If you are still considering whether to book a stay in the hotel or not - put your hesitations aside! This is one of the cleanest, coziest and friendliest family owned hotels we stayed. We first visited the place last year and returned this year without any regrets, except for the amount of food we ate (thumbs up to the chef - dinners are exquisite and super difficult to stop). We will definitely consider returning next year!

To put it simply, the BEST hotel experience of our (long!) lives, period. I can't even begin to think of things that could be improved... The mind-blowing location, the amazing size of the room and bathroom, the kindness of all the staff, the to-die-for breakfasts and dinners, the indoor swimming pool, I could go on for (nearly) ever. Most amazing, the attention to details, the dinner conversations with the manager, the perfect servers (classy, yet never obsequious), once again, I could go on for ever. One - just one - example of their attention to detail: dinner menus were printed everyday and placed on the breakfast table. I was surprised that ours was in English when most of the guests were German-speaking. We realized they did translate the menus for the two of us, everyday, to make it easier.

A beautiful family-run hotel that is located in a stunning area of the dolomites. The level of service was top notch with the restaurant staff being very attentive and super friendly.
Rooms are very nicely sized with good facilities throughout the hotel. The spa area is well equipped with a relaxing zone that is perfect after a nice summer hike. You definitely get what you pay for and more as the inclusive meals are superb.

We stayed in this hotel to ski and it was wonderful! I really can say that it’s the best hotel we’ve stayed so far. Everything was amazing! The owners are so good people who put so much attention to the excellent service! The food was very delicious, the spa is excellent, the room is very clean, the location is very near the ski lift, otherwise you can use a shuttle directly from the hotel. We were with our little son and the woman owner made for him everything he wished for dinner, we appreciated it so much. Thank you so much for all the memories! :)

For us it was our first time at this very beautiful and refined structure.
We have a two-year-old girl and we were really pleased to find so much attention for the little ones.
From the games room intended for them, to the table set ad hoc for them where nothing is missing, to the menus dedicated to them and others also found in the same room assigned to us.
All this made the location even more familiar and made us feel at home.
Thanks again to the owner for his availability but we don't want to if we have the pleasure of thanking IDRIZ for his professionalism and kindness who accompanied us throughout our stay with a smile.

My husband Andrea and I stayed in this hotel for the second time in July for the Marathon of the Dolomites and it was, like the first time, a wonderful stay, perhaps a little more for the thrill of being able to return to these wonderful places. The property, the rooms, as well as the views are very beautiful. The owners, the Craffonara gentlemen are exquisite people, who know how to make you feel at ease. Their employees are also very nice. We hope to be back next year.

We spent five wonderful days in this hotel. The owner is always available and very attentive to customer satisfaction. The staff is kind and always ready to satisfy guests' requests. The restaurant is also good, offering excellent dishes with a great variety of choices.
The room we stayed in is very nice and equipped with all comforts with a large balcony overlooking a wonderful panorama.
The location of the hotel is very close to the town center and at the same time sufficiently far from the chaos of vehicle traffic.
Ciasa Lara has a large and comfortable garage included in the price of the stay, which is not always discounted in hotels.
In conclusion what to say ... excellent in every sense.

Lovely Hotel! Great spa! Easy access to the slopes with shuttle to the ski lift and ski in option. Dinner 5star. Breakfast 5star! Service 5 star. Thank you Walter and your team.
