Located in quieter area of region. Borgio not as busy as surrounding villages. Hotel very dated but excellent service. Very welcoming hosts. Simple rooms, but all very clean and tidy. Opposite train station and short 150m walk to beach. Supermarket, coffee and cakes near by.

Nice stay even if short. It was the only place we found a place in the last week of July ... it was full everywhere. Moderate price for the period and friendly and helpful managers. The rooms were well furnished, albeit in a very simple way, well used and clean spaces! The location of the hotel is right next to the station so it is very convenient to reach. By car there are no particular parking problems...

The hotel is located a few meters from the sea and the station. The rooms are small, despite having a Deluxe room, but they are well-kept, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and quite varied. The only flaw is the staff, sometimes very helpful, sometimes unprofessional. Overall it was a good stay.

Very relaxing staying in a convenient location, just 5minutes from Finalborgo centre (amazing little village). The hotel is an antique and very interesting building. The personnel is kind and welcoming, breakfast is lovely. Our room was a bit outdated but clean.

The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. If you are in Finale to mountain bike I can't think of a better hotel. The location is ideal and the breakfast bountiful. There is onsite parking, fantastic secure storage for bikes (with lots of power points for charging ebikes), bike washing facilities and even a work stand and stools to make bike maintenance easy. Hotel a little old but clean, friendly and helpful staff, medium-sized room with basic comforts and a little outdated but the balcony overlooking the sea compensates for the (albeit minimal) shortcomings. Low cost, appropriate to the place. The sea and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Recommended for short stays or for those who do not have great demands.

Excellent last minute solution. Booking made on and booking at 35 euros per night. Hotel in an excellent position about 200 meters from the sea. Room with internal bathroom always clean, TV and Wi-Fi .. There was a balcony and a drying rack. It would have been the top for someone like me who uses the room for a shower and some relaxation. Courteous and friendly staff.

The structure is in the hills less than 10 minutes by car from the sea and therefore out of the chaos of the city. Beautiful place, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly owners who cook twice a week for there guest. The food is amazing so make sure you are able to join. Be aware the road is steep, so you need a car with a strong engine.

Ended up here due to circumstances.. had booked somewhere else but that building was not available. They apparently had a 2nd building a mile away. On arrival impressed with the first impression. Not what I expected let alone booked. Do you have to pay another 5 € per day for parking the car .. key received and entered. The building is certainly over 20 years old. It's an Apartment with a living room, open kitchen in it, a comfortable bedroom and a Toilette with a Bathtub. They left just one Toilet Paper Roll and Bath Towel. In the kitchen there was only some utensils. One must buy dish washing liquid and everything. Costed € 1180.- for 3 Persons for 7 days. No Taxi service if you reach Pietra Ligure Railway Station if you reach there late Night. Receptionist...

The place is a little dated from the outside, but the apartment is very well kept, clean and with all the comforts for a stay longer than one night.

We have very nice summer holiday time in Borgo degli Ulivi Resort. Lot of space especially for families. Hotel is located few minutes walk to the beach. Tasty food and pizza for every recommendation. :)

It's got a great pool (although this flamingo inflatable was deemed 'too big'). The restaurant and bar prices are pretty good. Its only a 15min walk to the center of town. We have been here twice and will probably come again.

We got to know Martino as MTB guide and went on a pedal tour with him. Two people of our tour were staying at this place here so we’ve put it in our list for the next stay. A couple of months later - here we are and enjoying this breathtaking view to the sea. The location is just amazing and the service is excellent. A great spot to stay with beautiful sea views! Luca, who managed our booking, went above and beyond the service we expected! It was like having a friend there who could tell you all the best places to go and how to navigate around. We went to Finale Ligure for rock climbing and it was a total gem- hoping to come back in the future!

Located on a very central point from where you can visit either the beaches and the borgo, a small family-run hotel, very good, with home-made meals. The rooms are a bit small but very clean. I highly recommend 100%. They also accept pets without a additional charges 10 out of 10
