A big hotel surrounded by a garden and fence. You feel secure. Parking inside, dors closed. It's already a bit old but room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is old and the showers should be adapted as there is only the shower from above, out from the wall as you had in the 50s. Towels, hairdryer and amenities are very good. I'm the room minibar, filled, safe (with card) TV etc and even to press your trousers. Air-conditioned of course.
Very nice and big breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff, 24 hour reception. Elevator. I felt very comfortable and at ease. And safe!!!

I had only a little problem with a lost object and I had to organise myself to retrieve it because the hotel doesn't organise the shipping on behalf of the guest, but the experience has been throughout very positive

We had a lovely 4 day stay at the hotel. Breakfast everyday was a special treat. The staff are excellent. Very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here for two nights in May. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to bring our two small dogs with us and they could stay in the room too. However, they are not allowed in the restaurant area and they cannot be left alone in the room. There is an outdoor seating area where they will happily serve you food though.
I have quite strict dietary requirements and they were extremely accomodating, with gluten free options and veggie, etc.
There is a supermarket not far away and some parks for an evening stroll. It took us 15-20 minutes to get to the centre on foot.
The rooms are very quiet and spacious.
The only thing that I would have liked extra would have been a small kettle in the room to make tea.

Really amazing service however the rooms are outdated. Definitely needs an upgrade. Also no clothing iron available so had to try use a hair straightener to try iron work clothes. Went to work with creased clothes.

Reasonable food, restaurant staff unfriendly, the rest of the reception staff and rooms excellent, very basic breakfast, the hotel furniture in need of restoration.

Stayed for one night, great restaurant and excellent bar service. Hotel staff really attentive. Will stay there again.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating. Limited menu in the dining room. Very convenient to the hospital. Turned off the air conditioning for the winter too soon.
