Great! To get the shuttle bus from the airport, exit from door 4 from T3 and the bus parks in the middle of the road just next to the sign. Don't fully cross the road.

The day i booked 1 night through Agoda, but due to internet problems, 4 nights were booked. Agoda said they would talk to the hotel, and went to the hotel right away and talked to the staff, who said don't worry, the manager would be able to resolve the issue tomorrow. The next day, the manager replied, "Talk to Agoda. I have nothing to talk about and I can't cancel." I even felt racism. One of the worst experiences of my trip to Italy.

Hotel us a short shuttle/taxi trip from the terminals. Staff are helpful, outdoor pool is great on a hot day. Rooms are functional and clean, can be a little noisy at times.

The front desk staff was very nice, but the photos must not be representative of the entire hotel because I got a really dilapidated room that looks like it hadn’t been renovated in decades. there were no shower products like the photos imply. my room was also missing a shower curtain for the bathtub.

They call themselves a 4 Star hotel…I don’t think so. Very dated rooms. Bed is hard as a rock. Had to change rooms because 1st room had an adjoining room door with zero sound isolation. We could hear everything our neighbors were saying, and they weren’t even talking loudly. The airport shuttle was very convenient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

My pre teen son and I have stayed on several occasions as it is so well placed for the airport. The staff are always friendly and the rooms always clean. Food at the restaurant is always good, the staff particularly Zak are always professional yet friendly.

I had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Rome Leonardo da Vinci Airport recently, and it was a truly positive experience from start to finish. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient for my travel needs. Upon arrival, the warm and welcoming staff immediately set the tone for a pleasant stay. They were attentive and friendly and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The check-in process was swift, and I appreciated the efficiency after a long journey.

The location was not close to the airport, and the shuttles stop at 10:30pm. It’s so inconvenience as you book the airport hotel only for convenience and proximity. The rooms cleanliness was below hygiene requirement with a stinky towel and hair all over the toilet.

Airport shuttle stops working at 10:30 pm. Flights are still coming and this is an airport hotel. Very very bad. There is no sidewalks, so it took us 1 hours of walking on the road. Rooms are very poor, breakfast is a disaster. Never going to stay in this hotel again. And don't recommend anyone.
