it was very hot and they turned off the air conditioning system over the 4 nights we were there. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy.

Surprise!! a DJ party at the lobby We had a smooth stay at the hotel, the breakfast was very good with many options but we didn’t know that there is a DJ party on Friday nights at the lobby which might disturb hotel customers. (They gave us ear plugs ???).

Overdue maintenance. Air conditioning is out of order, unpleasant atmosphere, staff is good. Everything is hanging loose, window handle, bathroom shower hanging hook. Furthermore, a lot of noise due to the building's extraction. My room 160 was right next to it. Because of this I slept very badly. Not recommended.

It would be a super hotel if the structure was taken care of from an infrastructural point of view. The room assigned to us was that of a two-star hotel: non-working air conditioning, narrow bathroom with a 1950s shower cabin with a fixed arm shower. Swimming pool closed, SPA also for renovation. The ambiance was okay, but the service was terrible. At breakfast, they asked everyone around them what kind of coffee they wanted, but skipped over me, a Chinese guest. When I asked for my room number, their attitude was extremely arrogant. If your hotel doesn't welcome Chinese guests, please don't list it on a Chinese platform. I do not recommend this to any Chinese citizens.

Well maintained, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, clean room.

Only two negatives- it was April and hot, but the hotel did not have the AC turned on. Afternoon sun baked our room. Second item- the hotel permitted a band or audio group to set up a large sound system and do hours of loud sound tests. The music was so loud, we were unable to stay in our room.

Quite noisy as there is little insulation between rooms and floors, particularly the plumbing in rooms above. Also, no air conditioning nor fan at all in my room. Very good breakfast and some nice staff. Not 4 star and not worth the price paid.

We were in Puglia for a cycling trip along the coast and stayed at Hotel Delle Palme for a few days before and after the trip. The hotel is lovely and the breakfasts are great. However, we wanted to comment on two staff in particular, Chiara and Tamara. Both were helpful, engaging and knowledgeable. They added to a great stay. By the way, Lecce is worth the visit.

Then pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day. I have been to Art Hotel to celebrate a bachelorette party. We had great time and all the services requested were high quality services. Pool, lunch and spa were perfect.

Modern hotel. While the venue is not optimal, it's an easy drive into the city. Breakfast buffet is so-so - the coffee machine is a disgrace! Go to the bar and get your espresso there. Room was spacious enough, but really, no power outlets next to the bed?

We stayed well and we noticed a perfect organization. The property is located well. In few kilometers you can find on some of the most beautiful beaches of Italy. If I were to go back in Salento, this is a place that definitely a violation of Italian into account.

A very nice masseria with an incredibly hospitable staff. They didn't know what good they could do for us. Nice pool area with good sunbeds. Clean and nice room with plenty of space. I recommend going to this place with the best atmosphere. The gym was not very god but ok for vaccation mode.

It was great to stay at this wonderful palace with histrory of caring children in the past. The facilities, location and quality of food were best but first of all, the warmest hospitality of all the staffs especially Francesco is the best reason why we should stay at this palace!

This was the finest stay at a hotel that my wife and I had here in Puglia. Raffaella and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. The entire staff was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome . They arranged tours for us and helped with dinner reservations. The staff were very helpful and very friendly and always available. The shower in our room was very old and not cleaned well due to years of buildup (likely). I was disappointed that although there is a pool and a hot tub, neither were opened and you had to book the spa to be able to use the pool. That information was not clear at the time of booking. I could have given it 4 stars but the fact that the room smelled so much of tobacco forced me to give it a lower rating. Modern, clean, great breakfast offered each morning! Located in a more residential area, we stayed here two nights with a tour group. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the Old town. Restaurants, bakery and a small food market all are nearby.
