Hotel Tyrol was an amazing experience with immaculate views and amenities. The included brunch and dinner were abundant and diverse. I have a gluten allergy, and they were incredibly accommodating and made sure I had bread and other substitutes. The sauna, hot tub, and pool were amazing to come back to after long days out.

I did not use the hotel and restaurant services but I did a cheese and salami tasting. The premises and spaces are very well kept, the staff is very friendly. The structure has been recently refurbished. I bought cheeses, speck, salami and apple juice of their production and, personally, I recommend them.

Nice hotel with great service. There is a huge difference between the cheaper rooms and the better ones but they only cost a little more, so always book the more expensive ones!!! Otherwise the lounge is rather noisy and too small for such a big place...

We have stayed at this hotel twice already while travelling in the Dolomites. A wonderful family hotel, the owners themselves are active and constantly involved in communicating with guests. High cuisine, very tasty breakfasts and dinners, an incredible wine list. Great atmosphere in all rooms. Good location, 40-50 minutes to most Dolomite treks, 5 minutes to the town of Bressanone.

Hotel and facilities were amazing! Food was delicious. Views are stunning. However, it was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning wasn’t turned on and we had a terrible sleep. The hotel staff explained the problem the next day - very apologetic and understanding. But the night staff were dismissive and unhelpful and left a very bad taste in the mouth given the price we paid.

The apartment is well-equipped. However, it is just like "Gold and jade without, rubbish within", the four burners of the electric cooker can not be used at the same time, or the electricity supply will be cut. Spacious and comfortable apartment with under cover parking. The location offers a great view, but a little too far from the village and any ski lifts to walk, however the bus stop is just 300m away.

Great holiday apartments, super nice employees

This is one of the few hotels that was kind enough to refund for cancellation on medical grounds. But eventually, we booked the hotel again when I recovered from my illness. We were very happy with the service and hospitality of the staff. Room is large with balcony and mountain view breakfast is substantial. Location is good, only 5 km from Ortisei town. All in all a good stay.

Amazing family hotel We had a wonderful stay at the family driven hotel in Laione. Perfect accommodation for relaxation after hiking in Seiser Alm. Everything was clean and comfortable. Tasty breakfast and amazing wellness area where you can relax and take a bath. Would highly recommend the room with balcony looking towards the pool area.

Beautiful, welcoming and quiet structure despite being on the main road. Just a few kilometers from Ortisei, the hotel has various services that we did not try since we only stopped one night. However, we appreciated the elegant and spacious room and the good and varied breakfast even for those who, like us, prefer sweet to savory in the morning.

A comfortable and quaint mountain inn. The owner is a super clean freak. Because it is a German-speaking area, the accent is easier to understand than in most other areas of Italy. The breakfast is fantastic. There's fruit, pickled vegetables, bread, yoghurt and a cereal station - something for everyone. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You get access to complementary bus passes and the local spa/sauna/pool. It is a quick walk to the town centre. You could hear a bit of noise from other rooms but nothing major.
