Decent hotel for those who need a short stay. Maximum friendliness, quick responses, cleanliness and quiet rooms even though the hotel overlooks the state road (they have double double-glazing). Cheap prices. The hotel is in Toscanella (the image of the arcades is instead the nearby Dozza, a village of murals that is worth a visit)

Hotel is located in a convenient spot on the main drag. Good value for money. Self service. The staff was only there in the morning for breakfast, everything else was automatic.

Stayed in this structure for work reasons: for reasons unknown to me, the check-in service is absent, however it can be easily managed independently. The room is adequate for a 3-star hotel, while the breakfast certainly needs to be improved not so much in the quality of the food but in the disposition of the girl who was at the service, listless and hasty.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and polite which has been a welcome break from the city types. Possibly the nicest people we’ve dealt with over the past few days. Very clean hotel, good parking. No complaints, would definitely recommend.

Hotel in a great location for business travelers, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The thing I appreciated most was the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and the tranquility of the place, away from traffic. Beautiful hotel. Room is spacious and breakfast is fine. Well located in the center of the city full of options for restaurants. Very nice staff but they don’t help you with luggage. Be aware with the elevator. If your room is located on the higher floor, the elevator goes up to a certain level and you have to carry luggage by stairs.

Hotel is ok. The rooms are nice, clean, modern and spacious. The people at reception are friendly. The people working in the restaurant are not. Especially the young man who works there in the evening. He started yelling at me for putting a glass on another table which meant he had to take away the paper table cover. It wasn't even my glass... So I wasn't the culprit but got the blame nonetheless....

Difficult to criticise anything about this hotel, unless you're looking for a beautiful location. It's clean, quiet and has exceptionally helpful staff. Breakfast is not bad at all. A perfect transit hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good system of bufet, you can buy everything you need directly form the reception. Litle bit noisy rooms, you can hear noise from the other rooms. Ideal fort short business trip.

So the hotel is actually great. The beds are super comfy. Breakfast is really small and pretty much has nothing, the food on the other hand is really tasty. I actually cannot give it a smaller review because I know in Italy breakfast is normally in a small portion, but still no variety. Everything else is okay and the parking is big. I Recommend.

We stayed there for a ceramics festival. The rooms were fine, if rather basic - a tea/coffee making option would have been good. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. It is a bit of a walk fromthe town centre.

Absolutely fantastic place not far from Bologna! Big and green territory around, plenty of place to walk with the children. Thr rooms are very neat and clean, service is top! And the restaurant is just fabulous! Plenty of seafood in menu, which is not typical for this region of Italy.

Staff at the reception desk was extremely helpful. We arrived to early and they let us leave our luggage in the hotel while we were visiting Forli. We were also leaving the hotel early in the morning and they prepared breakfast out of restaurant opening hours which was very nice and unexpected.

The staff and general services are great, but maybe it was my luck that I haven't found the bed mattress comfortable enough. Also, the WiFi connection was a bit unstable. Had a good experience staying there. Looks like the man in charge was Antonio, from the reception, very caring and friendly. The shower cabins need replacement, and the bathrooms a renovation. Also the doors are so thin and don't isolate the outside noise to well. What's worse is that other people tend to slam them at late hours.. Anyway, overall is a good choice in Forli.

I staied at the hotel for 3 nights - business purpose. Everything was great. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good and i never missed anything. It is not in the city center, but you can make it by walk in about 5-10 minutes which is great. There are a great choice of restaurants and cafe close so you can easily enjoy your stay.

I chose this hotel because it is next to the exhibition center. However, I was not able to check in at the check-in time and had to wait for a long time. I had to contact Ctrip, and their customer service effectively solved my problem. I have to give a thumbs up to Ctrip. In addition to its excellent geographical location, everything else about the hotel is acceptable.

The hotel is near the highway. It has its own parking. You can reach the historical centre by bus. The bus stop is not far away but the bus no 20 sometimes gets stuck in rush hour traffic. We liked the room, the staff is very friendly and above all the breakfast is very delicious.

The area is very convenient, also for traveling as it has the station nearby to reach the central station or the airport in a very short time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was really easy to find. It has a big parking lot. It's quite modern in style. Bery elegant. Free wifi using username and password they gave me at the reception desk. Big bathroom (shower not that big though).
