We had an amazing stay here! The breakfast and dinners were delicious, the pool and apartments were newly renovated. The private beach is easy to reach by car and a beautiful spot. Staff are really friendly.

We spent a great week in Casale Vigna Carbona. This is an ideal place for those who want to relax in a charming Tuscan countryside. Our cottage was nice and comfortable, lovely pool and the garden We have company of seven sweet cats which we already miss. We could also watch beautiful horses grazing near our house. We experienced 1 week authentic Tuscany vacation on the farm. Luigi could be found on the farm every day or reached by mobile phone. The apartment was typically Tuscan furnished and functional. Beautiful place, surrounded by greenery, just twenty minutes from the wonderful beaches of the Maremma. Luigi, the owner, is a genuine person who immediately makes you feel at home without ever being intrusive, and was always available to respond to our needs. The place is lovely. We booked the table before and it was there for us. Food was amazing, tasty and tipical from that area. Prices were right. They have wine cellar, and my boyfriend went to choose one bottle for us. The waiters were very polite and we really felt great. All atmosphere was amazing, beacuse we sunset. We stayed a weekend at the La Tona farm, a splendid apartment with all the comforts and a top panoramic view. From there we ventured into a path that leads to the nearby lake dell 'lit a very quiet and relaxing place, these two days in the middle of nature we just wanted to regenerate I will come back for sure when it is warmer to enjoy the swimming pool looking at the view breathtaking it offers.

We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful place. We were welcomed very warmly and were even given a lot of recommendations for sights and beaches in the nearby area. The room was cozy and very clean. The garden, breakfast area and pool are beautiful and especially in the evening the view is stunning. Beaches are easy reachable by car within 15-20 minutes. We can highly recommend this place!

Great and clean resort. Well looked after with nice swimming pool and full time life guard during summer peak time. Apartments are good size, with aircon and fully equipped. Internet is the only disappointment. It's wired only so you will need WiFi device. The connection in our two alpertments was very slow. It was like going back to dial up times.

Run by mom and daughter, both of whom are lovely. We enjoyed every moment of our (sadly) short one night stay. The breakfast was really good, with a ricotta cake and canned peaches that I still dream about today. Keep it up!

I went for a weekend with my sister. We had a great time: large and clean room. Sheets and towels included. We did not have air conditioning but fans above both beds with 5 speeds and silent. Excellent breakfast: brioche to be filled as you like and homemade cakes. The real jewel of this B&B is the swimming pool, which together with the view make this place a little corner of paradise. Beautiful surroundings, on the top of a hill between olive trees. Apartment has it’s own little garden where you can do barbecue. Private parking and nice pool on site. The only questionable thing is, why is the kitchen use not included in the base price? This is very strange, but you just have to calculate the additional cost in. Otherwise it is a lovely villa in the heart of Toscana.

Pros: Nice place, free wifi, clean pool, clean houses, friendly employes, 10 minute ride from the beach. Cons: The houses have no airco, during 40 celcius this can be unbareable and the place is far from big cities.

Our host, Daniele, was GREAT! We arrived quite late after a nightmare start to our vacation. Daniele was was warm and friendly and offered us coffees and wine and was very helpful. Well equipped kitchen to cook all your meals.

We loved the friendliness of Charlie, Daniele & Sandra! We also took a boat ride with Daniele up the coast. The location is super relaxed and quiet, perfect for us!

The bungalows are well furnished a bit simpler but perfectly adequate for normal people like me. The pool is small but that doesn't bother at all. And in the high season for € 640 a week an absolute snap.

The place is nice and located in a flat part which is important to me because if you go out in the evening, you don't have to go back to dangerous hilly roads. It is essential and out of stock for catering. Unfortunately the apartments are dated. The owner is kind and helpful.

The room furniture is outdated but still comfortable stay at Maremma Tuscany Village. Location is fine if you are by car, otherwise everything is far away. Pool area is ok, not a the most attractive but fun for the kids. Quality of the food at the restaurant is average, not the best. Breakfast was ok, however a lot of sweet options and limited non-sweet food. Again, food quality was average

The location might not be the most beautiful, and while the bungalows were a bit dirty on arrival they seem new and are quite nice. Price was also ok.

Good. But: SPA is missing. WiFi almost not working. In Holiday house no washing machine. Green areas with broken watering system. Small army of ants. Second bedroom is just in livingroom. Rest is ok.

It is a very beautiful place due to its position, the eyes are satisfied by the gulf of Follonica and you can also see the island of Elba. The lodgings are few so there is no chaos. Cleanliness applies. However, it does not have the characteristics of a farmhouse, it is more like a village.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Really lovely staff and a delightful stay. A calm town but close to a lovely little marina with great places for dinner and very close to beautiful beaches.

The rooms are perfectly fine. They are very clean and have a small balcony. The bathroom is quite small but sufficient. The staff is extremely friendly. Both at the reception and at the breakfast buffet. Everyone talked to us a lot, gave tips and always tried to help. The pool is very clean and there are good sunbeds.
