The hotel is located in a nice place close to Bari. The room was clean, well equipped and warm. They upgraded us to a better room. Everything was very good and as expected for a 4 star hotel. One item that stands out is the top class breakfast. Best breakfast of our travel where we stayed in 7 hotels. Maybe even our best breakfast in Italy.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and had mixed experiences.
**Positive Aspects:**
- The hotel's location is excellent. It's only 10 minutes from the airport, right on the beach, and offers parking.
- The breakfast was very extensive and varied, with a wide selection of foods.
- The housekeeping and room service were reliable.
**Negative Aspects:**
- Unfortunately, the hotel staff were not so friendly and unhelpful. There was also a significant language barrier, as hardly anyone spoke English.
- The pool was only usable with a swim cap, which was available for a fee. Additionally, the pool did not open until 9 AM, which was not ideal for early risers.
- Another negative point was the breakfast schedule. Although breakfast was officially from 6:30 to 10:30 AM, we were unable to access the breakfast room at 6:50 AM on our departure day. Since our flight was at 8:30 AM, we had to leave without the breakfast we had already paid for.

I stayed for a night while traveling for business. The hotel is great. However, it is an excellent spot for couples and family.

Unprepossessing frontage and poor first impression.Basic but comfortable room with small balcony. Nice pool with poor pool bar. Beach club bar and restaurant made up for the rest of it. Excellent location and service

It’s more of a 3 star than 4. You are really actually paying for a the beachfront. They have the most inconvenient policies. They have bicycles available on the website but when you get there it’s only available for 2 hours. You have a beachfront but can’t use the shower without a ticket. The restaurant is closed during lunchtime and you can only get the same dish as your partner. You can only have pizza on the weekend but also only for dinner. The “delux” room is the size of a student apartment with nothing inside. No mugs, no tea and no way to make your own without paying. Free shuttle on the website but in fact only on certain hours. No beach appliances or pool appliances. You need a cap for the pool that you have to pay for. The only redeemable quality of this place is its staff, kind and understanding people.

We enjoyed this Hotel a lot. In summary This is a Beach Club with accomodation. The property facilities are just ok. A very fast renovation (carpets and some walls) would make this a fantastic property for all. But what's nice and breathtaking is the beach. Not a Caribbean beach but a clear and clean water with a perfect temperature.
Bare in mind that the day you are checking out they won't allow you to go to the beach. And you can only use it after checking in. So you will lose a day of beach club access.
And beach club staff clearly differentiate residents (there are some houses around) from hotel visitors. Although they send you at the end of the beach it is not necessarily a bad location (a bit far from the bar but 3 minutes walking slow). Breakfast is perfect. Great Italian and international dishes with lots of great Italian coffee.
In conclusion, we liked it. You will enjoy it as it is a great experience for the price.

Very nice breaksfast. Lovely service, AC, lovely private beach with chairs and umbrellas, bar with lovely salads and panini (disappointing drinks). Restaurant has a beautiful view and the food is good (service could be better). Transfer can be booked to also go to near by cities.
