Very good service! Room are correct. Enough space. They increase the size of tv during our stay. They give mask protection and désinfectant liquid. Free car park. Breakfast buffet with plexigas protection. On the other hand, no bath if you have choosen it.

Lovely hotel and good value. Spotlessly clean, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good and beds are comfortable. The location is 30 mins walk to the old town, we were charged €20 for a 10 minute taxi trip to the old town one evening.

Nice hotel! The pool is small but nice to enjoy a spritz there on the evening. Location was very pretty, but was quite a walk into the Center! Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly :) saying that the balcony was sea view was a bit of a stretch.. don’t bother paying extra!

We we're supposed to stay for 5 nights but had to shorten to 4 because of a change of schedule for a flight. Everything was perfect, I'm not able to find any negative points whatsoever. The hotel is so clean you could eat on the floor and the employees are super professional and courteous. It's all of what we wanted and needed to end our trip to Italy.

Great new building, impeccable staff; Excellent quality breakfasts and dinners. Standard room is a bit small, no terrace and with a 1.80 x 1.80 mattress, but the bathroom and shower are spacious. Prices are above average, but again, they offer great service!

No restaurants, bars or options within walking distance, so you have to eat at the hotel if your not wanting to drive 10 minutes to Gallipoli. Loud music and lights on outside makes for a hard sleep. Nice Hotel, Rooms are ok. It have a beautiful view and the beachs is really nice. Service was also ok, but not the best. They could serve more.

I stay here about a sport competition. The location is pretty, but the food isn't the best quality of this place. Bread and other products are feeling old, but the service of personal are good.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Beach near by. Breakfast and dinner Italian food. Don't expect European egg variants to be included. But you can order them separately. Nice place to stay with family.

Excellent hotel!!! Real 5 ⭐️! There is not much problem for the staff. There is even a nice receptionist who will show you all the places you need, and in French the rooms are clean and the breakfast is excellent, quality product. The staff was warm yet professional. The physical elements of the hotel were elegant and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. I will be definitely back. If they had to ask me for the best experience of that day, I would talk about this boat ride; as mentioned by the guide "you can't say you visited Gallipoli if you didn't admire these beauties that mother nature gave us". Lovely boutique style hotel and simply outstanding service from arrival, through the stay and very helpful too. Location is great as out of the hustle and bustle if you want to relax, but under 10mins walk from Old town. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back! I like this place (Victoria Place Hotel) pool, spa, palestra and every thing awesome I come again its heart every experience I give 4star because of bed is not comfortable.

Revamped communal areas, gorgeous pool surrounded by a lawned area, and the most amazing crab paccheri for lunch. It’s basically Michelin star food, but only available to hotel guests.

The hotel is great, the bed was really comfortable and the food was amazingly tasty. Service was fine, they are very gentle. One thing to bear in mind is that if you are counting with using the spa for some things you have to do the appointment and this should be with a few days in advance in order to get what you want, if not you won't get it. Palazzo Presta is nice hotel in the centre of town. You can park the car at the harbour and get a trolley service from the hotel in case of luggage. The rooms have a very unique interior design. Very nice. The terrace and the sun deck are excellent. The staff is fery friendly and helpfull. 100% recommendation

Scenic location, countryside, 6km far from Gallipoli city. Modern rooms, friendly service, excellent pool area and sunbeds. Typical italian/ regional cusine, I liked it a lot. A sparse italian breakfast as buffet, lunch / dinner as menue or 'a la card' Choice.

Nice little place to stay, the girl's service was more than excellent I didn't complain, but honestly the rooms are not the top .. too narrow in some cases but the breakfast was really good .. and above all the owner is very friendly and kind! PS the price is a bit excessive, I suggest you lower it a bit .. especially in these periods.

A beautiful B&B within walking distance of the old town, the owner a person who knows how to advise and treat his guests. Beautiful room, equipped with air conditioning and mini bar, good breakfast with fabulous pasticciotti. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at this hotel and were sad to leave. Beautifully restored Palazzo in the heart of old Gallipoli and just a few minutes walk from the local beach. Lovely breakfast on the roof top terrasse. Clean and beautiful room and very accommodating staff. We hope to come back here again.

Great location and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Great rooftop terrasse for breakfast and drinks. Rooms are very dated and not really comfortable. Many of them are on 2 levels hence an issue if you want to go to the toilet at night. During our stay (April) weather was bad and rooms were terribly cold and humid. Great deal price and location, located just in front of the old town and the most cozy part of Gallipoli. The view is astonishing even in the night. The room has been bigger than expected. Clean, cozy and even provided with a kitchen and two extra bed that could be easily suitable for a family even for few more days...

OK rooms. We had a large one with one master bedroom with a door, and two normal beds outside in the living area. The double bed was squeeky. We could not find a functioning air-condition, but luckily most of the windows could be opened (but had to be closed at night duebto noise). The view was very nice. The breakfast was not good, sadly...

Hotel has a good location and spme rooms will have a good view over the old town. We had a good size room. Hotel is a bit dated. Breakfast is ok good coffee from the machine fresh little pasteries. Parking on the street os expensive.

It's my third visit to Italy and it's by far the best dinner I have had. Lovely Enzo, served as with an elegance you do not find easily these days! Fresh fish with delicate flavours! I totally recommend it!

Rooms are alright, breakfast too. Breakfast is not a buffet, you need to choose from a menu. This amazing Maseria has great food,very clean rooms,friendly and professional staff,great ambiance and very spacious especially if you are a family with kids. The pool area is well managed,there is always someone to help. We'll priced dinner and bar prices. If you love to connect with nature this is the best place to be.Am definately coming back.
