Maybe the most wonderful place on the planet. it represents the best of Tuscany. Sandra gives great love and warmth. Some of my most treasured memories have come from many many times we’ve stayed at the Locanda. May it never change. I wish I were there now.

Wife and I honeymooned in Italy for 10 nights. Our only regret was staying here only 3 of them. The highlight and most memorable part of our trip. We loved the peaceful surroundings, views and food. If you want to get away from the city, this is the place. Close enough for day trips to Florence and Sienna. Enjoy!

Absolutely stunning property. The bedroom is a bit tired but that’s where the room for improvement stops. Vineyards to stroll through, incredible spa products, easy access to major roads, and best of all: the restaurant on property was one of our favorite dinners during our time in Tuscany.

Extremely beautiful venue. Had a great dinner and later wine in courtyard the next day. The staff was very accommodating and brought complementary nibbles with the wine. Best olives that I've ever had.

Nice quiet place and welcoming owners. Although less hot than outside, the room needs an air conditioner otherwise it lacks oxygen at night. It has no view as it is a Taverna, only going up on the owners' terrace you have a view of the valley. Difficult to climb the hill by car, you need an expert guide. There is no indication on the Siena-Bettolle state road, but when you see the Agriturismo Podere...

The place with a lot of charm. Typical of Tuscany. Very nice owners and the stay with many details: towels, coffee, breakfast, milk ... Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and a beautiful terrace that you can use. Highly recommended.

Like being with family! I was looking for central accommodation that would allow me to move around comfortably, but I found much more. In addition to the attention to detail (starting from the rooms to the outdoor space), I found friendliness and hospitality; the owner immediately seemed kind and helpful. The host was welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. He for example made arrangements with the next door cafe in order to get me a vegan breakfast.

Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Everything new. The bed was very comfortable. Abundant breakfast (only sweet) but it was fine for me. The location is not beautiful (it is a busy road outside the town) however I had a good time. Very practical. Excellent value for money. Maximum availability and kindness on the part of the owners, always present.

Wonderful stay at this renovated farm. Location is beautiful at the countryside. The pool is big and pure luxury and surrounded by trees. We received a spot in the shed to park our car in the shade every day. Kitchen was fully equipped, even with washing machine. Everything was present! Wi-fi okay and everything was like on the pictures. AC worked prefect during hot days! And windows are protected...

Blissful treat to be beside the pool and sunflowers and with such lovely hosts. Air con much appreciated in the heatwave, and all the facilities you'd want. Loved being walking distance to Sinalunga's festival and restaurants.

Such an amazing place with the nices hosts. The appartment is big, spasious, very clean and has just about ANYTHING you need. Outside there is a pool and a lot of space for kids to run. At our last night Daniel the host made pizza for us. It was the best pizza we ate in all our trip. We spent 15 wonderful days at Podere La Capacciola. The location is beautiful, with views over the splendid Tuscan hills. The town of Sinalunga is accessible on foot and there are numerous magnificent villages nearby, including Montepulciano, Pienza and Lucignano. We stayed in winter, passing through for one night, basic room, but quiet place ... I think the best is in summer, where it offers swimming pool and barbecue

Restaurant in an old farm. You can still hear moos outside from cows nearby. Food is not so cool, but place is worth a visit to experience the atmosphere. Better for lunch to have a hamburger.

Beautiful location! B&B surrounded by nature, beautiful rooms, the owner's willingness to give advice on where to eat in the area and on things to see / do. The only sore point: the breakfast, very "homemade". Served with mocha coffee, rusks with jam, two packaged croissants, juice. I recommend enriching with homemade or baked products. Beautiful location for those who love nature and silence. Parking space inside the gate and very spacious room. Excellent service but I had to put 3 stars because of the bathroom, shared with the other rooms and not the best hygiene. But all in all a nice place.

A very special house with a spectacular panoramic. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Large garden to rest and enjoy a sunny day or a summer night. A gorgeous, historic retreat in the heart of Tuscany. Podera Pievina puts you in touch with the land like no "resort" can. The chef's kitchen was a joy to use. The kids played soccer in the large yard. We grilled local beef over hardwood from the property while watching deer and wild boar in the fields at sunset.

Podere Pievina is a unique place where to re-establish the lost connection with nature and find inner peace. Surrounded by horses, deers, birds and cats as well as woods, olive and fruit trees the location is breathtaking.
