It was a fantastic stay. The food was far better than last year. The buffet again offered several courses. We booked the renovated Comfort Room S. The renovation was a success. We missed more storage space in the bathroom. Another dresser in the room would have been welcome. We felt comfortable and would be happy to return. The golf course was great. The place is lovely. We booked the table before and it was there for us. Food was amazing, tasty and tipical from that area. Prices were right. They have wine cellar, and my boyfriend went to choose one bottle for us. The waiters were very polite and we really felt great. All atmosphere was amazing, beacuse we sunset. We’re from Australia and we’ve been at this venue for four days and really enjoyed our stay! What makes the place worth paying for is the surrounding area: authentic Italian context, hills, pure air and magic landscapes all around. Our suite, ‘Magnolia’, was fully equipped, with aircon, tv, cutleries, showers, accessories and so on. Very satisfied by the Italian typical breakfast offered in the morning...

We stayed at a 2 BR apartment with patio and really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment is fitted with everything you need: dishes, cutlery, towels, moka maker, AC etc. 😊 Its located just a 20-30 minute drive from the sea (depending on how italian you drive 😉). We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful place. We were welcomed very warmly and were even given a lot of recommendations for sights and beaches in the nearby area. The room was cozy and very clean. The garden, breakfast area and pool are beautiful and especially in the evening the view is stunning. Beaches are easy reachable by car within 15-20 minutes. We can highly recommend this place!

Great and clean resort. Well looked after with nice swimming pool and full time life guard during summer peak time. Apartments are good size, with aircon and fully equipped. Internet is the only disappointment. It's wired only so you will need WiFi device. The connection in our two alpertments was very slow. It was like going back to dial up times.

A very good location for a one week holiday in Toscana. You can easily reach the sea with some very nice beaches around, but also visit a lot around. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool a blessing in hot summer days when you want to relax. Only disadvantage, the apartments do not have mosquito nets, which are highly needed.

Our host, Daniele, was GREAT! We arrived quite late after a nightmare start to our vacation. Daniele was was warm and friendly and offered us coffees and wine and was very helpful. Well equipped kitchen to cook all your meals.

We loved the friendliness of Charlie, Daniele & Sandra! We also took a boat ride with Daniele up the coast. The location is super relaxed and quiet, perfect for us!

The bungalows are well furnished a bit simpler but perfectly adequate for normal people like me. The pool is small but that doesn't bother at all. And in the high season for € 640 a week an absolute snap.

We stayed in this Agriturismo, the atmosphere was fantastic and the location was excellent, clean and within walking distance there is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Tuscan Riviera. The room furniture is outdated but still comfortable stay at Maremma Tuscany Village. Location is fine if you are by car, otherwise everything is far away. It is a very beautiful place due to its position, the eyes are satisfied by the gulf of Follonica and you can also see the island of Elba. The lodgings are few so there is no chaos. Cleanliness applies. However, it does not have the characteristics of a farmhouse, it is more like a village.
