Hotels in Fiano Romano

I had been on a school trip, so I spent three nights there, and I was very pleased. The rooms are spacious, clean, provided with everything I needed. The balconies are spacious as well. The staff was very kind and cooperative. The only thing I could complain about is dinner, but I guess it's a matter of taste.

Bathroom needs to be cleaner, but beds perfectly comfortable.

The air conditioner didn't work and there was visible mold. The elevator worked the first day and was out of service the next. There was a safe and fridge in our room. The service was good.

I loved my visit here! Fiano Romano is an ideal spot for stopping on the busy A1 autostrada, and this hotel is very convenient for that. It's friendly and welcoming (to both me and my dog), the room I was assigned was fantastic (huge and comfortable, with a tea-coffee making corner) and there was a welcome gift for both canine and human waiting upon arrival. Wi-Fi was good and the breakfast delicious...

An amazing hotel located on the A1 highway, northbound just outside the ring of Rome. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel has an own restaurant offering delicious dishes of Roman culinary tradition. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, a big garden and car park. Prices are fair and personnel is kind and always available.

Generally an 'ok' experience for rooms, service, etc. Images shown on Google maps are a bit misleading though, the pool area was nice (though not as well kept as shown in the images), the rest of the place was pretty much a textbook 3-star motel.

I was very happy with my stay in the hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. What I want to highlight and provide as an example is that Claudia from the staff of the Hotel is amazing. She really helped me and my family out with a last minute request to arrange an appointment for a hairdresser/make-up in Fiano Romano. This really means a lot, as we were in a difficult scheduling situation...

Got lost no way back to the place I was staying. The receptionist with blond hair that spoke English(didn't get her name)was so nice and helpfull!!! She managed to get me a car to drive me the next day to the place I was staying. I loved the service and the hospitality! Thank you again for helping me! The hotel rooms are great!

I stayed here for a month (business) and I had a lovely time. I initially thought it wasn't that well located, but a nearby circular cycle path (the red one, I went for runs on it - 7.5k, if you're interested) soon put that thought to bed. Excellent hotel Check-in: Smooth and very fast. I had reserved a room for us, so after giving my name they only asked for copies of our passports, we got the key and the information that the breakfast was between 06 and 10. Seldom have I experienced such speed at check-in anywhere in the world. Our room: We got a very big room with 3 beds, a safe, TV and A/C. The bathroom was also big and very nice...

Quite good hotel. 30 km from Rome, by car it's very easy to reach the structure. Just near the exit Fiano Romano. Rooms are not very big but the receptionists are kind and nice.

Quiet, relaxing place, surrounded by greenery and nature of the Sabine countryside but still equipped with modern comforts such as WiFi, air conditioning and more, just ask!

Little villa surrounded by greenery in a well-kept garden, we arrived around 9.00 pm and the owner, who was absolutely exquisite, welcomed us to our request for information on where to eat something did not hesitate to present herself with a basket of food, vegetable pasta fresh and the chicken coop eggs freshly harvested ... rare generosity and kindness...

Wonderful structure Mrs. Francesca there owns a fantastic person kind and friendly advice to all. We were there 3 days and I can tell you that we had a great time the place is lovely.

A very welcoming environment with a beautiful garden that acts as a terrace with a beautiful view. The owners are very hospitable and kind and present for the client in all circumstances. Breakfast is rich and well served. In short, this is a true English B&B, respecting the canons that found this kind of hospitality. Congratulations!

We've just come back from a week on the park. We had 3 teenagers with us and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The park is clean. The staff is friendly. It's the perfect base for exploring Rome. The pools are great for a day of chilling and doing nothing, plenty of space. The pool bar is great for a light bite and refreshments. There was entertainment every evening which caters for everyone. Great place to get out of the city (Fiano Romano) wihout actually leaving. Once you enter here it looks and feel like being in a camping at the beach, far away from Fiano. The pools are great for kids, covered by a soft blanket and low water. There are nice water slides as well. The bungalows are comfortable and look very good, submerged within the trees.

I've been abroad for years, and I must say, this place is prefect for anyone who prefers a quiet getaway in the Rome area. Highly recommend this place. Peaceful, tranquil, beautiful, and the scenery is spectacular. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Shops are nearby and free shuttle bus to it is just an added bonus. Housing was ok. Human company people where great for the kids. Also very good entertainment for the kids and a nice swimming pool arena. To bad that especially the woman at the pool bar is very unfriendly against tourists. *corrected* There seems to be confusion about the parc rules, the rules on paper state 22:00 closing for cars. Had a great 10 day stay. Perfect for a family get away. The staff are fantastic, especially Greg who organises entertainment. Great pool for young kids. Plenty of choice in the restaurant. They offer a free shuttle bus to the local village 10 mins away. On site shop with plenty to choose from. Bring mosquito spray though.😁

Great family holiday. The staff are warm and welcoming. As for Greg and his animation team, I've never seen a team who work as hard at making your style fun. Highly recommend a stay here, a great location for visiting Rome, we also managed a visit to Pompei as we had the car with us.

Charming place, very well finished house in a country chic style. Very friendly hosts, generous breakfast. Near Rome but in the countryside. The only drawback is that the town of Fiano has no real identity and risks being in an anonymous suburb of the capital.

The structure of the b & b is a well-kept villa in a strategic position, near the exit of the motorway that connects it in just 20 minutes from Rome. Location with ample parking, and veranda which leads to the very welcoming and atmospheric garden. The owner Roberto, a courteous and helpful person, made our stay even more pleasant. The owners are welcoming, the house is very nice, rooms kept well for charity but for what I paid for myself and my colleagues we saw the same things for three days in a row at breakfast. Something more can be done. The dogs that are in front of us are barking all night maybe it happened by chance, this is what I expected more for breakfast. Nothing salty or fruit. So it's easy to win.

After a decidedly pleasant weekend in a simple but warm, welcoming, clean and quiet environment. The owner, a helpful, discreet, friendly person, was ready to fulfill our every request. Ample parking. Three minutes from the motorway and 10 minutes from the center of Fiano Romano with all the amenities nearby .... shopping center, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias. In short, I recommend it.

Excellent location inside the courtyard of the Fiano Romano castle. Clean rooms with furnishings that recall the old mansion but can be improved. Fair costs. Excellent welcome and availability of the property. I always go back willingly.

I regret of spending only a night at this lovely and quiet B&B. The owners Stefano and Elisabetta were incredibly helpful and the room was very clean and very well organized. The bed was super comfy as well. I will be back and I recommend it for a lovely, unique and peaceful stay!

Only one thing, must visit this place you can feel like a king of the castle.... :)
