Clean and nicely decorated. No bidet and toilet roll far from the toilet. No balcony in the room.The staff at breakfast was unhelpful and unkind. The breakfast was lacking...no hot food...the coffee was cold...disappointed as we judge hotels by the breakfast offered.We expected something better from a three star hotel.

Mediocre place for Lido di Jesolo.

Small room, small bathroom, small shower, big bed, erratic internet, average breakfast (new Lavazza coffee machine was nice), friendly staff. Not really great value for money, but in high season you can't be chosey.

I've stayed in more than fifty different hotels and apartments in Jesolo, this hotel is okay among them.

We were on a family vacation. We were scared because Booking canceled our reservation for some reason. Regardless, the hotel reserved the room for us. We were perfectly satisfied with everything. The owner, the staff, everyone is nice and friendly. the room is clean and tidy. Air conditioning, refrigerator, balcony. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. I recommend to everyone

the staff is unfriendly and rude, especially the receptionist with the glasses. The noise is incredibly loud, and we heard everything what happened in the room next to us. Breakfast is terrible, it is not as promised, you can’t get the second coffee because they make you pay for it 10€. i would suggest go to another hotel to experience a better vacation.

I was in this structure by booking with booking from 17 to 19 June. Reservation made with credit card as guarantee around mid-April. We arrived, there were two of us, around 10 in the morning and first we were told that until 14 we would not have the room. Understandable, no problem, we asked to be able to change somewhere and leave our luggage to be able to go to the beach and come back in the afternoon to get the room. We are told that there is no luggage storage service, that those who book on booking cannot take advantage of the place on the hotel beach but that we could change in the bathroom leaving our luggage in a corner. Difficult to write down the rudeness of the ways but so be it. At that point I ask if I can park the motorcycle in the hotel parking lot and the answer is that that too would have been available from 2 pm but, since the vehicles must be available to the owner of the hotel to be moved, he does not he feels like moving the bike so I am invited to find a different solution. I make a face, I am pointed out by the owner that if it doesn't suit me I can go back directly at 2 pm, I reply that in fact I will have to go back at 2 pm since I do not have a room before and he tells me that it is already a long time that he gives us to change. In the afternoon the best of our stay arrives: having booked a superior room, the description of the hotel website provides a series of situations that I have not encountered: rocking chair for relaxation (just see the photo), courtesy slippers (the mine, probably), king size bed (in reality they were two singles placed close to each other), mini bar (a nice empty cube disconnected from the power supply but in fact the site did not mention a full bar fridge). In an attempt to take a shower I was unable to find the system to switch the water supply from the hand shower to the shower head, I asked the reception, I was told to have to wait for the owner who was out. At that point I get nervous, I point out that I cannot drink from the fridge, I cannot swing on the balcony, I cannot stay on the beach, I cannot park but at least I would like to shower when I want and not when the owner is in the structure since seems to be the only one who knows how the shower works. The concierge replies that I should write a review and that if it depended on him he would manage it differently, I understand solidarity but he is still paid to admire this example of management, but for all this I am paying 122 euros per day for night and breakfast. After a few minutes the owner arrives, points out that maybe I'm not familiar with the hotel and explains how I should switch the function. I reply annoyed that maybe I am not used to going to hotels but that as soon as I got home I would have done a review as all customers should do. The next morning I pay the bill for that

Bad experience. I just found out that many people on google were saying the same thing about the noise; the fact that you are not able to sleep because of the live that is playing music EVERY NIGHT till 1 o clock.
The other people next to us also complain about that and we have seen that in the other reviews, there was no possible help from the hotel that literally doesn’t care about our sleep quality.
I am not even an english speaker but belgian (french speaking) and even though we are trying our best to speak a bit of italian, I think that the least they can do is to speak english.

+ The toilet was broken, the breakfast guy seems to be annoyed of everyone and is doing the bare minimum (the only pleasant waiter was the very young one)
The staff (at the exception of the receptionist with the glasses) is not friendly.
Nothing was included except the breakfast even though promises were different.
The wifi is broken and even though they promote it since our arrival, it only works at the reception.
In conclusion, If you don’t speak italian and you want to sleep well,
I recommend you to avoid this place.

We have booked double room with mini-bar, bath, etc. However in reality there was a small room for one person, without it all , with just one power socket. Administration of this hotel told us that there is no other option , that the hotel is all occupied despite of that fact that we booked another double room. But why do we have to pay for something absolute different ? Finally, we had to go out at late evening to find another better hotel.
