Americans beware.
Cons:
1. Smaller rooms than you will expect. They actually have single beds in smaller rooms.
2. You pay for Parking despite staying at their Hotel. 1 night and less than 24 hours in the parking lot costs €29.
3. The Hotel Restaurant, while quality, lacks in quantity and was the most expensive meal I paid for in all of Rome.
4. Not in Rome, but outside of Rome, so you will need transportation to see Rome’s sights.
Pros:
1. Closest to the airport, with a covered and air conditioned elevated walkway.
2. Warm and covered swimming pool, and extensive fitness center.
For an American who lives in Italy, the Cons outweigh the Pros, BUT if you are only visiting for a week or long weekend, then this might be a good choice.

What a weird experience we had here. For 280 usd we expected a little better. No parking available as advertised (lot was full and front desk clerk seemed unapologetic), nobody was answering the phones. Room was clean, but had a weird chemical smell. Also, when you opened the door it had a weird buzzing noise that I imagine would be the sound of a prison cell opening and shutting. My wife told me if she was by herself she wouldnt have stayed (she would have been scared)
Overall this is a 2-3 star hotel, max or more like a motel. It was fine for 8 hours, but no longer

You don't need any alarm clock, they will wake you up with heavy duty construction tools at 8:50 am. Rooms (we tried two) smell of cigarettes. Shower drain is mostly clogged. Shuttle bus is once a day. Positive: good enough to sleep a night before the flight, if you don't mind the "alarm".

This "airport hotel" is a 20 min taxi ride away from the actual airport. There is a shuttle service that runs a few times a day and costs 10 eur.
It is a small hotel stuck in the early 2000s with it's decor. However you have all the very basics covered and the bed is actually quite comfortable.
If everything around is sold out for the night it is a decent pick. I would not say it is a buget or value for money hotel even tho it looks like one.
The staff is very nice and helpful. It is close to the Fiumicino canal and a bigger supermarket.
The breakfast is bread - muffins, doughnuts, sponge cake, apple pie, peach pie, croissants. Also ham and cheese, as well as yogurt and muesli. However it is all 80% just sweet bread.

Simona and her crew went above and beyond and even made us cappuccino in the morning. We loved how helpful and nice the staff was at the restaurant. 10/10 recommend

There is only an airport shuttle to the hotel before 10:30pm, and not one back just a heads up. Taxi from airport is expensive 25 to 30 euro.
Once you get there not to many food places around, if it’s late there isn’t much at all.
Rooms were so Clean and perfect, nice for a hot shower and some sleep.
Breakfast is nice and hotel staff very helpful and friendly:)

We stayed here the last night of our vacation. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and about $100 cheaper than the other hotels in the area. The rooms were very nice and clean! They also offered a shuttle to the airport for $12 per person. FYI It isn’t a traditional American hotel, it is a home that was converted into a small hotel. For a one night place to rest I would recommend it!

It's a €30 taxi ride to get to this €250-€300 per night hotel. Total scam. Hotel works, but you don't get the value it is sold for at all! Tourist trap without any effort. Unfortunately most people stay here because they have no choice. It's just a cheap hotel sold for an outrageous amount.

Excellent hotel 10 out 10 it's close to the airport soon as walk out the hotel the shops and restaurants are close by good and fast WiFi connection the staff are very nice and polite this hotel looked after me and my family for the two days when are fight was cancelled Rome Airport Hotet Well recommended 👍👌
