The small hotel occupies an old restored Villa is set in a Park, in a beautiful location with panoramic views of Porto Maurizio. It offers rooms with kitchenette and sea views and rooms with a Seating area and views of the garden or sea. Nearby are tennis courts and a diving centre. A good option for a relaxing beach holiday.

Located: in panoramic position overlooking the Ligurian town of Porto Maurizio, 5 minutes ' drive from Imperia, 300 metres from the sea, 284 km from Milan Malpensa airport, 112 km from Genoa airport.
Consists of one 3-storey building.
Just 22 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach, 300 m from the hotel (2-coastline), through the railway underpass. Sun beds, umbrellas - for a fee. The length of the beach - 100 m.

Reviews
Room 204 is a small 30 m² studio with a kitchenette. No dinner available at the moment. There are about ten restaurants within a 15-minute walk, 50% of which are roadside and the other 50% in the pedestrian streets in small squares.
Breakfast included with a sweet and savory buffet.
Comfortable foam mattress.
Beautiful, fresh garden with large trees and deckchairs.
Safe, wardrobe. Oven.
Fridge. TV. Ironing board. Air conditioning. Rectangular pillows.
There were 3 of us and we had a room under the attic, so we only had roof windows, which was a shame about the view. The equipment is a little dated. The toilet seat wasn't fixed, but this was replaced as soon as we reported it. The best thing about this hotel is its staff, who are pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is very decent, although served in a room whose windows needed cleaning. Despite a shaded outdoor terrace, breakfast is only served indoors, which is a shame! But perhaps this was due to the presence of only one member of staff for room service.
Regarding the location, it is quite possible to reach the port center on foot.
Fantastic place, really polite and welcoming staff, nice everyone, fantastic sea view, I went to many hotels but this really impressed me a lot.
