I do o not recommend this hotel. Despite calling and informing them in advance that I had to cancel my meeting, they refused to return my money. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to address the issue was very disappointing. I expected better communication and professionalism."

The hotel itself is great, I’m only giving 3 stars because of the people from reception and the food in the restaurant.

Hotel at Bari airport. Shuttle available to airport
Only have 1 bath towel available for 2 persons in the room.
Request 3 times but never received the 2nd towel.

Excellent location for early flights out of Bari. Restaurant staff wasn't as friendly as the front desk staff. Food was great. Rooms were quiet!

It’s convenient to the airport. The hotel is the nicest in the area. But I have had much better service at agroturismos in the area. Food was okay. Breakfast was definitely not the best I’ve had in Italy. A few of the restaurant servers were incredibly lovely people but many were abrupt and a bit difficult. Not what I am accustomed to in my extensive travels in Italy. The front desk staff was equally complex, a few people very helpful and kind and a few brusque and left me feeling like I was disturbing them. The cleaning staff for the rooms were amazing. Kind and helpful and thorough.

This is a beautiful hotel with many nice amenities. One of the best is the free shuttle to and from the airport.
The room was stylish and comfortable. The bed was soft and large with a great walk-in shower and soft towels.
The restaurant serves delicious food and the waiter/ host was attentive and polite.
I want to give to give this hotel a higher rating except there were a few concerns:
1. When we entered our room, the door handle, which had sharp edges, cut my arm. I went to the front desk to advise them and showed them the blood dripping off my arm and messy tissue, and all they said was “oh”. I had to ask for a bandage and he gave me two small bandaids and said nothing else.
2. When we checked, the lady at the front desk never asked for my wife’s passport, only for mine. Later that night the front desk called at 9:30 PM when we were in bed demanding we come back down and provide my wife’s passport. I had to put clothes back on and walk down to the front desk and I let them know that I was very disappointing and ask for a manager. The manager never showed up.
Other than those two instances, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are nice. The spa and the pool are great.

We have chosen this hotel due to early flight in the morning as many other travelers. Quality of the services was good, even for a such a short stay. Transfer to the airport is included in the price. We got the chance to have a quick coffee in the morning. Breakfast to go would have been nice before our flight.

Rooms are nice, very great location for industry, airport connection and not terribly long to get downtown(15mins drive).

Stay 3 days. One of the best hotels to stay in. Nice to have a gym next to the spa. The rooms are big, modern, and clean. The wifi, not the best but better than nothing. Room service fast and not so expensive. Breakfast included and also nice, like the menu for the lunch and dinner. On the last day, we also asked for a late check-in and there was no problem. Can only recommended 🤟
