Best Western Park Hotel Roma Nord

The staff was rly kind and nice, but this was the only plus. We arrived at 16:30, checked in, got our keys for the room and we found a room, which was still not fixed after the last guests... we had to wait with the luggage back at the lobby until they clean it. We went back and found out, that the window couldn't close properly and could even hear the wind passing through it... They gave us another room, which was already clean and ready. Ironically we could get it at the beginning... Water in the shower had low pressure and was just a bit warm too. Even if the staff was very helpful and kind, still this hotel is not worth the money at all. Location is quiet, but around it is like in a post apocalyptic movie...

I went with a tour group. I booked 2 beds. They gave me one bed and then a fold up bed. When I asked for 2 full beds, Stephan was upset and wanted to charge me extra. The tour guide then offered to change rooms with me. Stephan then gave the guide another large room because he did not want to upset the tour operator. He had a very arrogant attitude. Toilet does not flush properly. Run down property.
