Unfortunately, however, we had an unpleasant surprise because to get to the hotel there is, indeed there are, ZTL gates and the lady did not warn us that we would only have permission for one of the two. The only negative thing is the small and uncomfortable bathroom with old room and bathroom fixtures to let in a lot of water during last night's storm. The employee is very kind and attentive to the needs of the guests and above all keeps the structure very clean.

Indeed authentic Tuscan experience! Property is located in historic Foiano della Chiana comune. Although the building is old and historic everywhere is sparkly clean. Basic desert included. Parking included on a neighbor’s property. Our host, Vivian was extremely friendly and welcoming, she accommodated requests and she was in general very nice. Highly recommended! We’ll come back!

Great experience of the gite and a super nice and adorable couple. A top bedroom and a super clean XXL bathroom. A parking space monitored by camera. The little snag the basic breakfast pity that it is not in the form of a small buffet. Or we can help ourselves. ☺️ Otherwise a beautiful historic street setting. Thanks again for your welcome.

It is my aunt's villa for rent. It was an old farm rebuilt and made available for tourists. These share a common kitchen ( for the hoses that do not have their own private) and the garden with the pool. The view is spectacular and it gives you a taste of what countryside looked like in Italy in the '60.

Hotel in the center of Foiano della Chiana. Very nice point for trips around Tuscany. Inside, clean and tidy, nice service.

Amazing property, beautiful garden. The room was very comfortable. Swimming pool area well organized. Angela as a host is very friendly and she is preparing the best dinners in traditional Italian style. We have enjoyed our stay in Casa Vacanze very much.

The place was perfect. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is good and the cappuccino so delicious. It's really clean everywhere. Angela and her family are top class, so helpful and nice people. Casa Carlotta is a wonderful place to enjoy the charm of the Toscan countryside. Ideal to rest in a quiet and beautiful environment. It's conveniently located to visit some of the main sites of Tuscany, such as Montepulciano, Cortona and the Trasimeno lake. Carlotta and her family are exceptionally welcoming hosts. We had the best holiday at La Lodola. Mario and Manuela were so welcoming and friendly and really made the stay wonderful. All of Manuela’s recommendations of places to visit and eat were fantastic and their restaurant topped any other we went to with the most delicious fresh food. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to go back to this slice of heaven.

We had a great time! The size of the house is just right for 9 people. The owner was very helpful and hospitable and every morning came to clean the pool and empty the rubbish without invading the privacy. The house is just outside the town so you need to take the car to go to the supermarket or the shops. Great vacation !!
