The cocktail bar was a very pleasant experience. Friendly and professional staff, an outdoor seating area with an excellent view, and the cocktail was the best that I've had in Gardone so far.

A lovely hotel with a slightly old fashioned feel and some fixtures in the bathroom reminded me of Brideshead Revisited. There is a big pool in the front and a sunbathing deck on the roof with a jacuzzi. Because of covid19 the breakfast was served rather than a buffet but it was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Uncomfortable room/bed mixed with bad attitude from several people. Poor check in process. Overall, this place is a three star hotel masquerading as a five star hotel. Anyone that knows what a real five star hotel provides in terms of service would immediately recognize that this is not it.

Excellent hotel in central but quiet location. Four of us stayed for 7 days on half board. All the staff are excellent: helpful, friendly and efficient. This hotel is a wonderful example of old style Italy, some of the glamour is a little faded now, but the views, the staff, the pool and the food were excellent. We had a marvellous time. Our room was a delux which was spacious and comfortable with a great terrace. The air-conditioning worked well which was a relief as it was very hot. Overall 9/10.

We stayed opposite this restaurant and what a great surprise. Food was the best we ate in Italy. The homemade pasta was incredible - have he gnocchi! All the food delicious and service with a smile despite our occasionally correct but usually not so correct Italian!
