Maybe the most wonderful place on the planet. it represents the best of Tuscany. Sandra gives great love and warmth. Some of my most treasured memories have come from many many times we’ve stayed at the Locanda. May it never change. I wish I were there now.

Wife and I honeymooned in Italy for 10 nights. Our only regret was staying here only 3 of them. The highlight and most memorable part of our trip. We loved the peaceful surroundings, views and food. If you want to get away from the city, this is the place. Close enough for day trips to Florence and Sienna. Enjoy!

Absolutely stunning property. The bedroom is a bit tired but that’s where the room for improvement stops. Vineyards to stroll through, incredible spa products, easy access to major roads, and best of all: the restaurant on property was one of our favorite dinners during our time in Tuscany.

Extremely beautiful venue. Had a great dinner and later wine in courtyard the next day. The staff was very accommodating and brought complementary nibbles with the wine. Best olives that I've ever had.

Structure surrounded by greenery divided into a central body and nice bungalows. Swimming pool, bar, restaurant and ample parking. Suitable place for people with disabilities as there are no architectural barriers. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

Unique experience, the view is wonderful, relaxation in the heated pool and excellent cuisine. The staff always very attentive to the needs of the guests. We will be back next year. I highly recommend it for both groups and families!

Stayed here for a night with extended family. Rooms were big with a separate seating area. Essential toiletries were provided. Check-in was fast, and there was a 24 hour bar in lobby. Breakfast was also good.

Very nice Hotel, very good breakfast, beautiful garden, and very helpfull and human staff- the lady in Recepsion Mrs.Aziza put herself in our service with her own car when we arrived and even in the morning- after her late/night shift!!! Highly recomandet

great location to get around Tuscany. 10 minutes from Montepulciano, 45 minutes from the airport, and Torrita itself is really pleasant to walk around. The owner is the friendliest man, super helpful (despite us not being able to speak Italian!). Rooms were comfortable and had everything you needed and great value for money for where you are.

We did 3 days finding cordiality, kindness and sympathy, excellent quality price, convenient location towards every direction. The owner Andrea puts you at ease immediately, We will be back!

Stayed here in Nov ‘19 for about $75 euro per night. Good location near the city gate but I would have rather stayed within the walls themselves. All the hotels inside the walls though were 140 euro and up, so this was a nice compromise. 70-80s era construction with little charm, but a clean cheap place to stay. Perfect Italian dinner, simple but tasteful. Warm and welcoming host. Authentic atmosphere.

A place with flavors of the past. Perfect location, parking under the bedroom window despite being in the center. The owner available and attentive to customer needs. The only flaw in terms of comfort, the floor shower, to which we are no longer used, but in the context, it could not be otherwise. To return during the Christmas markets.

Having visited towns in Tuscany in the past, I had always envied the ancient hilltop buildings that housed small boutique hotels. Finally got my chance and it was amazing. Il Tosco feels like you are visiting a wealthy relative. Rooms are authentically decorated and the kitchen is always filled with fresh pastries for you. It is such a special Tuscan experience. Cannot recommend too strongly!

This bed and breakfast is a real treasure. We stayed in the Dante Room and Poliziano Room, and both have a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside. Breakfast is unbelievable each morning. Visited as performers for a wedding and what can I say- a true gem from start to finish! We were greeted and served by the loveliest and most accommodating staff. The castle itself is superb and truly unique, our room was so authentic, and lovely and cool when it was extremely hot in Tuscany. The castle and village looked like a painting on top of a hill. The rooms were well appointed, had bars on my windows as my room was on the outer wall of the village. The restaurant, pool and other great facilities were at the bottom of the hill . The Count gave us a great talk on the local wines and graciously help get some of us down the hill for dinner.Need a vehicle to get there but worth it

I love this place. Family owned and the service is great. Lovely breakfast. We stayed in the superior rooms and although the rooms are unique, they are spacious. The owners put a cooler in both rooms as it was hot.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The hotel is off the highway (SP146) between Montepulciano and Sant'Albino. A car is absolutely necessary to visit the hotel. The road off the highway up to the hotel can be easy to miss (be careful, the turn off is on a curve in the road and at an intersection). The location was chosen as we were attending a wedding nearby. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very helpful - when the key to the safe could not be located they brought a second safe to the room. The breakfast was fine if not exceptional. The bathroom had hooks - so often there are none and so we really appreciated it!

Very good hotel in a great rural location. Stayed for one night in June. Dinner and buffet breakfast both first class. Comfortable, good sized room. The restaurant has splendid views over the surrounding countryside. The swimming pool was a refreshing "oasis" on a hot day, with a small bar serving drinks and light snacks all afternoon. The property has a lot of potential. The welcome was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was how clean the rooms and the breakfast room were.

Hotel spotless plentiful breakfast the only flaw is that the walls are thin and you can hear the badges in the other rooms they should soundproof the bedrooms with panels. However we had a good location excellent for both the spa and to visit Montepulciano.

The Sangallo structure has fully met my expectations. With the family we were welcomed with kindness, grace and a lot of courtesy. Cleanliness is at the highest level and you can see that nothing is left to chance. Excellent and plentiful breakfast and a "breathtaking" view from the room. We will be back very soon ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Structure of the 70s (outside and inside) but with everything you need. The nets are a bit squeaky but to stay one night they are fine, sufficient quality ratio.

We loved our stay here. Especially the interior, cleanness, and tranquility. Friendly and professional staff. If you are traveling with kids there is a small playground. It is located close to Montepulciano, Pienza, and Terme San Filippo. You can also have a picnic at a cheese farm Cugusi Silvana on your way to Pienza. The road to the Borgo is very colorful in spring.

New and very comfortable and quiet. Pool is not heated (brrr!) and their laundry needs a better clothes dryer, but the beds are comfortable and the hosts very attentive and helpful. Recommended.

Hotel renovated a couple of years ago, clean and comfortable. The furniture, especially the hall, is too old, needs to be renovated. The staff were courteous and helpful. Normal breakfast, mostly sweet. The only flaw, the room on the left of the entrance, has two large fans underneath, which when they are activated, very often, has a noisy motor and is annoying, especially at night.

This is our third time that we go back to Villa Luca to do the spa and as always we had a really good time, clean and spacious rooms, the swimming pool which is located on the roof is a dream with a breathtaking view, kind and very attentive staff to every customer's need, you feel at home, hearty breakfasts and excellent products, too bad that the kitchen due to Covid will only open next week ......

No enough parking spots. Not suitable for staying with kids because they are suposed to be a quiet place. Also they don't let the kids go into the swimming pool in all the schedules but just from 9-10 am and one other turn in the afternoon.

The rooms are out-dated and when you stay at the hotel to use the pool in the spa it is 10 euros extra per person and we tried to make a reservation as soon as we checked in but it was already full for the day.
