It was a decent experience; people are so friendly at the hotel, the rooms are OK, and the location is OK for one day of transit, but if it is more than one day, it is so boring to stay there. The hotel has a nice pool, there are two grocery stores close by and couple of coffee shops. The breakfast was OK, even though it looks a busy hotel but there are always free tables for breakfast.

Great! To get the shuttle bus from the airport, exit from door 4 from T3 and the bus parks in the middle of the road just next to the sign. Don't fully cross the road. I say because signage is very bad and the map is confusing and has no 'you are here' sign.

Hotel us a short shuttle/taxi trip from the terminals. Staff are helpful, outdoor pool is great on a hot day. Rooms are functional and clean, can be a little noisy at times.

They call themselves a 4 Star hotel…I don’t think so. Very dated rooms. Bed is hard as a rock. Had to change rooms because 1st room had an adjoining room door with zero sound isolation. I needed a place to stay for a morning international flight out of Rome as I was traveling from Abruzzo by bus. Comfortable and clean I only wish the pricing was explained on the phone for the shuttle service as I assumed it was included in the room.

An excellent airport hotel and will definitely be my go-to when in Rome. You're seconds away from the train station and a mall complete with plenty of eating options and grocery stores. The rooms are exactly what's needed with comfy beds and friendly staff. The breakfast was great and included all the usual expected items, including hot breakfast items. Great place.

Lovely experience, staff were all really friendly. Rooms are compact without being cramped and just like the photos. Bed was medium to firm and got a great night's sleep with no disturbance from other rooms. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and all you can eat. The location, the room and the breakfast are all fantastic. The only downside is that the hallway is very noisy. Suitcases and footsteps can be heard very loudly in the rooms, and are likely to wake you up if you are a light sleeper. Aside from that, great hotel

I actually did not stay in the main hotel; they had me walk a few blocks away to a separate location where they were remodeling and it looked a bit like an abandoned building from the outside. The housekeeper nicely told me where my room was. For meals, I needed to walk back over to the main building and then back to my room in the dark-odd.

Such a better alternative for a early flight. Room was small, the twin bed almost shoe horned into the room but it had everything. Gets the job done, especially if you have a 5am international flight. Comfortable and quiet rooms easily walkable from Terminal 3. Lounge has hydration and snacks and wifi works. I spend one night with my sister and 2 babies in the hotel during our transit. Room was clean, well furnished, with tea coffee fridge... and with nice terrace to enjoy sun. During that night one of the babies get sick so we had to bring her at night for a doctor. all the stuff helped us to find someone to go with my sister to hospital with the baby. to wait with her... all the team were super nice...

Very nice stay for one night between my flights. Clean rooms with terrace. The receptionist Veronica was super firendly, she even helped me ordering food, when I arrived very late in the night. 100% recommend!! Had a layover here for an early morning international flight from FCO, and couldn't have picked a better place. The hosts were very welcoming and even have us a packed breakfast the next day when we left the hotel at 4:00AM. Best location for flights from FCO, and still in a lively area, in the evening we walked around and grabbed ice cream.

Fantastic and relaxing experience upon arriving in Rome. An excellent way to decompress after a long flight, here you can walk around I your bathrobe and hop from hot tub, to sauna, to hot tub, not to be missed!!!!

It was great that it was so close to the airport. We really wanted to get there earlier in the day but we were still able to enjoy the beauty of the place in the nightime. The food and the service was excellant. Very attentive servers.

Very good Hotel, friendly staff, good view on the Tiber mouth. Good food and really nice bed rooms. Only four stars because some minor things like defect drain in the SPA and some mixed ups during the order in the restaurant. But in any case a good hotel to stay a few nights! Only marina is worth going to in Rome. Shallow entrance that allowed probably yachts with draft up to 3 m and 50m lenght. Restaurant and food is fantastic and staff really freandly.

Good hotel for a good price. Rooms fit the requirements needed and the breakfast is great. The only downside to the trip was the outrageous price for the taxi that took us on a short journey from the airport to the hotel. Besides that it was a good experience.

Great hotel, quick to check us in. Room was plenty big enough and had WiFi and air con. We were only there for one night but were treated well. Only 10 minutes from Fiumancino airport but taxi was €40 there at night and €35 back the following morning so you need to budget for this.

Best room ever. Had balcony for main room and for bathroom. I thought I broke the window when I turned the handle for the doors and the door popped out from the top. It acts as a window even though it's a door. Room we had had a single and a double bed. Bathroom was nice. I highly recommend!!

Very nice hotel located close to the promenade of Fiumicino city. From the hotel is easy to reach the city center, beaches and restaurants by walking. They offer a very convenient transfer to the airport and also to Rome if needed on request. The receptionist Raffaele was very kind and nice. We stayed the night here after a long flight with our children. It was absolutely lovely. The staff was so helpful and kind. The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. This was my second stay and on both occasions the staff was wonderful!! A couple of us forgot to request single twin beds since we were traveling as a group of friends. The staff quickly resolved the situation by switching our rooms. I will definitely recommend Hotel Riviera to others and if I get the chance to come again, I would make reservations at Hotel Riviera!!

The people here are amazing. Rooms need servicing. Heated towel bar didn't work and had to put soap bar in sink drain so it would drain. Paint needed sprucing up. View was beautiful from our room, but hotel is remote from restautants and shopping . The people really made the stay worth it.
