Borgo Conde Wine Resort

One of the best places i have been in years!!! The hotel offers rooms which are amazing , they take cRe of all the details. Food for lunch is out of this world!!!. We took the wine tour and the wine tasting and explanation were great, we bought many wines. We also have a couple dinner and the menu was incredible , food super tasty and wines again great. Pool area is fabulous and the spa area is also amazing with another indoor pool. The service from every single person working in the hotel was outstanding, in a summary, a dream place to visit were you will feel at home !!!

We had an absolutely heavenly visit to Borgo Conde. The staff was amazing and did everything possible to make our stay perfect. The setting is so beautiful and relaxing from every vantage point. The food and wine so delicious that we are still talking about the talented chef and winemaker. We will be back soon!

Words can’t describe this place.
We booked it just a few days before arriving — and it completely took our breath away.
This might honestly be the most stunning view I’ve ever seen.

We stayed in a room overlooking the pool and vineyards — 700 dunams (about 173 acres) of vineyards owned by the Condello family.
Their wines were some of the best I’ve ever tasted.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed super comfortable. The design is a perfect mix of modern and rustic.
The indoor pool was great, and both the dry and wet saunas came in handy — we used them a lot.

The gym could use some improvement — limited equipment and very old weights.

Breakfast was excellent, but we did miss having vegetables — not even a tomato.
There were, however, fresh fruits, cheeses, and eggs, which made up for it.

One day we joined the winery tour (€30 per person), which ended with a tasting of three wines. It was very professional and included a visit to the Condello family’s rare and impressive private cellar.

Dinner at the hotel was good but a bit too heavy. The dishes were well made but aimed to be overly “fine dining” — sometimes, less is more.

The prices were surprisingly affordable.
Since the region is less touristy than places like Tuscany, we paid about 50–60% less than we did in Tuscany, while still enjoying incredible wines and lush vineyards.

There’s also an outdoor pool, though we didn’t use it as it was a bit chilly — but the place is clearly perfect for a summer vacation too.

In short: a must-visit. A true hidden gem.

Absolutely stunning vineyard nestled in the hills of Italy. My husband and I stayed in this vineyard as part of our honeymoon trip and it exceeded all expectations. The setting is straight out of a postcard: gently rolling hills, endless rows of grapevines, and perfect weather that made every moment feel magical.

The staff were incredibly attentive from start to finish, making the experience feel personal and relaxed. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a fantastic selection including what I’m convinced are the best pistachio croissants I’ve had anywhere in Italy. I can recommend eating them outside whilst drinking a cappuccino and looking at the scenery.

Dinner was equally impressive, a beautifully presented 3-course meal with unique and thoughtful flavor combinations, perfectly paired with their own wines. Every dish and glass told a story, and it was obvious how much care had gone into both the food and the wine.

I highly recommend the wine tour and tasting. Rebecca was a phenomenal guide, she is knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging. She walked us through the process behind both the owner’s Francesco wines and his daughter’s Chiara’s, giving insight that really deepened our appreciation.

Whether you’re a seasoned wine enthusiast or just starting to explore, this vineyard is an absolute gem. I can’t recommend it enough.

We found this luxurious gem in the Italian countryside by happenstance, online. Nestled in one of the most glorious and breathtaking locations, near Predappio, we were the only Americans there…and we were welcomed with open arms by our fellow guests and the highly competent staff alike.

The New Year’s Eve Gala will forever be etched into our memories: from the gourmet menu to the stellar wine, which flowed like a heavenly river, to the live music (and to the conga line), this is a must-visit wine resort.

Five stars just isn’t enough…

Absolutely beautiful property! The facilities are nice and spread across the large compound. The room was large and in great condition although it could use an update. Staff were wonderful and we especially enjoyed Jurgen from the cantina who gave us some great recommendations for sites to check out in the area. Highly recommend taking the trail around the property for the best views!
