Decent hotel for those who need a short stay. Maximum friendliness, quick responses, cleanliness and quiet rooms even though the hotel overlooks the state road (they have double double-glazing). Cheap prices. The hotel is in Toscanella (the image of the arcades is instead the nearby Dozza, a village of murals that is worth a visit)

Hotel is located in a convenient spot on the main drag. Good value for money. Self service. The staff was only there in the morning for breakfast, everything else was automatic.

Stayed in this structure for work reasons: for reasons unknown to me, the check-in service is absent, however it can be easily managed independently. The room is adequate for a 3-star hotel, while the breakfast certainly needs to be improved not so much in the quality of the food but in the disposition of the girl who was at the service, listless and hasty.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and polite which has been a welcome break from the city types. Possibly the nicest people we’ve dealt with over the past few days. Very clean hotel, good parking. No complaints, would definitely recommend.

We came with our dog without prebooking. The hotel is in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The receptionist was very very friendly. The room very clean, the wi fi very fast. At the ground floor is a pizzeria where we will have our dinner. Review of the pizzeria later! The hotel is highly recommended!!!

Nice little motel. Very friendly personal and a nice typical Italian breakfast. We stayed there for one night to pick up our camper. It was no problem that our small boy slept in our bed.

Spent one night, honestly I've never seen the staff, all by phone. For the rest, simple rooms, clean and with the essentials present (there was no bidet though). Isolated and quiet spot, cheap so ok

For a transit accommodation I would say it is exceptional. Clean room, low cost, very quiet location, full breakfast in the morning. The only thing, but the hotel management cannot do anything about it, the rooster that starts crowing at 6:00 in the morning but in the end, for us who had to leave early, it was an additional alarm. Unattended parking space but there is an external video surveillance...

We had the pleasure of attending a wedding organized in Villa Montrona and were pleasantly impressed by the exquisite hospitality of Edita and Ottavia, by the efficiency of the staff and of course by the excellent cuisine.

Wedding reception at the villa, all perfect, Edita followed us and accompanied us to the big day with patience and professionalism. Fantastic villa park, large parking lot, location surrounded by the vineyards of the Imola area. A dream party

Excellent location near Imola. Ancient Villa with ample parking and centuries-old park located on a hill between the Sangiovese vineyards and the valley below. Ideal for outdoor events. The view towards the valley is very pleasant. A very pretty consecrated church is part of the estate where it is possible to "get married".

Guest in this hotel for suzuki bike day. Place located on the edge of the rivazza in addition with a huge garden where you can really see a large part of the circuit. Really excellent service and courtesy. Staff very helpful. Excellent price given the location also very quiet and beautiful. I highly recommend it and definitely go back!

Was there on Formula 1 by the work (13.04-19.04). It's very good place, very nice hotel owner. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good enough. Dinner is excellent. This hotel have very cool spot to see some zones of the track. I hope i'll be back then pandemic is over, hope this country will handle all Covid problems as fast as it can. Thank you!

Trerè served as the host for my wedding and accommodation for my family. The staff could not have made it easier to plan a wedding from the US. Everyone is so incredibly nice. This vineyard was a dream come true. We had 48 people come and enjoy the magic of Trerè. They arranged everything from the Catholic wedding at the cathedral to the music. We cant wait to go back, not only because it was our venue...

Very comfortable b / b, 10 minutes from the center, with air conditioning, fan, TV. With breakfast included inside the room, with electric moka with ready coffee. Fridge.

It's a student lodge. Not suitable for business trip or to visit places around. A limited places but good good for students.

This restaurant was recommended some years ago from our hotel. When returning after five years, I spent two more evenings with my friends in this awesome restaurant. Very fresh food, homemade pasta and bread, meat and beer. Here you get good quality for your money, very nice ambiance (vintage pig farm buildings) and the best friendly staff

Hotel in a great location for business travelers, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The thing I appreciated most was the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and the tranquility of the place, away from traffic. Furthermore, next to the hotel there is an excellent restaurant, delicious pizzas !!

Beautiful hotel. Room is spacious and breakfast is fine. Well located in the center of the city full of options for restaurants. Very nice staff but they don’t help you with luggage. Be aware with the elevator. If your room is located on the higher floor, the elevator goes up to a certain level and you have to carry luggage by stairs.

This is a very special place. My wife and I came here on our honeymoon, and upon hearing the occasion, the hotel upgraded us to an absolutely astounding suite. Hotel is ok. The rooms are nice, clean, modern and spacious. The people at reception are friendly. The people working in the restaurant are not. Especially the young man who works there in the evening. He started yelling at me for putting a glass on another table which meant he had to take away the paper table cover. It wasn't even my glass... So I wasn't the culprit but got the blame nonetheless....

I stayed at B&B Faenza for 1 night, the staff was very kind and helpful, the parking space out is good and easy to park. The room was really good for it's price, the breakfast was also good and tasty BUT not big variety there, I would like more options at the breakfast! Also one negative is the location of the hotel because is far away from the city centre, so you need car for sure if you want to walk...

I had to stay two unplanned nights in Faenza waiting for my car to be repaired and the B&B Hotel Faenza was really a pleasant surprise. Very clean, fresh and comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. The place is very nice and clean but unfortunately the room we had gave us another room and the communicating wall had a nice hole that made us feel everything that our neighbors did with very different times from ours. In short, it seemed to have them with us in the room.

This is one of the absolutely best places we've ever stayed at, and we've travelled a lot during 25 years. The beautiful and exquisite house, the wonderful hosts, the tranquil garden, a true paradise. We only booked one night, and we should have stayed at least a week, or two! ...and there were homemade cookies and cherries waiting for us...

Do you want to see what heaven is like? Here, then you must stay here. Enchanted place, surrounded by greenery and nature. The house is simply wonderful, welcoming, ultramodern, comfortable. The hospitality is 10 and praise, Mrs. Concetta and her husband are exceptional, never found such kindness.

We stayed there for a ceramics festival. The rooms were fine, if rather basic - a tea/coffee making option would have been good. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. It is a bit of a walk fromthe town centre.

Het uitzicht en de ligging en het ontvangst door Gabriel. Wij waren er in feb dus geen gebruik gemaakt van zwembad, maar dat moet zomers echt top zijn. De omgeving is perfect voor fietser en wandelaars. Brisighella en Faenza zijn beide mooie stadjes met goeie restaurants en leuke barretjes.

An oasis of peace surrounded by wonderful nature. The house, the garden and the swimming pool are splendid. The house is cool even in the scorching heat of this year. The details are taken care of and each room has its own bathroom with shower. All very welcoming even for my large family. Gabriele is a perfect host. We'll be back!

Very nice stay. Only two nights, but I'd liked It!

Extraordinary architecture and creative design. Every square meter offers some inspirational detail. The garden is enormous and dotted with herbs and kitchen veggies, and the surrounding acres of fruit trees offer a really unique setting.

Good value, simple and clean accommodation in the agriturismo part of this small complex on a fruit farm. The half board was good value with home produced food. Note there is also a much smarter "hotel" part with dramatic internal rooms with 1970s furniture.

I spent the three days behind the New Year with 10 friends. A suggestive countryside location, very modern houses that do not lack any comfort. The staff, at least for the restaurant and the farm, was friendly and helpful. I put three stars because of the owner, who on several occasions has proved to be intrusive without apparent motivation, entering the house without knocking. Overall a great experience

This is a newly renovated old villa mid-way between Faenza and Forli and good for both, Francesca was a great host and the breakfast was especially good.

A fantastic property in a great location and easy to find. We had a lovely room, clean and with a comfortable bed. We had a lovely breakfast sitting outside in the sun. Francesca was lovely with good English and recommended a nice little restaurant not to far from the villa.

Very well restored, but in the rooms there is no air conditioning ... in the bathroom there is no soap holder and towel holder but overall it was a positive experience.

We spent just one night in this beautifully restored estate in the greenery and silence of the Romagna plain. If you come by bike, it can become a good starting point for itineraries suitable for any type of training also thanks to the possibility of being able to keep cars and bikes safely in the estate. We spent the night on a very comfortable bed in a splendid frescoed room whose story was told...

Wonderful villa, the owner an affable and polite person, very good and sufficient breakfast. The room where I was very nice and spacious with everything you need to spend quiet nights, the very nice garden with those autumn colors. Its spaces are beautiful and even the entrance to the Villa has its charm.

Rooms 90 and 91 smell with cigarettes so much, even that these rooms are for non-smokers. Other than that - everything was good.

It's a nice place to stay when you come to Bologna. You can get there from the center by bus line 101.

The hotel is quite old, inside the room and also in the common areas. The room is large, but due to it's age it doesn't so feel clean. No lift to the upper floor, so you have to carry your luggage with you. it's about 20 minutes drive from Bologna center, waiting for a taxi can take sometimes 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is good and there is a nice garden to sit outside
