Amazing place,cute furniture,nice feeling

The hotel is located in the best place just in front of beach and we could see the beach from balcony. The room is quite clean and everyday they cleaned the room perfectly and filled free drinks out. The breakfast was satisfied with very fresh cheese, bread and drinks. The morning coffee was extraordinary compared to other hotel.

Family driven hotel with a heart. If you visit Grado this hotel can't be more central in town and hip. Rooms are decent sized. The ambience is the heart of this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel with very nice owners. The room was a good size and the a/c unit worked very well (it’s really quiet). There were proper shutters at the windows. Breakfast was great and good value for money. It’s a short walk to the beach (about 5 mins) and maybe 10 - 15 mins to the centre with restaurants. The old town centre is probably another 5 mins so the hotel is in a good location...

A small bar in a small town (and I would add trouble if it weren't there) good brioches and the possibility of ordering different products than usual. Also open late.

Well-kept environment even if you see that it has not been renovated in all its parts. Stayed 4 nights. Good location in front of the beach and a few hundred meters from the center. Staff very kind. Clean facility everywhere. Good buffet breakfast. The suggestion (with discount) of the dinner at the Cavanon restaurant is excellent: varied and quality cuisine. Congratulations!

Very good 3* hotel close to the beach and Grado parks. Its own parking spaces are a great advantage. Good breakfast, a bit outdated but not small rooms. Renovated reception/lobby area.

The room wasn't very big and the parking lot was tight for maneuvering. The staff is very nice, helpful and competent. The Hotel is really clean. The breakfast was very good, everything was always replenished. It was a wonderful stay, we'll be back because we felt very comfortable.

I can really recommend the hotel. It is very nice and clean, the food was super good at dinner, and they refilled the breakfast buffet all the time, so that there was always plenty of food. The personal was very nice and helpful. It is just 5 minutes walking to the beach, in a calm area. I was really surprised because the ratings were not so good before. I would definitely come again.

We spent already 3rd vacation in this hotel with our three children. The rooms are simply, clean. The breakfast is very good, the caffe is Illy. The parking place is ca. 500m far from the hotel. I don't know why but our car is exactly same clean in the end as in the beginning. I am very satisfied :)

Lovely place, excellent location (located between the beach and Grado's best gelateria), really nice breakfast, rooms are good value for money, and while the walls are indeed pretty thin, the clientele of the hotel seems to be the more reasonable, quiet type, so noone steals your sleep. I, for one, slept like a baby. Also, the staff is just adorable.

We were in the economy room. It was clean and small, with a terrace view to the marina. The bathroom was clean. The room has A/C and TV. For the price I think it was fine.

Update: Five stars, because we loved so much and became friends. The lady at the breakfast room has been like a military sergeant. The lady is married with a police man. It looked like she learned a lot. But when I repeated my little complaint at the front desk, we all have been loving... We visited this place upon a bicycle tour to Grado June 16th 2017. Very good and modern hotel. Moderate price...

I stayed in 2015 and in 2017; on both I thought that this is a very good place, a family run business and the people are extremely nice and helpful. The place is well equipped, the rooms clean and the breakfast is good. I would recommend.

I loved this hotel! Rooms were nice and the location was great, breakfast was superb and the staff were super friendly and helpful…except for the young man who we checked out with in the morning.

We booked last minute and had an amazing stay in this hotel. The room was simple, but very clean with excellent daily room service, the breakfast offered many delicious options (also for vegetarians) and the staff was very friendly. There were bikes to use and a free beach close by. We can recommend! :)

Friendly staff, a bit old and only partially renovated (but the bathroom lacked the bidet), good breakfast, fair price. The hotel villa Rosa is basically the three-star part of the adjacent Diana hotel (under the same ownership).

We assume that the hotel is very minimal but the location is very deserving, close to the beach and the various services it offers. Excellent location, bikes available for free, excellent and abundant breakfast. Fairly spacious and clean economy room. Only the mattress leaves something to be desired and there is no fridge in the room. The common areas are also clean. Helpful and polite staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and we were allowed to use the bikes for free so we had the chance to experience Grado on 2 wheels :) Also, the breakfast was great and tasty, great place for your vacation

A really very friendly older hotel in a great location. Very clean and a really great host, we felt comfortable from the first minute you felt really welcome. The free rental bikes round off the whole thing, everything is very uncomplicated. Breakfast - great. Clear recommendation if we come back to Grado then 100% in this hotel. Small hotel 15 min walking distance from the center. Quiet location except the market on Saturdays morning. Next to the beach. Close to a DeSpar shop. Comfortable rooms with seaview, kitchenette, big fridge and quiet but efficient air-conditioning. No children and no pets allowed!

Convenient location by the sea and in the center, spacious rooms with a nice balcony, excellent breakfast to say the least, friendly and helpful staff, private parking. Excellent value for money. It would be convenient to also have the bike included in the price but this detail aside we will definitely be back.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Right in the center. 3 min walk to thr beach. Rooms look like 80s, especially the bathroom, but in a positive way. Very cozy. Huge balconies. Good breakfast. And have parking spaces. If you go Grado, good spot. And nice view, especially in the upper floors.

We stayed just for one night. The Welcome was lovely. There was a woman the reception - i saw her and I noticed she’s such a heartful woman ♥️ Also the owner such a cool guy. I will definitely come back. Stay so cool 😎
