The place is conveniently located, close to historic center but not in it. Room was very small but clean. We stayed in their annex building which had a scenic roof top breakfast room.
Staff was friendly and efficient.
In short: nothing spectacular but perfectly practical.

Sorry but this is not a 4* hotel. Its simply an air BnB with a reception. staff very nice - no criticism there. the room we had was 100meters away and it was just a room in a block of flats - really!! wow. the breakfast in the basement was like many hotels and it was terrible, hard cooked eggs and some cakes - so sad for an Italian trip.

Best welcome, best double espresso with hot soya on the side made by Solange, best vegan and other breakfast (tastiest fruit), (including oats-yay!) in all of our experience of about 4 weeks travelling in Italy. Lovely gift on departure, too! Rooms are compact, but all other aspects more than compensated for that.

Nice hotel, well located and wonderful owner and staff. Few steps away from all restaurants. We were there on a bike trip and the owner was very helpful. This place is perfect, we recommend without hesitation.

Of all my hotels this week this was the poorest and most disappointing . There is nothing positive I can say. Upon arrival I was given a key and taken to a room in a block 100 yards from reception. It was clean and tidy but no more than a hostel room. Breakfast was a waste of time and I couldn’t wait to leave . It may be what to expect in town but will not return for sure. Lady on reception was lovely but that didn’t really help

Friendly staff, the rooms are clean and beds comfy but a very tiny room. The wifi kept dropping off and strangely the wifi details were not in the room we had to keep going back to reception until we thought to photograph them! Breakfast was in the basement, limited choice and coffee from a flask.

We didnt stay here due to ants everywere in the bathroom. They gave us another room after some discussions but it was dirty and staff not friendly so we just left. We had to look for another place to stay and it wasent easy cus it was full everywere and cost more.

Very friendly and welcoming staff on our arrival and departure. The room was very small but clean and the beds were comfortable. Wouldn't rate as 4* Wifi was patchy and we had to call reception to get the code each time it disconnected as it didn't appear to be in the room. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was very poor (could tell it was as soon as poured - very weak). A lovely touch was a little bag of dried fruit and nuts on our departure. Just what we needed for our long cycle ahead.

Just returned from a cycling trip in Puglia. This hotel was on our circuit. The owners are magnificent and went out of their way to assist us with our bikes and everything else. Can’t say enough as to how much our group enjoyed our stay. Beautiful hotel, great service and extremely well located. Easy in and out of the city on bikes.
