Very old and boutiqe style hotel. Rooms are under estimate. Breakfast is not too strong and rich.

Nice hotel, nearby the beach. Sandro was very friendly and helpful. The other staff were mostly too busy to greet when you walked by. The rooms are not sound proof. You literally hear your neighbours, even when they go to the bathroom. The bed is very clean, but the bathrooms are not that clean, specially the shower, in the corner of the shower door there was mould. The breakfast every morning was...

The city itself is not maybe the first choice for a holiday but it can offer more than one expects. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful regardless of your need. And food... yes breakfast is not the typical Italian one which in my opinion is the bright side of that :-). Varied and good quality food. Sea and sandy beach are on the other side of the road which is not very busy...

Room 310 is located right under ubnormally resonating condition device located on the roof. Each 5-7 minutes it starts working, and the wholev room becomes a resonating chamber. Not the best place if you want to rest and sleep. Hotel stuff promised to call a technician, so maybe it is already fixed and you will be lucky to sleep in a quietness. Breakfast was poor to me- a lot of sweet pies. C'mon guys...

Everything was perfect. The area was also incredibly cheap with the only exception being sunbeds and umbrellas on the local beaches which for some reason cost a fortune in Italy even though they were almost always empty. The hotel was very clean and high standard.

3 star hotel but definitely 5 star experience. Best hotel we ever had. Delicious breakfast every morning, plenty to choose from for every taste. To bad we have to leave tomorrow. We were really very good, we spent the Easter holidays in this beautiful structure. Very kind owners, excellent room cleaning, excellent breakfast. For those who wish, there is also the possibility to have dinner. We brought our dog and kitten with us. The property is located in a quiet area.

Location was nice, restaurant menu not so good, but room service options were better. Never understood the whole you have you same seat out on the beach as every time we went out someone was in our seats. Relaxing in the bar/beach area was the best. Did not use the SPA as we never found any information on where it was or how to book.

We stayed at Sense Experience Resort for a few days during a long trip to Italy and loved it. Room was comfortable. Beach was well kept. Meal options were great. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this resort if youre planning a trip to the area.

The beach is fantastic! Clean, calm sea, pre-reserved loungers for every unit, water sports…couldn’t fault it as a family-friendly beach. Pool was also great, kids spent hours on the slide. Apartments were clean, spacious and reasonably equipped. Facilities on site were great, couldn’t fault them, and no stupid rules like you get on other similar resorts. Last time I was here it was more than 20 years ago and it seems it still appeals to mostly German and Swiss speaking people which for me was excellent as my Italian is very rusty. Absolutely perfect place for family vacation, next to the sea, pools, restaurants, etc.

The resort is beautiful and well maintained! Everything can be reached in 5 min walk! The sea is perfect for the family with small kids! Something to improve would be the cleaness of the rooms and the Wi-Fi connection in the apartment. It doesn't allow you to stream media from internet and more over also to work remotely. This also after the intervention of the technician.

The place is well known in the area. Large rooms at competitive prices. Large rooms foto group dinnners. Small bar at the entrance for quick breakfast or work aperitifs for those who are passione through.

Smart place where stay in holidays. Near the centre of Follonica but free from all desease of summer traffic.

I had a great dinner in a beautiful place, a big room, very well lighted. Tables aren't close one another, there's an inviting list of wines and in summertime you can eat outside, surrounded by palms

Excellent facilities, superb location close to shops, bars, restaurants and beach yet it's quiet inside the bedroom for a perfect nights sleep. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Lovely friendly hosts. We have stayed twice in two weeks and will definitely return. 100% recommended.

Loved loved loved that our room had air conditioning. Everything was extremely clean. The location of "Sleep" is perfect because the beach is about a two-minute walk from the hotel. And I loved our little balcony. Five stars for sure.

Stayed at sleep for 2 nights while visiting from Texas and LOVED it. Everything was so comfortable and there was a cool urban bar and pub right below that had great American food and cocktails. Definitely recommend. Will stay again!

Supplied with 2 director's chairs and umbrella for the very comfortable free beach. Large spaces for breakfast and a terrace for packed lunches. Owners always available and polite. Optimal hotel for us !!! Do not expect stylish furnishings, they are basic ... but who cares! Facing the sea, as soon as you wake up you see a spectacular view, good breakfast outdoors, terrace for hanging out, daily towel change, clean and friendly staff .. what else? 5 minutes from the center ... directly on the seafront promenade! We have been coming for years ... recommended.

As for the cleanliness of the kitchen and the beach, excellent. Too bad you also have to pay for the air you breathe. In the room if you want to have air conditioning you have to pay for it separately. Do you want fruit for lunch or dinner you have to pay ...... We stayed for one night there. A 2 stars pension only but with very decent, kind and understanding people, very very clean environment, nice and worm atmosphere made to make you feel like home. The village is very convenient for families. All you need is just there. Swimming pool, tennis courts and other amenities are really good. If you want to have a walk to the seaside it's just 1 km away. On the other side, the wifi connection is really poor and some of the accommodations need renovations

The host (Giacomo) is a great guy always available and ready to help. My son appreciated scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast prepared in the front of him. The beach is only 100m from property and there is a private garden available for customers. Located in center with many restaurants around.
