Nice family run hotel, straight on the beach, with a decent breakfast

We intended to stay only one night but in the end we stayed three. The hotel is unique by Its location right in front of tbe beach and promenades. The staff Is very nice helpfhul And friendly especially Roberta the cleaning lady. And delicious breakfast! Yammi . We can happily recommend it.

Stopped here to read the paper and we were charged 6 euros for a can of coca cola and a can of iced tea!!! Waiter was nice and setting is retro and pleasant but felt really ripped off!

Amazing hotel altogether! Arriving to the hotel was easy, there is a small space in front of the hotel for unpacking the car, in which the bellhop helped us. For people traveling by car, the hotel has a garage which is 20 euros/night and a outdoor parking space for 15 euros/night. There is also a free parking lot about 1 kilometer away. Simply wonderful, never disappoints. The rooms are a little old, but clean, plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast. Lunch and dinner with meat and fish menu with excellent and tasty dishes. Friendly and attentive staff. I absolutely recommend this.

Exceeded our expectations. 5 stars relative to the local options, amenities and for value. Most rooms with a view of Ligurian Sea. Good location. The hotel, especially the Selva Suite, can only be recommended to a limited extent. The air conditioning has great difficulty in cooling the rooms sufficiently and in the living area, with the windows open, a mobile air conditioner with a hose tries to reduce the temperature. It was a nice place to stay. Only pity it was very hot in the room and some ants walking around. But the ladies at the reception could not have been nicer. Also very nice breakfast.

I've stayed at Hotel Florenz some times already, when I drive from Munich to Barcelona or viceversa. I always love the stay, feels like being home. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, breakfast is really good. Also parking is really easy in the space they have. Sure I will come back.

Rustic hotel is probably the best way to describe this place. The staff are great and friendly. There's a pool and locked bike room. My favorite bike hotel in Finale!

I saw one review saying the room was small and breakfast was sparse. I think they got the wrong hotel. We had the basic room which had more than enough room to spread out our bike packing bags and the breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for (eggs, bacon, a large variety of whole and cut fruit, juices, coffee, breads, pastries, yogurt, etc. The owner and the staff are super attentive and delightful...

Hot tub was pretty gross. Had a few issues with them mixing up our laundry with another guest (still charged me despite lots of headaches) and also a fumble on extending my room another night.

Had a wonderful one week stay with the family. The location is perfect and just a few steps from the beach. The hotel staff were friendly, especially the food service and room staff. My friend and I have just stayed in this hotel, unfortunately for only one night. The staff were very kind and helpful for anything. The structure is basic and clean. Nice place, but for old people

A good hotel with everything you need. The strong point is the availability of the owner, who is really kind and courteous, and the location in the city center and a stone's throw from the sea. Then the room and the structure have its years. But in the end I liked it. Approved hotel!

Perfect! I had a wonderful personal experience! Big beds, very comfortable, exceptional cleanliness, lots of towels, next to everything, and it's situated next to a Brazilian steakhouse, great location, fair prices. I was very well received at this hotel and they allow dogs. I recommend!

Spent two nights in period with few guests. Friendly and attentive owner. Clean and cozy room. Clean bathroom with tidy fixtures. It is not in the center and in the evening away from traffic and noise, however, with a few steps you can reach the beach or the center. The precious private parking has a narrow access for large cars. I was excellent.

Hotel is a good 3 star hotel. Breakfast is very good and rooms aren’t brand new or anything but they are extremely clean and well cared for. The terrace is also very nice and the location is superb! Not to mention the staff is so nice.

I stayed for a week in September 2021, together with my partner, who is usually very demanding for cleaning and, finally, she found no complaints! I booked a single room with private external bathroom for an unbeatable price. The hotel is located in the center, 10 mins from the train station, 2 mins from the beachfront promenade. Centrally located hotel, very convenient for walking around and moving to other beaches by car, having a private parking space that is golden in those areas. Discreet but clean rooms, the only flaw are the bathrooms a little old and small but for a weekend you are satisfied. Helpful and very kind staff who make the stay more pleasant. We were unaware that this great family-owned authentic Italian restaurant was next to our villa stay. It was so good we went there a second time in our weekend stay. Simple menu and ingredients but cooked really well. Beautifully set on the mountainside overlooking the sea - romantic and idyllic. Perfecto. The waitress spoke English, French, Italian, German. So no problem ordering.

I had an excellent stay. The staff was amazing and friendly, went out of their way to make sure you had exactly what you needed. The property was beautiful and sat on the outside area staring at the sea below. High quality ingredients and variation for breakfast. Highly recommended.
