The hotel itself was great, with comfortable rooms and a good location. However, we had an issue trying to pay the taxes for our stay on November 28th, as our card wouldn’t go through. What really impacted our experience was the rude and disrespectful attitude of the person at the front desk towards my wife. It was very unprofessional and disappointing, especially in a situation like this. Had I been there, I would have called the hotel’s general manager to address the matter. We expected a more professional and respectful approach, particularly towards a woman. While the facilities were excellent, this experience left a negative impression of the service.

The hotel staff, food, overall hotel and bathroom were great. However, I need to knock this down two whole stars because a major important factor of a hotel is the bed. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat. The even bigger issue was that our sheets had multiple curly and small hairs. Sadly, we had to get up early in the morning and by the time we discovered this, it was late to change rooms, and we decided to just sleep on top of the sheet.
Otherwise, I hope others have a better experience with the bed.

Location is convenient to the airport buts that's about it.
The bed was just two singles pushed together, and therefore shorter than a king or queen (my feet were hanging off the bed). The flusher on the toilet was loose and the toilet was running excessively. The breakfast was not included (cost way too much). The shuttle is not included and costs €10.00.

The location was seriously the only good thing about this place. The room was decent, but not very clean. The mattress was a thin foam and the pillows were stiff. The pool requires a swim cap, that they sell for $3 per person and the same for towels. The shuttle was nice, but dropped us at door 1 and we needed door 5.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights as a short break away from home. Everything within walking distance airport was a short 10 minute ride. Hotel staff friendly and was very well kept clean and tidy. I will definitely be back again in February for my birthday break away. 5 stars from me

As previously mentioned, nice place to stay near airport for an early morning flight. The hotel is clean. Rooms are basic.
We had issues with a/c. They did get it fixed. Only Carlos at the front desk expressed any apologies for an afternoon and evening with room temperature exceeding 82°. We had to ask for another bath towel, cup, etc, as the room seemed to be set up for only one person.
The restaurant is okay, albeit high priced for sassy service.
The shuttle driver was very unpleasant and rude.
The neighborhood is a fishing port. The restaurants along the river feature terrific fresh fish. I would not hesitate to walk around for lunch or dinner. Definitely get food outside of the hotel.

Perfectly acceptable hotel on your last night in Rome before flying home, but wouldn't recommend the area for more than the purpose of convenience for the next day's flight. We walked to the beach and felt uneasy. Not in the best area. The sunset is lovely from the hotel roof, however.
They provide a shuttle to and from the airport, rooms are clean and quiet (except for the constant wind low howl), and staff are friendly.
No coffee or machine in the room (3 euros at the bar in the morning. Don't use the self-serve machine for 1 euro a pod. It doesn't work well. We bought 3 pods and got 1 Espresso worth of liquid combined from all 3).
The roof is nice. The pool is "free" it says, but you have to pay for the mandatory hair cap (3 euros) and towel (3 euros). We visited in May, but the pool had many bugs pooling in the one corner. No one was swimming anyway.
You can order from the bar and take away to eat on the roof.

For our last night in Italy, I wanted to get a hotel close enough to the airport (it has a shuttle), but not right by the airport. This hotel fit the bill. Located right on the water, it offered the most amazing sunset views. The food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious, and the staff was very nice. The room was clean, and i loved having a balcony overlooking the water. The shuttle came right on time. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again.

I never find any hotel to be anything to rave about. Most hotels are the same, it just then becomes a matter of the function of amenities and cleanliness. I felt this hotel was clean, though in my room the air conditioner did not work so well. The hotel itself if you are considering for a stay adjacent to the airport then YES. It’s in a fishing village of nice restaurants and a busy town square especially on weekends. Of course it’s very much local, but the hotel itself has a nice restaurant, mostly all seafood. Definitely and experience all of it! The rooms were pleasant enough.
