Very nice hotel, very friendky staff. Very unique, built inside tufo caves - very unique experience to spend time on differene underground level, wont find it in any pkace around the world or sicily. Staff is very nice and friendly, the room is very nicely designed and practical. If I am not planning to not use the pool I would stay here again as everything was excellent and the hotel is conveniently located in the center. Great rooms compared to the rest of Favignana, friendly and courteous staff, convenient location, and very useful extra services - such as (paid) packed lunchboxes to take away and (free) shower service for the entire day of the checkout in case one goes to the beach and wants to shower before boarding the ferry. We had a lovely and enjoyable time at Mangia's. The island is a real treasure, with crystal blue waters that are truly mesmerizing. The hotel is situated near one of the most gorgeous spots on the island, Cala Azzurra. The stunning views and serene environment made our stay unforgettable. Beautiful hotel, stunning pool and very friendly staff. Rooms were adequate - clean and spacious, couple with a 4 year old (his bed was in the same area as ours, but spacious enough). Well located within walking distance of city centre, reasonable rooms...but several minuses. They need a star and a half struck off of their four star status. Smelly dirty toilets, mediocre and overpriced food.

Great location (short, easy walk into town), helpful staff (they arranged a shuttle to collect us from the port and a taxi to go to our next location), good setup for travelling with a child, lovely pool, delicious croissants and coffee for breakfast, and nice private balconies.

Would highly recommend. The apartment was great and the staff really helpful and friendly. The apartments are cleaned everyday so you have the best of both world with the space and ability to cook of the apartment but the daily tidy up of a hotel. We stayed the last week of June, booking in February and taking advantage of the early booking discount, with the whole family. Everything was very good. Room was cozy and clean. Location good (we had a motorcycle) just next to the beach. But a bit far from Favignana town. We loved staying there !

Great location and fantastic hospitality. The bungalows are well maintained, clean and nicely furnished with all one needs. We improvised 2 days in Favignana and truly enjoyed staying at Miramare. We rented bikes and snorkeling gear from them. Their permanent barbecues are perfect for a dinner under the woods.

Nice place, the food the crews are very friendly. Most especially the kiteschool easily to reach by walk. The love Beach couple of kilometers away are quietly nice too. I will recommend this place to everyone who wants to learn kiteboarding is the right place to be.

Excellent stay at the Santa Maria Resor. Ideally placed at the centre of the best kitesurf spot of Sicily. Adorable staff, excellent breakfast, solved any issues we had. The only issue is that the wifi is not the most powerful one out there, but still put 5 stars for all the other excellent aspects of this hotel. Special thanks to Cristina for being very helpful.

Nice boutique hotel, well decorated and the location is great in the centre of Marsala. Unfortunately the hospitality was not meet my expectations, the front desk staff didn’t explain anything about the hotel and room services, just handed over the room key and that’s it. Spent a week here in the bath deluxe bedroom. Very nice room would highly recommend this. During our time, the villa hosted multiple weddings that looked stunning. We stayed here for our friends wedding. The whole day was beautiful and magical. We ate amongst the trees, adorned with lights it felt like a film set (Mumma Mia). Delightfully quirky if you stay in one of the ‘bungalows’ which are more like concrete igloos. None of the problems mentioned in other reviews, accommodation was very good. We didn’t have time to sample the numerous facilities, but the bar, dinner and breakfast were fine

The property is beautiful with lush gardens. The room upgraded room had a luxury rain shower. A second room with jacuzzi was attached to our suite.The staff was very helpful, calling taxis for us and reserving excursions. Unfortunately, we booked Monday thru Thursday. The dining room was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. We did dine Monday and the food was excellent.

We stayed here one night with a tour group. Nice hotel but there were no blankets in the room - only a top sheet and only one outlet. The breakfast was ok but no hot eggs or bacon. It is far from the city center and a shuttle or taxi is needed to get there.

Hotel Russo is in the heart of Trapani, very good location and very good price if you book directly on their web site☺️. I got very useful tips at the reception (open 24h) on what to visit and where to eat. The room is a little dated, but very cleaned, with tv, wifi and a coffee machine ☕ at disposal.

I had a great stay at Albergo Russo. Facilities are super clean and include a coffee area and are conveniently First of all I felt very welcomed there and all of my questions were patiently answered. I had lots of sound advice in order to make the most of my trip and could not have had such a wonderful trip without their help. If in Trapani again I would most certainly return there!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and excellent service. I urgently needed somewhere to work whilst on holiday with my family and found this hotel. They offer a €15 per person service to use the pool. The lobby and internet were free which was perfect. A big thank you to Sandra who was managing the reception and helping us and for allowing my daughter to play the piano! Super old fashioned hotel on the port of Marsala. Extremely clean and beautiful restaurant, pool and rooms. The only issue we had was the air-conditioning as our room would not cool - horrendous to sleep in!

The surroundings may not be grand but the extensive gardens and pool suggest a grandeur of a previous era. The room and ensuite were well appointed and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The in-house restaurant served good food and there is a mega grocery store up the street behind the hotel.

About 25 mins walk from old city. On wTerfront but not an attractive location. Plenty of of street parking g. Some roo.s have view of building yard. Those to front better.

Slept here for only one night during our tour in Sicily but would have liked to stay a few more days in this hotel. We found that it was a beautiful place, nice, clean and beautiful furbished...it felt like a palace. Good bed and very quiet at night, had a good sleep here. This is one of the most beautiful hotels, especially rooms, that I have stayed with. The rooms are modern, look new and it all looks spotless. The staff is nice, location really good. The negative aspects that we have encountered were affecting our stay quite a bit though: - the bathroom in the room is separated with the glass, but you can still see a lot and hear nearly everything going on in there...

Highly recommend I have stayed at Palazzo Gatto several times. Front desk staff is kind and helpful, eager to solve any problems. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast buffet, wonderful spa. We were staying in room on 4th floor. The elevator is veeery slow. The room didn’t work with card key. The room was very small for two people. You don’t have a separate bathroom so it’s all in one. Nice hotel located almost next to the sea side. Unfortunately, as majority of old houses in Trapani it has no view other than into flats of people leaving in the opposite building. Therefore, it is very dark in the room due to the curtains. Building is literally squized with nano halls and nano staircase. Amazing place to stay in Trapani. Good prices, nice room (we were in 3 people and had a 2 bedroom apartment). The reception is polite and helpful. To say something, the room decoration could be better… Be aware of the parking places before arriving, the hotel is located in a ZTL area.

Beautiful apartment is an excellent location -close to everything you need, but quiet at night. The host is truly wonderful and gave us many tips for eating around town.

Very, very nice and pleasant staff, helpful and pragmatic. Rooms are of decent size, very well equipped. Cleanliness is overall very good, but there is small room for improvement. Location is excellent and neighbourhood is quite calm and positive.

We had a lovely stay here :) The location is perfect - one street away from the sea and sits above a popular street in the city. We booked very last minute and got a great room and quick service.
