Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near Leonardo da Vinci Airport
We recently stayed at this hotel, which is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Leonardo da Vinci Airport in Italy. To get there, you need to go to Terminal 3, specifically Gate 3, where you can catch a shuttle that takes you to the hotel for a modest fee of 6 euros per person. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes, both from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. The fee is one-way.
Upon our arrival, we found that our initial room was under maintenance, but the hotel staff kindly transferred us to another room at no extra cost. They even assisted us with our luggage. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a swimming pool and a small tennis court. However, the food at the poolside bar was not particularly good, though the prices were quite reasonable. Both the hotel and our room were very clean, contributing to an overall positive experience.

I would certainly not recommend this hotel as premium hotel. The room allocated had a broken window that was letting all the sound from the road entering the room ! For an airport hotel where clients are likely to need quietness before departure or after arrival, i would not recommend at all. In the app it was written superior room, on the swimming pool side and other specificities. I got the closet room to the road with view on AC blocks... nothing to add

The hotel is all right for one night before a flight. Quick room reception. Very good breakfast from 6:00.
The hotel is a bit old, reasonable cleanliness.
Personally, I was very disturbed by the weak lighting in the room

My one night here was an incredibly disappointing. We arrived late due to flight delays and when we got to the room, the temperature was over 30°C (85°F) and took all night to cool down. There were stains throughout the bed linens and hairs that were not ours in the shower. Additionally, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. At one point I thought we would have been better off sleeping on the airport floor instead of in these rooms. If possible, I would avoid at all costs. Paying an extra €30-40 euro to stay in a nicer hotel would be well worth it.

It was a decent experience; people are so friendly at the hotel, the rooms are OK, and the location is OK for one day of transit, but if it is more than one day, it is so boring to stay there. The hotel has a nice pool, there are two grocery stores close by and couple of coffee shops. The breakfast was OK, even though it looks a busy hotel but there are always free tables for breakfast.

Great! To get the shuttle bus from the airport, exit from door 4 from T3 and the bus parks in the middle of the road just next to the sign. Don't fully cross the road.

The day i booked 1 night through Agoda, but due to internet problems, 4 nights were booked. Agoda said they would talk to the hotel, and went to the hotel right away and talked to the staff, who said don't worry, the manager would be able to resolve the issue tomorrow. The next day, the manager replied, "Talk to Agoda. I have nothing to talk about and I can't cancel." I even felt racism. One of the worst experiences of my trip to Italy.

Hotel us a short shuttle/taxi trip from the terminals. Staff are helpful, outdoor pool is great on a hot day. Rooms are functional and clean, can be a little noisy at times.

The front desk staff was very nice, but the photos must not be representative of the entire hotel because I got a really dilapidated room that looks like it hadn’t been renovated in decades. there were no shower products like the photos imply. my room was also missing a shower curtain for the bathtub.

They call themselves a 4 Star hotel…I don’t think so. Very dated rooms. Bed is hard as a rock. Had to change rooms because 1st room had an adjoining room door with zero sound isolation. We could hear everything our neighbors were saying, and they weren’t even talking loudly. The airport shuttle was very convenient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
