The most phenomenal experience! The staff were lovely & kind! The restaurant offered fresh, unique meals that were heavenly! The location and amenities made this hotel a true dream! Even the views from the hotel are breathtaking! Every area was polished and clean with elegant design. Would recommend staying here or coming back!!!

We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Mirage. The staff at the front desk kindly upgraded our rooms free of charge and offered our group the complimentary aperitivo even though we arrived after it had concluded. Staff at the restaurant were lovely and accommodating as well. The rooms were both spacious and spotless, and the landscaping on the property was stunning.

Nice hotel, very attentive and friendly. The rooms are the weak point; there's no air conditioning and the bed is uncomfortable (the mattress has broken springs). Overall, it's a hotel that's well worth it, especially because of the friendly welcome from the staff.

Definitely not 4 star, and not worth the 800EUR we paid for a family room with 3m2 bathroom for 4 of us. Don’t book in advance, they lower the rates 30% in time; still not a good value. Hotel is old from 70s. We could barely move in the shower. building is outdated. Fitness center is in an old basement and has 3 basic equipment, no weights at all. Sauna is also same, small one stuck in the basement (by reservation). Jakuzzi is an overground jakuzzi for 4, by reservation only. Fire exits have carpets and wooden furniture to flame first during a fire before you can escape.
Positive thing is the staff, they’re very friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast is good, not wonderful like others mentioned. Omlette etc. is extra charge. Dinner was good. Indoor pool is also good but you need to put a hair cap for which you will pay.

We had a very nice stay here. It's a beautiful property with a very nice surrounding. Amazing service and hospitality - everyone greets with smile and is very helpful. They even surprised me with a wine bottle and cookies on my birthday, even though we didn't tell them!

Excellent service. We arrived late and they re-opened the bar for us. The shuttle bus took us to town on time. The dining room manager ensured my dietary needs were catered for. I’m dairy free and gluten free, with a variety of special dishes made for me. I was made to feel very welcome. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The bed was comfy and a great view from our balcony. Thank you all at the Mirage. Philip Beattie and family

Very satisfactory hotel! Because the B&B we booked was temporarily having its heating repaired, the landlord recommended this hotel! After checking in, I felt like I had met you too late! 10 minutes drive from the town of Cortina d'Ampezzo! Excellent location! Nice scenery! The handsome guy at the front desk was attentive and enthusiastic, and very humorous! There is an elevator! The room was clean and tidy, the only thing was that there was no free bottled water! But the minibar is not expensive! Highly recommend! There is indoor parking, free of charge. If I hadn't booked a B&B, I would have definitely stayed a few more days. The hotel rents snowboards very conveniently and has a shuttle bus. Breakfast was good too! Very satisfied! Good value for money!

The hotel is 3.5 km from Cortina d'Ampezzo, a 6-minute drive. The hotel service is very good, and the breakfast and dinner are great! All the staff are friendly and welcoming. There is free finger food (happy hour) at 7pm. The underground garage is very convenient.
