Perfect place for families. We traveled with our young children all over Tuscany for 3 weeks. Of all the places visited, it was the warmest welcome. We were welcomed as family by the new owner who could not do enough for our entire stay. A big thank you for these wonderful moments, it was the best memory for our children too with the beautiful pool. Strongly next year with maybe Tesla chargers terminals...

great location to get around Tuscany. 10 minutes from Montepulciano, 45 minutes from the airport, and Torrita itself is really pleasant to walk around. The owner is the friendliest man, super helpful (despite us not being able to speak Italian!). Rooms were comfortable and had everything you needed and great value for money for where you are.

We did 3 days finding cordiality, kindness and sympathy, excellent quality price, convenient location towards every direction. The owner Andrea puts you at ease immediately, We will be back!

Very impressive place. It is a former convent of nuns located on the hill of the old town. From the breakfast room you have a remarkable view over the valley. Splendid accommodation in Torrita di Siena, almost on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. Independent apartment with lounge / kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom, private parking and garden. We rented these two apartments for the new year. Ms. Catia was very kind and helpful. From the hairdryer, to the cutlery, the coffee machines, the rocking chair, the location close to the main places of interest, everything was perfect! The value for money is more than excellent!

We had truly exceptional stay at Follonico! The hotel is a beautiful and authentically restored farm house located in the most spectacular Tuscan landscape! Wonderful stay at this renovated farm. Location is beautiful at the countryside. The pool is big and pure luxury and surrounded by trees. We received a spot in the shed to park our car in the shade every day. Kitchen was fully equipped, even with washing machine. Everything was present! Nice quiet place and welcoming owners. Although less hot than outside, the room needs an air conditioner otherwise it lacks oxygen at night. It has no view as it is a Taverna, only going up on the owners' terrace you have a view of the valley. Difficult to climb the hill by car, you need an expert guide. There is no indication on the Siena-Bettolle state road, but when you see the Agriturismo Podere...

The host was welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. He for example made arrangements with the next door cafe in order to get me a vegan breakfast.

Hard to believe a place with only 16 rooms has so many staff members, and the owners are always wandering around the property, chatting with staff, guest and making sure everything is good. We had a great stay in the pink house. It was clean, felt updated recently, well kept each day. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was amazing! Definitely worth having dinner there one night, the servers were great. Only feedback would be that the pink house should have its own wifi as it was hard to get connection from the main house wifi.

Stayed here for a night with extended family. Rooms were big with a separate seating area. Essential toiletries were provided. Check-in was fast, and there was a 24 hour bar in lobby. Breakfast was also good.

Stayed for one night, chose a hotel near the outlet and with good ratings. Upon arrival, they did not want to settle, referring to the lack of a green pass, but a call to the boss from the reception solved this problem. Settled and warned that the restaurant we can not. Easy drive into Montepulciano, only about 10 mins away. Reception will give you a taxi number but it was pretty pricey! No coffee only tea in your room which i thought was odd for an Italian place to stay. Views from the terrace were spectacular and the dinner was really nice however they did seem very understaffed. An incredible Tuscan getaway! This is a perfect location for a holiday in Val d’orcia! The hotel is located only a couple of minutes away from Montepulciano. We made it our “home base” and stayed for 6 nights. Each day we took day trips to different locations in Tuscany. A lovely setting with beautiful olive trees. Some staff were amazing and some bar/restaurant staff not so much. Restaurant food was good, but did not come out as one. Also very few beers on hand for those in need.

Gorgeous setting, the pool was great and the accommodation was quite nice (though dated). Some staff were great, others really really bad. Only letting this down by 1 star because of our horrendous meal at the restaurant. Over an hour wait for food and very different reasonings from staff… discount was given only after we had to ask. Otherwise, lovely.

Literally paradise in the Tuscan hills. We sadly only stayed for one night as it was fully booked (understandably so) for the other nights we were in Italy but we wished could have stayed longer. The views and pool are sensational, the service is impeccable and the food is very good. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever encountered. 100% recommend.

Staying in a hotel close by, we decided to dine at Lupaia for our last night in the region. We were not disappointed! The location of the restaurant will make you feel alone on the planet, which is not too bad when being on holidays. The food was fantastic, well thought and presented, we would go back any time! When it comes to the staff, once again they were perfect. My wife and I do recommend Lupaia...

The best way to describe Lupaia is to say that they “bottled” the essence of Tuscany in one small, authentic and private hideaway in the gorgeous hills of Montepulciano, which offers best in class cuisine, staff and room amenities. The property is quite simply magnificent, every single detail is thought through. I can think of no better place to relax. We had a dreamy stay and will definitely be back
