Mixed feelings about this place. The wine was lovely as was the tiramisu & ravioli, but the mozzarella was cow not buffalo (we are in Italy! 😳) - and the olive oil and balsamic vinegar was served in sachets (bad quality, adds more waste plastic to the planet too) & to top it all they ran out of balsamic vinegar sachets. However, it was quite a cheap meal. Also, some staff were nice, some were rude

Great view of the lake, tasty food, good portions, nice service. After eating once, came back again amd both times were enjoyable.

Perched on the hills over Dongo, it allows beautiful views of lake Como. Chiara, the host, is very attentive and does her best to keep her guests happy.

Nice place with very friendly people. Lovely family hosting in several rooms, separately from their own. Each room has a nice lawn and long chairs where you can spend some time looking around. Garda lake view and surroundi gs are great. Breakfast served with freshly picked fruits and a lot of love

The place is too nice and clean with view on the lake and terrace full of flowers in a very cozy village, the breakfast was very traditional and natural they even provide some walnuts and hazelnuts collected from the forest, the owner are too kind and helpful.

Too much to put into words. From our arrival to our departure we were treated as friends. Wonderful surroundings an ice cold drink on arrival. Top class home made foods cakes jams drinks by our delightful host. Top marks all round. 110% + It was our pleasure to be there. Wanted to stay forever .

Very clean and quiet room despite the central location. Modern bathroom. Despite the heat, the room was pleasantly cool. Aunt Lina is a friendly and attentive elderly lady. Breakfast is good and sufficient, served in a beautiful courtyard with lots of flowers. We felt comfortable and would book here again if we visited Lake Como again. Clean, welcoming place. The owner is friendly and very helpful. He manages to establish a good relationship with the customer right away. I stayed in early July at Aunt Lina's with a friend and another couple of friends for a weekend on the lake. We were really satisfied with the hospitable welcome of Mrs. Lina and her structure: the rooms are all new and renovated, large, quiet and clean. The internal garden where we had breakfast is splendid for a start of the day and Mrs. Lina was very helpful in meeting our needs. I highly recommend...

It is perfect for a Family! We had a great little Easter vacation there. I Loved the details for example that there was some Salt, oil, detergent etc in the Appartement, because i always forget this things 😊

Cozy, elegant, well equipped, excellent parking, placed out of traffic, near the lake, two steps from super and town, great for a relaxing holiday, near tourist resorts and Valtellina, restaurants in the area, I liked it. We will gladly come back

Super accommodation in a quiet place with a view of the mountains! The decor is a bit outdated but everything is very clean. The kitchen is very complete in terms of utensils. There is a nice swimming pool with sunbeds. Nice owner. The center with some restaurants is within walking distance. Watch your rims when entering the Via Alla Poncia road by car as there is a high sidewalk on the right side...

This is s gem of a hotel. Immaculately clean, beautiful pool, the best hotel breakfast we have enjoyed for a long time, friendly staff, small and quiet. Just a short walk to the beautiful little town with plenty of bars and restaurants and access to the boats that open up Lake Como. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful few days.

Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, Super Haus für den preis und eine klasse Lage. Domaso ist jetzt nicht so ein Touristen Ort aber in der Umgebung gibt es sehr viel zu erleben. Man hat keine Nachbarn die einen stören können oder die man selbst stören könnten. Alles Super und gerne wieder.

A beautiful peaceful location. Lots of birds and wildlife. Very spacious gardens including olive grove full of wild flowers as well as spacious lawned areas with shady trees. Good sized and very clean swimming pool with hot and cold shower nearby. Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtful provision throughout the house for what one might need there before having had the chance to go shopping.

The hostess is super friendly and kind. We had delicious breakfast, especially homemade cakes 😍 (chestnut cake was superb). Great location, there's a nice beach close by. Also we were lucky to find a free parking lot very close to the apartments.

We have been here two times already and It's been a great experience for us. Francesca makes the best breakfast with self made yogurt and Tiramisu and she always gives good advice on where to go to. The place is in the center of Gravedona and the beach is only a short walk away. We hope we can come back soon :)

Great stay in the heart of Gravedona. Near several restaurants, supermarkets and the local beach. Francesca is very warm and will make sure your breakfast is on point and the stay is as good as possible

This is the cutest family owned hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Italy. The family is the sweetest and the place is VERY well kept. The room was very clean and breakfast was perfect. The views at this place are incredible. Its the perfect balance of city and lake.

We were staying nearby and used the hotel restaurant many times. We loved the location, excellent value for money and the hosts were so welcoming. Fantastic menu, beautiful setting and we absolutely loved our visits here. Nothing was too much trouble. A definite 5* rating from us. 👍👍

Fantastic experience. The restaurant/hotel is not easy to find…but when you arrive…it’s WOW for the incredible point of view on the lake of Como, for the quality and variety of the food (mainly sea food), for the service….definitely a place to go….FANTASTIC

Very nice view, the room was ok. The food was good unless you order a eur12 smoked salmon and you expect more than three typical slices that look like bought in a plastic box in a supermarket. The service was very accaptable for a middle class, affordable hotel, not much to complain about. I can recommend I the window view is the most important :)

Beautiful view at the small village, value of money

We stayed in room number 6 with a balcony. The views were surreal, it is a absolute gem at the price. We did not have a car but we were easily able to walk to the nearby village of Dorio (25 mins) each day which allowed us to get a train to other nearby villages to explore. The breakfast was fantastic too and staff extremely friendly.

Very nice B&B! Clean, comfy, AMAZING views over Lago di Como and a very nice owner. It's hard to imagine to get this level of quality for a reasonable price. If you plan to stay a day or two in this area, I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfectly located, with direct access to the lake and an additional pool. The view is incredible! Walking distance to Gravedona and Domaso. Breakfast buffet was nice and sufficient. Rooms are good standard, however you won't spend much time in your room, when you're at Lake Como :)

Nice hotel. Swimming pool good. Lovely views of lake Como with access to the shore. Went for a swim in the lake but, be careful, there's a slighty hidden hydro electric power station next door which can suddenly force a strong water current out to the middle of the lake! Easy walk into Gravedonna where boat taxis can be caught. Would have given 5 stars but for my hire car being damaged in the hotel...

The hotel is in a great location, right by the lake. The facilities are new, the rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is also good and there is free parking. The hotel also has a large restaurant and the continental breakfast is also good.

This a fantastic hotel. Very new, spotlessly clean and modern with a lovely outdoor pool. The best part are the staff, very friendly and laid back, nothing too much trouble. Food and drinks are great and reasonably priced. Only down side is they don’t do dinner so you need to walk into town but reception staff happy to book tables for you which I would recommend.

The property is located high up on the mountain above Gravedona, which gives it an unbeatable view of lake Como. Stumbeld upon this jewel while mountainbiking and stayed for a quick lunch and later that day for dinner with friends. The food was just great! And the owner more than friendly and even though they usually close early and all the other guests left hours ago he stayed with us to watch the icehockey final incl overtime and penaltyshooting. Cant say anything about the rooms, but i know i will come come...
