I went to this hotel as a suggestion from my brother who visited the place two years ago. Very beautiful Hotel for relaxing vacation. They have three temperature controled pools with amazing views to the mountains in the outdoor ones. Their breakfast is amazing and the dinner is excellent. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Really love it

Wonderful hotel in a strategic location between Lago di Braise and Tre Cime - the hotel has a great overall ambience (cozy, traditional but not dated) and service. Rooms - we stayed at the new block and the room was spacious, clean and modern with a nice view over the valley. Food - great breakfast selection with many varieties of ham, fruits yogurt etc (fresh waffles and omelette are the best!)...

Stayed here two nights to unwind visit lago di braies. It was perfect because we relaxed in the spa after travelling, visited the lake and hiked and then relaxed in the spa again. The hotel is wunderbar! Very clean room, completed with wellness centre, and excellent food in the restaurant. All the staffs are super nice and helpful, the front desk, cleaning staff, and even the owner of the hotel greeted us. But, I got an unpleasant experience with a tall woman who (maybe) a coordinator in the restaurant, she always stands in front of the restaurant entrance to great all the guest...

This was such a unique and wonderful location to stay during our visit to the Dolomites. The spa is delightful and very comforting. One of the highlights of our time here was the fact that you get to keep the same dining table in the restaurant for the entirety of your stay. Was a really nice touch and one I’d never seen before. Great experience, great hotel. They made my stay with my girlfriend extra special, and went out of the way to do so. They just added a big wing, and have a really cozy and unique spa area that is over 3,000 sq meters / 9000 square feet and is included with your room. Great half-board experience. The welcome at first seemed quite cold but once you discovered the room, the spa and the restaurant, everything was perfect. Bravo for the meals and the good stay despite not having booked a room.

Characteristic Tyrolean, welcoming and kind staff but not always attentive to the customer's needs. The rooms are of different quality depending on the price, the renovated ones are beautiful and functional, the others decidedly old and uncomfortable. Great location, comfortable, warm and clean rooms. Very proud, quick and customer forward service. All that five star.. I would only mentioned the breakfast could be made from "real" eggs, not many choices for hot options thought and there are no vegetables or raw fruit to hold on, shame that dinner is a bit too expensive.

Nice place close to Dobbiaco's lake and all the nice beautiful place in that land. The Hotel is closest to the railway and the railway station but inside the building you will not ear anything. The food is good but the breakfast is a little bit poor.

Very nice family hotel, just two steps from Dobbiaco city center. Warm rooms, restaurant serves typical dishes with buffet included. Wellness Spa welcomes you after a day in the snow. Totally recommended.

A picturesque location, right along the main road. We visited only restaurant and tried only coffee + Strudel and were pleasantly surprised by good quality, service and low price.

Fantastic. We called at 11pm at night and she stayed open until we got there greeting us in her traditional Drindle costume . We were amazed to get anybody to answer the phone. We loved our one-night stay at Rosengarten. Staff was always friendly and the room was wonderful! Excellent food and very good service. Typical Tyrolean food with great attention to details. The place helps to keep old recipes and traditions alive. The lovely lady that seems to be the owner speaks multiple languages, sit the customers, fix the tables(literally) and takes the orders. The young waiter and waitress are very polite and friendly.

We loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel itself, from the moment we checked in to when we sadly had to leave. Nice place, friendly staff. They placed us in a well appointed apartment near the hotel. Everything was great except for check-out. We had to wait 15-20 minutes to check-out, which was a hassle.

The arrival was not the best, but after a while they recovered. The receptionist had a lot of difficulty communicating with us in Italian. The room is quite comfortable and quiet. Excellent private parking in the back. The buffet breakfast is very varied.
