Schwarzer Adler

we travel a lot, and I can honestly say that in our decades of international travel, this hotel experience tops the list in terms of service. It's been years since we stayed in a hotel where ALL of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. These days, this is something which is sadly not common anymore! the bartender & waiter even had our room number and allergens memorized, they offered me an alternative dessert last night which I really appreciated so much. This hotel goes above and beyond to create a positive experience for their guests, and that is really worth gold! Other hotels should send their staff here for training :) (really!)

The entire place is immaculately clean, the dinner was actually very good and the wine list was superb! we even detoured past one of the wineries to get 2 cases of wine on the way home.

We stayed in the winter time, but we can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the rooftop and the garden and the nearby trails in the sunshine. We never stay in the same place twice (we like to discover new things) but this hotel is one of the few places we would definitely return to!

FANTASTIC!!! The unbelievable food, service, scenery, and location at the foot of Alpe di Siusi made our stay at Hotel Schwarzer Adler the pinnacle of our vacation! We had the half board package and enjoyed amazing breakfast and dinners every day. The saltwater pool and drinks in the lounge were perfect endings to mind-blowing hikes in The Dolomites. The kindness and hospitality from Claudia, Patricia, and the dining staff was incredible. Can't recommend this place enough!

Susie's whole town is fascinating. The Schwarzer Adler Hotel deserves special mention. This family run hotel is elegant, welcoming, very clean and adheres to COVID-19 regulations. In addition, he offers daily suggestions for initiatives in the area, organizes trips several times a week and pampers guests in every possible way. Special mention to the kitchen, truly excellent. An original and well thought out menu with a good selection of local and non-local wines. It's really a shame to leave!

My stay at this hotel was great! Very nice staff, excellent restaurant with interesting offers, new beautiful indoor pool. The hotel is decorated in a classic/traditional style and looks very good... everything is in its place and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. We really appreciated the services offered: starting with the rooms, which are equipped with body lotion, umbrella, bottle of water, spa kit and a small gift for guests; mention also breakfast with typical local products and snacks; the possibility of free excursions with the hotel owner; card for free travel on buses and trains in South Tyrol; wellness center with many books and herbal teas. In short, everything about this hotel has been thought through to the smallest detail and you feel truly pampered. Congratulations, we will definitely be back!

Clean rooms with breathtaking views, great food, very nice sauna and pool & good location!

A nice hotel has become even better with an indoor pool and relax area to spend some time after walking in the beautiful Dolomiti mountains. This is a family owned hotel close to to the centre of Siusi and in walking distance from the cablecar to Alpe di Siusi. A perfect place to stay stay in all seasons. Excellent breakfasts and dinners!
