The rooms, serice and location are really good but what let me down was the food. Super was not bad but the lunch and breakfast was not good.

Great location but AC didn't work well so rooms were very hot.

Fantastic Hotel Small Boutique Hotel with wonderful views over the lake. Quieter area with excellent connections with both the ferry stopping right outside and bus stop just steps away. We are staying here now. The hotel is lovely. Food delicious. Really don't understand how anyone can give negative reviews. Staff friendly. Our view from the room is spectacular. I honestly don’t understand some of the reviews I’ve read on this hotel, to the point where I’ve had to make my first review on trip advisor! This hotel is amazing. It is located right on the lake and our balcony looked out over the most tranquil scenery. The staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. Loved the pool and relaxing atmosphere. Drinks weren’t expensive and you could buy lunch at the seating area next to the pool. Lovely hotel and food, but air conditioning not very good. Also would be very accommodating if there was tea and coffee left in rooms.

The internet connection was not working, the fridge was broken and they didn't handle to fix it or to change the room and the TV was as small as a smartphone. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel has an older, totally loving equipment. I have rarely seen such a clean hotel room. The owner is super nice and the breakfast buffet had everything you need. The lake promenade can be reached in a few meters and you can park comfortably in the inner courtyard. Anyone who still finds something to complain about with all the aspects and this price is probably not satisfied with anything.

Excellent solution for a short holiday on Lake Garda. The hotel's location allows you to reach the lakefront in just a few minutes, convenient guarded parking, large room equipped with all comforts, abundant and varied breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savoury. Super fair prices. Advised.

The hotel has an old time feel to it which we really enjoyed. Worth noting are the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the convenience of the lakefront just a few minutes' walk away. It has a private parking that can be reached by lift, so very useful for those who have problems walking. Excellent breakfast buffet and super good brioches from the bakery, I haven't eaten such genuine brioches...

The staff was very kind and sympathetic waiting for us to check-in despite the fact that we arrived here very late, partly due to congestion. We got the right treatment from the staff and that made we felt relieved.

It was wonderful. The apartment was well equipped and we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect because it is only a few steps to the dog beach and the center. Illaria and Sergio are wonderful hosts. It is highly recommended.

Agroturismo Cervano is ideally located on the heights of Lago Di Garda. Condows are in an old farm with a very nice garden in front of the hills. The place is quite, and great to relax. Our host Sylvia was wery welcoming, and helpful 🙂

We had a wonderful long weekend at Cervano up the hills with the most beautiful view of Lago di Garda, with a great apartment with everything we needed, a wonderful garden to spend time and great restaurant tips from the owner. We will definitely come back!

if you are looking for accommodation next to shopping mole and next to the beach - this will be not your first choice. Agriturismo Cervano is super laid back, huge area with villa, gardens, horses, stable, more gardens and hidden paths. rooms are big and full of light, but you will find shelter here when sun burns everything. we had best breakfasts in the garden and star viewing sessions in the night...

The location was beautiful, very green and surrounded by hills it seemed to be very far from everything, while the Gards lake and some nice towns and restaurants were closeby. This holiday accommodation cannot be topped. A fantastic location above Toscolano with a wonderful view of Lake Garda. Very nicely equipped and super clean. Everything is there what you need. A wedding in Toscolano Maderno gave me the opportunity to spend two days at the Owls' Nest ('Nido dei Gufi'). Guys what to say, Sergio il Gufo is a fantastic place, very close to the lake, the house is equipped with everything and more, it is comfortable and welcoming. If you want to experience a relaxing holiday, but also visit places rich in history, this is the ideal place. I have been there.

I've been here when this house was a B&B and I will be very happy to come again as soon as possible. Everything is clean and in the best position to enjoy Lake Garda without using my car.
