We stayed one night at the Hilton located at the Rome Airport. We used it as a stop over when flying from Sicily back to the US at the end of our trip. The Hotel was also a conference center so the amenities are geared towards business people instead of families. There is a pool but it was configured for lane swimming as opposed to relaxing/play. It was a decent experience; people are so friendly at the hotel, the rooms are OK, and the location is OK for one day of transit, but if it is more than one day, it is so boring to stay there. The hotel has a nice pool, there are two grocery stores close by and couple of coffee shops. The breakfast was OK, even though it looks a busy hotel but there are always free tables for breakfast.

Great! To get the shuttle bus from the airport, exit from door 4 from T3 and the bus parks in the middle of the road just next to the sign. Don't fully cross the road. I say because signage is very bad and the map is confusing and has no 'you are here' sign.

Hotel us a short shuttle/taxi trip from the terminals. Staff are helpful, outdoor pool is great on a hot day. Rooms are functional and clean, can be a little noisy at times.

They call themselves a 4 Star hotel…I don’t think so. Very dated rooms. Bed is hard as a rock. Had to change rooms because 1st room had an adjoining room door with zero sound isolation. We could hear everything our neighbors were saying, and they weren’t even talking loudly. The airport shuttle was very convenient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I needed a place to stay for a morning international flight out of Rome as I was traveling from Abruzzo by bus. Comfortable and clean I only wish the pricing was explained on the phone for the shuttle service as I assumed it was included in the room.

We were passing through before a trans Atlantic cruise from Rome. Hotel was quite nice. Nothing fancy but, more importantly, NO SURPRISES. Dinner and breakfast were good with a nice variety. Shuttle to and from the airport short and sweet. We would definitely stay there again.

Such a better alternative for a early flight. Room was small, the twin bed almost shoe horned into the room but it had everything. Clean, great bathroom, a desk, large mirror, nice towels, amenities in a convenient zip bag, outlets where you need them and it was quiet. I got an excellent night’s sleep before my 6 am flight. Will go back for sure!

Comfortable room, super close to all terminals. No food at the hotel when we were there as they were too crowded and had no control over room A/C--had to call front desk for adjustments. Very, very expensive, but convenient.

I honestly don’t know why this place has so many negative reviews. It is beyond convenient located right inside the airport, 3min walk from train station and 2min walk to either terminal. Very practical but not very clean. The bed was fine, sheets clean, but no mattress cover. When we got in there was a spot in the toilet (even with the cleansing guarantee ribbon). Gets the job done, especially if you have a 5am international flight. Comfortable and quiet rooms easily walkable from Terminal 3. Lounge has hydration and snacks and wifi works. Check in early and take a local taxi to the super charming seaside town of Fiumicino. (Stressful travel day turned into one of our favorite adventures of the trip)

Porto Romano is a beautiful oasis among many average airport hotels. The staff was extremely helpful, the on-site amenities were fantastic, and the grounds are immaculate! I will be staying here any time I need to lay over near Fiumicino - wonderful experience!

Only marina is worth going to in Rome. Shallow entrance that allowed probably yachts with draft up to 3 m and 50m lenght. Restaurant and food is fantastic and staff really freandly.

I actually did not stay in the main hotel; they had me walk a few blocks away to a separate location where they were remodeling and it looked a bit like an abandoned building from the outside. The housekeeper nicely told me where my room was. For meals, I needed to walk back over to the main building and then back to my room in the dark-odd.

An excellent airport hotel and will definitely be my go-to when in Rome. You're seconds away from the train station and a mall complete with plenty of eating options and grocery stores. Lovely experience, staff were all really friendly. Rooms are compact without being cramped and just like the photos. Fantastic and relaxing experience upon arriving in Rome. An excellent way to decompress after a long flight, here you can walk around I your bathrobe and hop from hot tub, to sauna, to hot tub, not to be missed!!!!

It was great that it was so close to the airport. We really wanted to get there earlier in the day but we were still able to enjoy the beauty of the place in the nightime. The food and the service was excellant. Very attentive servers.

100% recommend!! Had a layover here for an early morning international flight from FCO, and couldn't have picked a better place. The hosts were very welcoming and even have us a packed breakfast the next day when we left the hotel at 4:00AM. Best location for flights from FCO, and still in a lively area, in the evening we walked around and grabbed ice cream.

Good hotel for a good price. Rooms fit the requirements needed and the breakfast is great. The only downside to the trip was the outrageous price for the taxi that took us on a short journey from the airport to the hotel. Besides that it was a good experience.

I arrived at Rome Fiumicino to pick up the Shuttle to the Hotel (I had come from Florence to Rome Termini). We booked this place from Expedia and the pictures they had posted definitely did not do it justice. I was expecting much less than what we got for the few Euros we spent. Very nice hotel located close to the promenade of Fiumicino city. From the hotel is easy to reach the city center, beaches and restaurants by walking. They offer a very convenient transfer to the airport and also to Rome if needed on request. The receptionist Raffaele was very kind and nice. I suggest this hotel if you want to spend a night close to the airport before a flight.

We stayed the night here after a long flight with our children. It was absolutely lovely. The staff was so helpful and kind. The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. I stayed in a top floor room and the shower doors didn't open fully because of the sloping ceiling, so if your a bigger person, I'd request something not on the top floor. The bed was decent.

This is a very small hotel but the location and service you get is outstanding. The restaurant is very very good and you need to book it in advance or no chance to get a table. Just around the corner a lot of restaurants, all so diversified, will be difficult to not be happy for having taken a walk by the small port and the marina. It was a good place to sleep for the night, it is near the airport. The owner will arrange transportation. Rooms are clean, needs a little attention to the showers, ours lacked a shower head only had a hand wand.

Superb restaurant, expensive but, worth it. The room was spacious and clean. The area though, is not pretty.

Highly recommend having dinner here, the food is fantastic and the serving staff are excellent. Our room had a lovely view from the balcony overlooking the harbour. 10 minutes from the airport and staff will arrange transport.

Interesting neighbor hood, views of canal and fishing boats, clean comfy room, good AC. Bathtub looks good but hard to use. Nice design otherwise.

Looks promising at 1st sight but the room equipments needs repairs and renewals. AC was really squeaky. Locates 10 minutes from airport.
