The Sense Experience Resort

This hotel is absolutely lovely. The staff are a true representation of excellent service, especially the reception team. They went above and beyond to help us with everything, and nothing was too much trouble. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. The concierge team, who helped with our luggage and other needs, were wonderful, and the housekeeping team was excellent, ensuring our room was always spotless and comfortable.

Additionally, the hotel is in a wonderful location, offering beautiful views by the sea. The rooms are beautiful, and the service is top-notch.

Our stay was truly memorable thanks to the outstanding service, beautiful rooms, and stunning location. We highly recommend that anyone stay here.

My family and I had a fabulous experience at The Sense Resort. The physical beauty of the resort overlooking the crystal blue Mediterranean gave us instant relaxation. The staff was exceptional. I felt as if they were truly invested in the success of our holiday, always being greeted by a smile, friendly attitude and willingness to help. My seaside room with a balcony was stylishly decorated. It was cleaned 2x's daily. Cappuccino with a heart was the perfect start to my morning followed by and a trip to the breakfast buffet where the was something for everyone. Dinner at the hotel restaurant while watching the sunset and listening to the live singer was just perfect. Kayaking, swimming and relaxing in the cabana to the sounds of the waves crashing was the ultimate Tuscan beach holiday. The quiet nooks located on the bluffs overlooking the ocean was a favorite quiet place. Bikes, tennis rackets and a beautiful pool added to the fun. We will be returning.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff for their kindness and excellent service. Every interaction was met with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. A special thank you to all the managers for effectively organizing the work. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and everything exceeded our expectations.

Location was nice, restaurant menu not so good, but room service options were better. Never understood the whole you have you same seat out on the beach as every time we went out someone was in our seats. Relaxing in the bar/beach area was the best. Did not use the SPA as we never found any information on where it was or how to book.

We stayed at Sense Experience Resort for a few days during a long trip to Italy and loved it. Room was comfortable. Beach was well kept. Meal options were great. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this resort if youre planning a trip to the area.

Just got back from a five night holiday. Finding it difficult to describe how incredible the hotel and area were! We stayed in a beautiful one bedroom suite. The hotel was calm, relaxed, very clean and well kept. Staff were exceptional.
The hotel assigns sun beds on the beach to each room so you always know where you’ll be and not struggle to find available beds.

We also opted for a sunset horse riding experience which went well beyond our expectations.

Nice cozy hotel. Rooms are tiny but nice and well-equipped; housekeeping works great and is very attentive and helping; and there is even evening service! Hotel facilities are fine - we like it that each room has sun beds and umbrella assigned for the whole stay; gym is only outdoor and quite poorly-equipped. The restaurant where guests have breakfast/lunch is “resort-style” - average cuisine (could be better in Italy), lacks waiters capacity. Hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Quality of service and attention to detail throughout the resort were outstanding. Views out over the Mediterranean were stunning, meals delicious and the whole resort tranquil and well-maintained.

We travelled with our 2-year-old son and (alongside other families with children of varying ages) were never made to feel unwelcome, as can be the case at similar high-end places. The staff were more than willing to cater for children without compromising on quality of experience for adults. Our son loved the open spaces, the outdoor play area, the pool (which had a separate shallower section that he could stand up in), the free bikes that we took for a ride, the range of options for breakfast and the kids menu at lunch and dinner.

The perfect place to enjoy a truly relaxing, luxurious and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely recommend it for families, couples, solo travellers… Anyone really. (Except maybe to keep it a secret so that we can go again…)
