Reception staff were patient friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nothing was a problem. Would love to come back one day and would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

Excellent customer service, these guys knows how to treat their customers properly The location is something unique if you are lucky enough you can get the sea view room, the beach is amazing, clear water and not too much crowded. Clean cozy apartment with fully equipped kitchen. During our staying all was fine. But had a place troubles with WI-FI. During booking I selected apartment with full-size balcony, but in fact we got apartment with small balcony. Hotel located in the pedestrian area, so private parking located in 10 min walking distance.

room was big, had all the equipment required and had a lovely view of the beach. although there was no room service which was a let down.

Nice family run hotel, straight on the beach, with a decent breakfast

We intended to stay only one night but in the end we stayed three. The hotel is unique by Its location right in front of tbe beach and promenades. The staff Is very nice helpfhul And friendly especially Roberta the cleaning lady. And delicious breakfast! Yammi . We can happily recommend it.

Stopped here to read the paper and we were charged 6 euros for a can of coca cola and a can of iced tea!!! Waiter was nice and setting is retro and pleasant but felt really ripped off!

Amazing hotel altogether! Arriving to the hotel was easy, there is a small space in front of the hotel for unpacking the car, in which the bellhop helped us. For people traveling by car, the hotel has a garage which is 20 euros/night and a outdoor parking space for 15 euros/night. There is also a free parking lot about 1 kilometer away. Simply wonderful, never disappoints. The rooms are a little old, but clean, plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast. Lunch and dinner with meat and fish menu with excellent and tasty dishes. Friendly and attentive staff. I absolutely recommend this.

The hotel, especially the Selva Suite, can only be recommended to a limited extent. The air conditioning has great difficulty in cooling the rooms sufficiently and in the living area, with the windows open, a mobile air conditioner with a hose tries to reduce the temperature. There is a very unpleasant smell of toilet in the lifts. I am not really sure if this hotel deserves to be a 4-star hotel. Breakfast...

Highly recommended! It was the third time for me at this hotel and everything was great! The staff is always helpful and polite, clean room&bathroom, beautiful surroundings.

Staff and service were very accomodating. Rooms are clean but tiny. If you're interested in just sleeping, this hotel will suit you. In the summer it's more of an Italian family hotel with entertainment for kids, a full pool (you have to wear a bathing cap) but at least we were able to wash our bikes and had a bike deposit.

Service is super nice. Bed is extremely Hard and small 190x70. AC works but sometimes freezes way too cold. Opposite of the Hotel is the railway Station and loud. You Need to waer a Head to Go Inside the Pool

Very relaxing staying in a convenient location, just 5minutes from Finalborgo centre (amazing little village). The hotel is an antique and very interesting building. The personnel is kind and welcoming, breakfast is lovely. Our room was a bit outdated but clean.

The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. If you are in Finale to mountain bike I can't think of a better hotel. The location is ideal and the breakfast bountiful. There is onsite parking, fantastic secure storage for bikes (with lots of power points for charging ebikes), bike washing facilities and even a work stand and stools to make bike maintenance easy. Does the jobs can sleep and shower. However walls are quite thin. Could hear toilets from both sides and people going up and down the stairs. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Nice comfortable place with good food. Wi-Fi now good. This is my third time to the hotel and the first the Wi-Fi only worked slowly in the reception area, so I was happy with this visit. Perfect location, right at the beach, and close to the city center. A room with a balcony was arranged after request even though there was none left online. You get all the basics for a good price.

I stayed at the Internazionale hotel in October for a mini MTB holiday: more than flattering judgment, private parking a few hundred meters away, bike room to keep the bike safe, strategic position 20 meters from the sea, kind and attentive staff. I cannot comment on the restaurant because it is closed at that time ... I will definitely return ....

Absolutely the best place to stay in the Finale Ligure area. Very close to the town and the beach, free shuttle every hour until 23:30, 2 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, kids entertainment, adults can relax or go so and the multitude of sports available. Mountain bike heaven! Ask for Michael Cycle to get the best mountain bike advice, tours, guiding and bike rental, all on site!

Nice hotel and very friendly hosts, the rooms are standard size ,very clean and comfortable. A continental breakfast is served in the morning from 8 to 10 am, it's a 10 minute walk to the beach the hotel has a shuttle service and are happy to pick you up from the beach and take you back to the hotel..😁happy enjoyed..

My friend and I have just stayed in this hotel, unfortunately for only one night. The staff were very kind and helpful for anything. The structure is basic and clean. Note in favor of the staff is that despite the check out in the morning they gave us the possibility to use the bathroom with shower after lunch so as to allow us to take the last bath in the morning, and for this we thank very much....

Good location, quiet, close both to the beach and the city centre. There are bikes available for guests for no extra charge thet can be rented for as long as you want and there are a lot of them. The place is very biker friendly - there's a well organized and secure (a few cameras and a proper lock) place to store the bikes, a place to wash your bike and a repair stand. Modest, basic and a little tired. Close to train station. Central location between beach and Finalborgo. For not much more cost, you can get nicer rooms with more amenities nearby. Nice staff, ok breakfast. Rooms are small. Some have balconies with a nice view but lots of street and train noise. Beds are pretty good. "Wellness" center seems defunct, ask if the hot tub, sauna etc is revived before booking...

We were unaware that this great family-owned authentic Italian restaurant was next to our villa stay. It was so good we went there a second time in our weekend stay. Simple menu and ingredients but cooked really well. Beautifully set on the mountainside overlooking the sea - romantic and idyllic. Perfecto. The waitress spoke English, French, Italian, German. So no problem ordering.

I had an excellent stay. The staff was amazing and friendly, went out of their way to make sure you had exactly what you needed. The property was beautiful and sat on the outside area staring at the sea below. High quality ingredients and variation for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff! We didn’t make a reservation and the restaurant was fully booked. However another table was set up for us. The menu is all about their fresh products and the views are worth the drive uphill! We will come here again!

We had an excellent time in this family hotel & restaurant with amazing view from the terrace. Federica and all staff were very friendly, flexible and supportive. We enjoyed a lot our evening meals, our night and our breakfast over there. Definitely worth a stay and it is a very pleasant change versus traditional hotel chains.
