We stopped here to charge the car and could not fault the amazing staff. They were kind with our puppy, we bought food and I'm leaving they have us complimentary water..I have stayed at a lot of uk Hamptons ( a lot!) and this felt like home because of the service . I recommend it as a destination. Thanks guys!

I stayed in this hotel two weeks ago for work. I had been missing relaxation since last year, but I found it to be as clean and better than before as the rooms were clean and equipped with every comfort, a plentiful breakfast and Sara's kindness and helpfulness were always unparalleled. I highly recommend it!

Hotel with an excellent location for a stopover during long trips and or for a holiday in Rome. Very courteous and prepared staff. Large free parking. Clean and soundproofed rooms. Abundant breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Hampton by Hilton Rome North Fiano Romano was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety. Convenient location for drivers with easy access to Rome. Great value – would definitely stay again!

It is 50 kilometers away from Rome. There are many Chinese people driving by themselves. It is quite standard and not much different from the Huanpeng in China. The only difference is that the waiter opened the door when I was still asleep in the morning, and then closed it again.

The air conditioner didn't work and there was visible mold. The elevator worked the first day and was out of service the next. There was a safe and fridge in our room. The service was good.

Posizione ideale per chi viaggia in auto parcheggio all’interno della struttura ed a pochi chilometri dal casello dell’autostrada Roma nord quindi perfetto per una sosta notturna senza allontanarsi troppo dall’autostrada per poi proseguire nuovamente

Collazione molto buona e curata. Personale molto gentile! Siamo andate a fare colazione di domenica, dolce /salato come piace a noi per festeggiare nostri compleanni! Peccato abito vicino, sennò ci andrei per vacanza! A chi come me, piace più di tutto la colazione in calma e completa quando è in vacanza, ed è vicino Roma.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per il cenone di capodanno. Albergo in zona tranquilla e silenzosa, in ottima posizione per visitare Roma e dintorni nonché l'Umbria e la bassa Toscana, trovandosi a poca distanza dall'autostrada Roma - Firenze. Stanze confortevoli e pulite, personale cordiale e competente. Ottima la colazione ed il ristorante.

I loved my visit here! Fiano Romano is an ideal spot for stopping on the busy A1 autostrada, and this hotel is very convenient for that. It's friendly and welcoming (to both me and my dog), the room I was assigned was fantastic (huge and comfortable, with a tea-coffee making corner) and there was a welcome gift for both canine and human waiting upon arrival. Wi-Fi was good and the breakfast delicious...

For Rome, Europe, this is just a super option! For its price, it's just perfect! Pool, clean houses, all amenities, a full set of dishes and equipment, greenery around, parking right next to the house for a rented car! Cool! I recommend it to everyone!

My girlfriend and I are traveling around Italy, and we were lucky to make a short but wonderful stop. we didjnt stay long but we absolutely loved the tranquility of the place. It was the perfect spot to rest and get a good night's sleep before continuing our adventure. I recently stayed at I Pini for a while with my daughter to explore Rome, and we had an amazing experience. The location is perfect for those wanting to visit Rome but also enjoy a peaceful and natural environment, the facilities were excellent, and the animation team kept us entertained. It was great, easily accessible by car, you can park right in front of the accommodation. There is a private terrace with the accommodation which is very pleasant. The staff is welcoming and patient ^^

Nice organized and well-maintained village, large and very beautiful swimming pools, good cleanliness although it could be improved further, the only small flaw are the prices in the bar and restaurant a little above average. However highly recommended.

The structure of the b & b is a well-kept villa in a strategic position, near the exit of the motorway that connects it in just 20 minutes from Rome. Location with ample parking, and veranda which leads to the very welcoming and atmospheric garden. The owner Roberto, a courteous and helpful person, made our stay even more pleasant. The owners are welcoming, the house is very nice, rooms kept well for charity but for what I paid for myself and my colleagues we saw the same things for three days in a row at breakfast. Something more can be done. The dogs that are in front of us are barking all night maybe it happened by chance, this is what I expected more for breakfast. Nothing salty or fruit. So it's easy to win.

Charming place, very well finished house in a country chic style. Very friendly hosts, generous breakfast. Near Rome but in the countryside. The only drawback is that the town of Fiano has no real identity and risks being in an anonymous suburb of the capital.

I regret of spending only a night at this lovely and quiet B&B. The owners Stefano and Elisabetta were incredibly helpful and the room was very clean and very well organized. The bed was super comfy as well. I will be back and I recommend it for a lovely, unique and peaceful stay!

After a decidedly pleasant weekend in a simple but warm, welcoming, clean and quiet environment. The owner, a helpful, discreet, friendly person, was ready to fulfill our every request. Ample parking. Three minutes from the motorway and 10 minutes from the center of Fiano Romano with all the amenities nearby .... shopping center, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias. In short, I recommend it.

A very welcoming environment with a beautiful garden that acts as a terrace with a beautiful view. The owners are very hospitable and kind and present for the client in all circumstances. Breakfast is rich and well served. In short, this is a true English B&B, respecting the canons that found this kind of hospitality. Congratulations!
