I stayed for a few days and the hotel was amazing, the service was fantastic. After leaving the hotel my car broke down so I had to return and ask to stay for a few extra days. They went out of their way to help me, they were sympathetic to my situation and helped me extend my stay and give me a late checkout whilst my car was being fixed. We stayed at Hotel San Filis for five nights during our honeymoon in August 2019. The stay was great, especially because of the friendly and helpful staff. Only tried the Spa hence I can't give 5 stars. But the Spa treatment was relaxing with very nice wellness facility (suna/heated pool/ and relaxing area). They also had a kids area in the hotel garden. The staff were very nice and helpful. Finally the massage and facial were professional. Defiantly recommend it if you want a nice treat for yourself or someone special.

A truly wonderful hotel with excellent service. We traveled with our dog and always felt warmly welcomed. The rooms are a bit noisy, but still within a totally acceptable range. Nice campsite and a good place to explore Lake Garda from. Bar was a bit pricey for both drinks and food though so was the whole area (especially given how cheap drink was in the local supermarkets). The campsite does have some steep hills but perfectly manageable for someone of average mobility and you won't get good views if you're unwilling to tolerate some hills - don't say you weren't warned

Europa Silvella is the best camping I’ve ever stayed in. The facilities are very clean, the food is delicious, however my biggest compliments go to the wonderful staff - every single person we’ve encountered there is exceptionally nice and professional. The management either got very lucky or are very good at hiring the right people for the job. Thank you again!

Great stay - clean campsite with everything, staff were so friendly. Our kids loved the animation and entertainment. Fresh bread from the shop was lovely, the restaurant had great food really tasty and staff were lovely. The animation team were super - the baby disco was the highlight of everyday for our kids. Unfortunately, the roof of our Comfort Plus mobile home leaked during our stay. When it rained we had to collect the dripping water in a pot to prevent water splash throughout the kitchen/living area, which was especially troublesome at night. We arrived late and as soon as we arrived the welcome we received from Davide was amazing, shortly after Badiano helped us with parking and Guiseppe checked us out the next day with a big smile! Location is perfect, hotel is clean, they welcome you as a family member. I have gluten allergy, they prepared 2 hand made cakes gluten free for breakfast plus a huge choice among Schar products. who has allergies can understand my joy. I would recommend it to anybody. If idle rustic is your thing, consider Premignaga. If attention to detail, accompanied by fantastic service, in a great location, with a wonderful view, near to Gardone Riviera & Salò is your thing, then you have to come here. Superb!

Great hotel at Lake Garda with pool (albeit not super big for the number of guests) and lake access. A lovely hotel with a slightly old fashioned feel and some fixtures in the bathroom reminded me of Brideshead Revisited. There is a big pool in the front and a sunbathing deck on the roof with a jacuzzi. Because of covid19 the breakfast was served rather than a buffet but it was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was finest hotel. The facilities very impressive especially the sauna. You can just lay on the chair and enjoy the view. The staffs here were all very kind and helpful. Our room was without view, but the mountain side view also great.

Checked in here for a week. Is located on a busy street but if you take a room at the back it is ok. All friendly. Pool is also available and the breakfast is ok. The kitchen fairy is totally net and gives really good tip.
