Amazing hotel, with even more amazing ad friendly staff. Super cosy room, comfortable bed and pillows. We had a dog with us, and he was really happy and welcomed here. Great place to take rest, recharge! We will be back :)

Fantastic place, perfect for those who want to relax and disconnect from the daily routine .. huge room with balcony overlooking the lagoon and spectacular sunset immersed in the nature of the Cavanata valley ... and you can also get there by boat .. even just for an aperitif ..! in the pool at sunset ... priceless ...

Great hotel with large and apartments, huge balcony, well-equipped kitchen, great location, a few steps to the beach and town or lagoon.

We felt very comfortable, the apartment was large, clean and modern. The terrace was a real dream. We were there with 2 dogs and were received very friendly, German is spoken and this also simplifies a lot. Will definitely come back 😁

Great hotel in a great location with a fantastic, huge terrace. Nicely furnished and everything is available to enjoy a carefree vacation. There is even a washing machine. The landlord always tries hard and there is always someone available for questions. We (2 adults and 2 young people) are there for the second time and are completely satisfied. Clear recommendation for a wonderful vacation in Grado...

Very clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Great location, about 150 meter from the beach and a couple of minutes walk to the restaurants and bars.

Great hotel, modern rooms and clean. The sea in this region is not posible to use for swiming it is like a lagune. so hotel great but u must go somwhere alse to take a bath in the see.

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful place to stay and so clean. Our apartment was furnished with everything and it was really cozy. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. I loved them towels ...so soft. The view was very nice even from the first floor. The pool on top was really amazing, we couldn't use it cause it was a little cold but if we go back there in the summer i will...

Everything is super comfortable and clean. Bed is of good quality. Very helpful staff. Internet was not working well but it didn't really matter for me. Possible to reach a lot of things with bicycle.

A decent hotel with great vistas of the sea and a lovely terrace on the top. We visited in November so the swimming pool was sadly out of the question. I highly recommend you rent their bikes and go for a ride to the city, and beyond - We made an entire day's trip to Aquileia from it:)

It is not the best place, but there is much freedom and space for every guest. The location is as well very good. Swimming pool is very good for children. At the begin of the summer we need only to take care about gazillion of mosquitoes - I mean to kill them all :-).

Nice bungalows, simple but has everything one needs. Good location for biking. Good for families. Dogs welcomed.

Perfect camping! Traveling with kids, you can find it very good. Also very nice restaurant!

What I liked about this place is that the area is divided into parcels organized at different levels (elevated above the ground). The location is good, and there is Europa discount pretty close. What I didn't like is that the tent parcels have no grass left, there's only sand. There are no toilet seats in toilets, and you have to bring your own toilet paper. Showers requiring a 20 eurocent coin are...

Just a campsite with no added value. The only added value are old trees with their shade. Pitches are rather small for caravans, toilets/showers are approx. 30 years old and you have to pay for shower with no hot water guarantee. Beach is 50:50. During high tide it's ok, with long distance shallow water, but during low tide it's muddy and without the pier it's inaccessible. Finally it may be the only...

Great location right next to the beach with plenty of variety of camp sites for tent, RV, car, bike, or Campervan! The bathroom and wash stations are plentiful and located throughout the grounds and even a washer/dryer and refrigerator/freezer for campers use! The restaurant on site serves good local fare, but gets very busy very quick. The beach is an easy walk from camp and there are umbrellas...

Nice looking camp site where we stayed two nights. We had a quite place, nr 1. On the other side of the restaurant it was very busy. The food in the restaurant was good, nothing special. The toilet / shower: very bad. Clean but bad. No toilet paper, no toilet seat (@ ladies) Coin system that doesn't work in the shower :(

My favorite campsite and one of the most beautiful I know, no mass tourism and nature everywhere. Ok maybe the sea isn't alsways that perfect (because of sea weed) but you can't blame the camping site for that - they cannot influence the sea. Tip: best fish restaurant at Grado and absolutly worth the price
