Nice and clean rooms, very close to the city center. Breakfast was nice, classic italian croissants and coffee. We would have appreciated a better air conditioner since it was too hot in August and also a clothesline on the balcony (much needed if you go to the beach everyday). Overall, good value for the price.

Great property with flat easy walking access to Lecce old town. The room was spacious and vey clean with a good well shaded balcony.
The communal facilities were good with a useful sun deck. Personally we would have liked coffee making facility, But overall the facilities were really good.
Francesco and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

This B&B is a refreshing and easy going place, located really close to central Lecce, it served as our base in exploring the Salento region for some days. The rooms were spotless and spacious, the decor was very sleek, and while noty served at the property itself, breakfast was provided in a nearby café that was just as pleasant and tended by very friendly staff.

Francesco was extremely clear and helpful. He was so kind as to help us secure a last minute car rental, and promptly provided advice upon request. I wholeheartedly reccomend the property if you're seeking to stay in Lecce and want a comfortable and casual place to get back to every evening after a day of exploring Puglia.

Awesome place, furniture, parking, area. The only case is useless fridge. If you leave the room, electricity switch off.

This clean B&B is conveniently only a 10 min walk from Lecce's restaurants and Baroque churches in the 'old town'. The rooms are spacious and ours included a balcony. Free parking is available on the street, without problem. Francesco, the gracious owner, speaks English, and was very accommodating (we had a car problem). If I ever return to Lecce, this is where I will stay.

The place itself is beautiful, designed very tasteful and Francesco The host is super flexible and kind. He gave us The recommandation to not only explore the amazing city of Lecce, but also to go to Otranto, whitch was a good call. We are super positive about this B&B and The city of Lecce, Will definitely recommand and come back one time!

Great owner who helps with practical stuff and all you need to do is ask. We had great parking on the road. The owner was there to make sure we found the reassurance that parking was safe and we were not ticketed. At check in everything was explained. Hopefully once Italy relaxes rules the common area can have coffee and kettles. The walk to the historical centre is easy. Straight down and in 10 minutes you are there. The seafood place he recommended was great. Enjoy the Italian vibe. Have a car and drive to an olive oil tasting which I will review separately.
