and ideal for exploring lake Como area. The breakfast was really nice with homemade cakes and local produce on offer, delicious and a great start to the day.

This place has one of the best views, the location allows you to explore almost every corner of the lake. There are everything you need to stay at this beautiful resident provided. Everything was super clean and there are enough information provided about attractions and restaurants . We have stayed here during December but I can guess summers would be heavenly here, can’t wait to be back again

I have been in an apartment for work. The apartments are very well finished and the view of the lake is magnificent.

Beautifully positioned on the shores of Lake Como, in a finely cared for residential context. Quiet and reserved environment for a weekend or a holiday away from the city and surrounded by nature. Large solarium gardens and a fantastic swimming pool frame the suite. Highly recommended. Top!

Booked here last minute and so happy I did! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and breakfast was 10/10 and delicious. Close to the bus stop to get to Mennagio, perfect location. The room was comfortable was a/c and amazing view of lake. Highly recommend to stay here if you are coming to Lake Como!

welcoming hotel, modern and clean. Rooms sufficiently roomy with comforatble beds and nicely equipped bathroom with shower. Airconditioning working well. As with many locations around the lake, it is situated close to the main road, hence some noise. Bar and restaurant well equipped. Food good but nothing special. Breakfast well appointed. Staff very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Enjoyed...

I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. It is a family run hotel, where they made you so welcome, they could not do enough for you. All staff were amazing, food was incredible, cleanliness 100%. This hotel should be definitely 4*.
