Hotel La Conchiglia

We got on the wrong bus from the airport, were supposed to go to fiumicino and it was getting late. We got a bit stressed, because we did not know how where we were, in the dark it felt like the middle of nowhere. So we went inside a cafe and asked for a hotel, as we Just needed a hotel close to the airport for our early flight the next day. Got directions to this hotel, and I really must say this saved our night. First of all: The lady in reception was so sweet and helpful. Fluent in english, humouristic and just over all a good person. This meant a lot to us, you cant imagine, we were so tired and she gave us a room right away. The hotel has a really good energy, athmosphere and the room was exquisite! The bathroom is the first you see when you come in, it is really modern, had a wonderful bathtub and an ENOURMOUS "tropical" shower. What a joy to Just be in this bathroom. Room was very, very clean, the bed was from 1-6, 6 in comfort, had a good sleep. Its very nice light in the rooms too, calm and I also must say: you are right by the sea. Breakfast is good, also with ham and Cheese for us that are from Norway and dont like sweets for breakfast. Fruit, pancakes, juice, coffe, cereal. All you need. I do not know for sure, but I think the hotel is from the 1970's but renovated. We loved it! In other words: Our little lost adventure ended up in us Finding a nice Town and a hotel we will surely visit again. They also have bikes avaliable:) Thank you so much for our stay, we will see you again :)

Loved the experience. Would be nice if the details of all activities and specially about the beach side property are more visible near the reception area as I did not know till I asked. But the staff went out of their way to help and provide information... beautiful

We had a great time. Super clean rooms, very kind staff, comfortable and very well looked after environment. The hotel is in a strategic position in front of the sea. We took advantage of the good weather for a walk during sunset. We'll be back soon

Great hotel, restaurant with a variety of food and a lot of dishes for vegetarians. Pranayama-yoga classes are conducted daily by a guru. In the evening we listen to the saxophone.

I recently stayed at a hotel and found that the room was okay. It wasn't anything particularly special, but it was very spacious which was a definite plus. Unfortunately, my experience with the breakfast was not as positive. When I arrived at the breakfast area, I found that many of the dishes were dirty and I had to search through the pile to find some that were clean. This was a bit of a disappointment and put a damper on an otherwise decent stay. Overall, I would say that the hotel is okay if you're looking for a large room, but you might want to consider eating breakfast elsewhere.
