I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tiziano. The breakfast was delicious, and the hot chocolate was amazing better than in many other hotels I’ve stayed at. My room was spacious and cleaned every day, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I’m really satisfied and would gladly return!

This hotel is nice, but out dated. The staff is very friendly and most of the speaks English fairly well. The room was nice, and beds were comfortable. The lifts were old and half of the were out of service. Location wise it's a 15 minutes walk to the old town center.

Overdue maintenance. Air conditioning is out of order, unpleasant atmosphere, staff is good. Everything is hanging loose, window handle, bathroom shower hanging hook. Furthermore, a lot of noise due to the building's extraction. My room 160 was right next to it. Because of this I slept very badly. Not recommended.

Modern structure, located near the historic center of Lecce, easily reachable on foot. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Thank you!

The hotel's excellent location allows you to move around comfortably by car, with the very convenient possibility of parking available on site.

Great convenient hotel for visiting Lecce and surrounding areas on our road trip. A 15 minute walk to the old town. Comfortable bed, great shower. Breakfast had many options, although the quality could have been better (for example the juice was not fresh or pure fruit).

Then pool was okay but the birds kept on flying in and drinking from it so I got out of there to avoid avian flu which would have destroyed my vacation. They need to really keep the birds out of the pool. They also don’t have a clothing steamer or irons so you might need to wear your wrinkly clothes or pay them and they return it back ironed the next day. I think this is one of the best structures in Salento. Lecce is a wonderful city and the Hotel offers you everything you ask for to stay in tranquillity I also got to appreciate the restaurant, good local food and well worked by the Chef. Compliments!

Good hotel for a day or two. The swimming pool is a good place to relax and overall the hotel looks fine. Lights in the room are way too bright and not subtle at all. The water flow in the sink is very weak. Shower works fine, but is a bit outdated. The personnel is friendly, especially the guy at the reception. I have been to Art Hotel to celebrate a bachelorette party. We had great time and all the services requested were high quality services. Pool, lunch and spa were perfect.

Modern hotel. While the venue is not optimal, it's an easy drive into the city. Breakfast buffet is so-so - the coffee machine is a disgrace! Go to the bar and get your espresso there. Room was spacious enough, but really, no power outlets next to the bed?

The ambiance was okay, but the service was terrible. At breakfast, they asked everyone around them what kind of coffee they wanted, but skipped over me, a Chinese guest. When I asked for my room number, their attitude was extremely arrogant. If your hotel doesn't welcome Chinese guests, please don't list it on a Chinese platform. I do not recommend this to any Chinese citizens.

Well maintained, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, clean room.

Only two negatives- it was April and hot, but the hotel did not have the AC turned on. Afternoon sun baked our room. Second item- the hotel permitted a band or audio group to set up a large sound system and do hours of loud sound tests. The music was so loud, we were unable to stay in our room.

Quite noisy as there is little insulation between rooms and floors, particularly the plumbing in rooms above. Also, no air conditioning nor fan at all in my room. Very good breakfast and some nice staff. Not 4 star and not worth the price paid.

We were in Puglia for a cycling trip along the coast and stayed at Hotel Delle Palme for a few days before and after the trip. The hotel is lovely and the breakfasts are great. However, we wanted to comment on two staff in particular, Chiara and Tamara. Both were helpful, engaging and knowledgeable. They added to a great stay. By the way, Lecce is worth the visit.

We were only there for two days, but Matteo, one of the managers, made our stay amazing and truly exceptional!! Everyone was genuinely friendly and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was fantastic and the rooftop was a great spot for a drink. Given the heat in July, the free transportation to the beach was awesome. Be sure to book early. The fact that the beach reserved chairs for guests was great. The only complaint is I would stay on floor 1 or 2. The air conditioning on the 3rd floor was not as good.

Was a wonderful stay in a great hotel. Clean comfortable and they brought me a tea kettle so we were all set! Easy to just walk out the door into everything. All the staff were so nice at the hotel and we loved the breakfast buffet.

Hotel is very close to train station. Very convenient for hopping on a train to get to hotel and to next destination. No convenience store in close proximity and hence difficult to buy tooth paste and tooth brush that hotel doesn't provide. Only one kebab shop is in close proximity to the hotel and if you do not like kebab you have to walk quite a distance for food.

The hotel is next to the scenic spot, quaint and charming, with a view at every step. The service is also very considerate. They introduced us to the delicious restaurants around us after we checked in. It is in the ZTL area. Wonderful stay at Palazzo Sant’Anna We just returned from three weeks in Italy and our stay at Palazzo Sant’Anna was definitely one of the highlights. We where the second family to occupying this room and there where many things missing (sofa or chairs, tissue paper, mirror, etc). The owner was very good and tried her best to help. The cleaning person did not was the cups and/ or change the towels one day.

This is the third time we have visited Lecce and we were lucky enough to find Marco on our first visit. We have stayed at both of his properties which are immaculately clean and very close to all that the beautiful City of Lecce has to offer. We have just bought a property on the outskirts and are starting to renovate….. Marco has gone out of his way to help by providing us with names of builders...

I could have given it 4 stars but the fact that the room smelled so much of tobacco forced me to give it a lower rating.
