We had an absolutely heavenly visit to Borgo Conde. The staff was amazing and did everything possible to make our stay perfect. The setting is so beautiful and relaxing from every vantage point. Staff at the reception desk was extremely helpful. We arrived to early and they let us leave our luggage in the hotel while we were visiting Forli. We were also leaving the hotel early in the morning and they prepared breakfast out of restaurant opening hours which was very nice and unexpected.

the hotel was clean and the people were friendly and very ready to help. the room was spacious, and great. love the shower, love the lights, all the attentions to details and the buffet in the morning was awesome. The hotel is pretty new. The room we booked was a little small with a queen bed. We asked for something bigger so they gave us a 2 bed room. It was big enough but the smell of smoke was really annoying even if it was a not smoking room. Breakfast is really basic.

100% players choice hotel. We were a party of 14 with some doubles, quads, singles and triple rooms. They have gone above & beyond during our stay for a hockey tournament at Pallindromo Forli, it’s just over a mile away. Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, close to the centre and not too far from the main square. Very clean and with good covid safety measures. But the best thing for me was the bed. Having been away from home for several weeks, I had the best night's sleep in over a month, so much so that I considered stopping in Forlì for two more nights just so I could sleep there again!

Had a good experience staying there. Looks like the man in charge was Antonio, from the reception, very caring and friendly. The shower cabins need replacement, and the bathrooms a renovation. Also the doors are so thin and don't isolate the outside noise to well. What's worse is that other people tend to slam them at late hours.. Anyway, overall is a good choice in Forli.

I staied at the hotel for 3 nights - business purpose. Everything was great. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good and i never missed anything. It is not in the city center, but you can make it by walk in about 5-10 minutes which is great. There are a great choice of restaurants and cafe close so you can easily enjoy your stay.

Hotel is ok. The rooms are nice, clean, modern and spacious. The people at reception are friendly. The people working in the restaurant are not. Especially the young man who works there in the evening. He started yelling at me for putting a glass on another table which meant he had to take away the paper table cover. Difficult to criticise anything about this hotel, unless you're looking for a beautiful location. It's clean, quiet and has exceptionally helpful staff. Breakfast is not bad at all. A perfect transit hotel.

Nice structure. Friendly staff. Very small room but for two nights it suits us. The feeling that the blanket on the bed wasn't exactly clean. We could have stayed several days, but it was impossible to sleep because of a really creaky bed, so much so that we woke up at every change of position.
