I went to this hotel as a suggestion from my brother who visited the place two years ago. Very beautiful Hotel for relaxing vacation. Wonderful hotel in a strategic location between Lago di Braise and Tre Cime - the hotel has a great overall ambience (cozy, traditional but not dated) and service. Rooms - we stayed at the new block and the room was spacious, clean and modern with a nice view over the valley. Food - great breakfast selection with many varieties of ham, fruits yogurt etc (fresh waffles and omelette are the best!)...

I would recommend Hotel Cristallo to everyone; very kind owners, waiters and all the staff. Excellent food, even for someone like me who only eats soups, room cleaning always perfect. We were there as a family and really enjoyed the time. The two managers of the house are very keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are extremely stylish and the wellness area has everything you could wish for. We will come back

This is a fabulous place for families with children. The location is close to everything needed for skiing and near the charming city center. Best of all, everyone who works in this family-run hotel is super friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful and there are great activities for children...so the adults can relax and enjoy themselves as well!

We were on holiday for a few days in January and had a very good time. The hotel is completely renovated and is spotless. We stayed with family 4 days, while skiing in Drei Zinnen and we enjoyed our time here. After skiing we used the sauna and pool. The rooms are nice and clean and all the staff is extremely friendly!

I was there for 3 nights before Christmas and it was very nice, good room and pool, sauna. We miss just eggs at breakfast.

Characteristic Tyrolean, welcoming and kind staff but not always attentive to the customer's needs. The rooms are of different quality depending on the price, the renovated ones are beautiful and functional, the others decidedly old and uncomfortable. Rich and varied breakfast, also attentive to allergies and intolerances. Nice location.

Structure in the center of Dobbiaco, equipped with every comfort. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cuisine with always fresh products. The owners are cute and always ready to suggest itineraries and solve any problem!

We had a 6 day stay. Buffet for breakfast and vegetable buffet for dinner. To report the possibility of having an encore and an alternative dish. I also point out that they anticipated breakfast on the day of departure (At 6.15 am) Very kind.

The hotel stay itself was great. Lack of amenities, yes, but that is not what you book this hotel for. The decor itself is nice. Lots of place for you to hike nearby. Food wise, it is great overall. Their desert buffet, their appetizers and breakfast were fantastic. However, their main courses were sorely disappointing, not sure how they messed up on that one multiple times. Great hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was quick, room had everything we needed and was clean. The view of the mountains from the balcony was spectacular. Breakfast had what you needed, standard European continental but could get eggs made to order. Easy free parking - location was very close to the town centre but just outside, could be be walkable but we didn’t feel entirely safe...

This is an excellent hotel. Everything exceeded all expectations. We got an extremely comfortable and clean room with everything very new. The breakfast was excellent and the personnel very friendly and helpful. Would come back here more times. Totally recommended.

We had a wonderful time during our two night stay here. We had breakfast and dinner here both days, and the food was absolutely delicious. We especially enjoyed the live accordion music during dinner. A special thanks to Teresa for being such a gracious host. The balcony view was so beautiful and the room was very nice. In this hotel you will have perfect chances to explore South Tyrol and the famous Dolomites. Very close located to Monte Cristallo and the beautiful Italian City Cortina d'Ampezzo.

Very clean hotel, and friendly staff. Even there is no bar at the hotel the staff has some recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast is very tasty. We recommend this place for everybody.

This place is SO wonderful. Family owned, and they’re really nice people. The view is completely staggering, and as the clouds move and the light changes it continues to amaze. The ‘wellness center’ is crazy...I’m not even sure what to do with some of the options but I was digging the whirlpool baths (a massage!), the hot/ cold blast shower, the sauna, and the pool, which also has some whirlpool...

Great stay, dining and bar! We enjoyed our stay and dining every evening... The hotel is just next to public transport which takes you to numerous tourist and hike destination! It’s just few blocks from the main square... staff at reception and at restaurant are really nice...

We only stopped for breakfast after a sunrise visit to Lago Braies, it was recommended to us by someone on the street. Wish we could have stayed longer. The decor, service, sunshine, scenery. Quite enchanting.

The arrival was not the best, but after a while they recovered. The receptionist had a lot of difficulty communicating with us in Italian. The room is quite comfortable and quiet. Excellent private parking in the back. The buffet breakfast is very varied.

Great accommodation: convenient location for several excursions nearby (right in front of the Dobbiaco visitor center). Excellent catering.

Nice hotel, nice cozy rooms with a small kitchen corner and sitting area. Everything was very clean! Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast buffet very good - maybe a little more bread selection (but that's complaining on a high level :-) We'll be back for sure!
