Beautiful garden, pool with free towels, private beach access with sunbeds and umbrellas. Near many restaurants, bus stop to Palermo. Rooms towards the sea with a balcony and much better than on the road

Hotel staff was excellent and spoke very good English. Breakfast was great, had hot and cold selections and good service. Location and view were outstanding and a nice walk to either the beach or city center

Friendly, well-organised with a swimming pool. Rooms very spacious and clean as are the bathrooms. 20 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of Italy where the sea is crystal clear.

Pool was unfortunately empty of water, so we had to get vouchers for the private beach daily

Our room was very clean and had plenty of space with a very nice bathroom and excellent shower. A bit dated but who cares when it is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The best boutique hotel I have ever stayed. Beautifully decorated, great service, delicious breakfast and the restaurant is very good with local food. It is also easy to access the beach.

Very close to the beach with a hidden shortcut. Service, food, room, cleaning, everything was top notch. We will definitely come back

Stayed 5 nights to really relax and we were positively surprised at every turn. So good to come back to the pool when the beach got too busy. Had a room with private jacuzzi which was excellent

The B&B, a conversion of a Sicilian modernist villa has lots of design elements, is spacious, contemporary, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing

The front desk helped us get bus tickets, told us when the beaches get busy. We couldn’t have had a better stay if we tried. It was so beautiful to see so many Italians staying here! For us that is how we know its good

Monello beach is about a 30 minute drive from Palermo, making it a good place to stay after/before the airport. This hotel has large, clean rooms and a nice pool. 10 minute walk to the beach and into town to eat

I highly recommend to spend the few extra quid because the view is absolutely stunning. Our room was spacious with a little fridge, which came handy. The room was cleaned daily with a fresh towels each day

Perfect sea views from our room and most of the hotel. Has a beautiful pool and private swimming cove. We loved spending our day here compared to going to mondello beach

There is not a sand beach around the hotel, only a small beach with rocks but it didn't bother us

Breakfast is buffet style and contains everything you need. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool facilities. You can choose from 3 pools or you can access the sea from beside the pool area

Very nice and quiet hotel, only 10 min walk from the beach, very friendly and helpful stuff. I read the reviews and expected it to be very old, but it turned out to be better than I expected

The rooms are outdated, however shower was great and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is horrible, not even worth to get even though its free. The area is near Mondello Beach, walking distance 10 minutes

The nice bedroom and bed with mattress in memory, good location, the bathroom is equipped with sanitary suspended, large shower, kitchenette, fridge with water and fruit, great tv in room and sofa bed

We organised a 4 day conference for which we received lots of positive feedback, and a good part of it was thanks to the hotel staff. The food was also great (I miss those croissants for breakfast)

The BB offers services such as beach umbrella and chairs to be transported directly on the beach and a private parking within walking distance (about 250m far)

Good pasta and fast service, though nothing special. Prices were fair. Drinks are very fair. The view is amazing, sitting directly at the beach terrace.

We stayed in December at the bottom of low season, so the pool was closed. We visited the roof top bar, but It was a tad chilly to stay. However, this is a great hotel located near the beach

The whole property and their rooms are absolutely immaculate - every day our room was sparkling! The cleaners are amazing - the pool area is gorgeous and a lovely place to relax - the pool has enough sun loungers for every guest so no need to get up early and fight for a chair - amazing! - the quality of the rooms is great

5hrs to get to table from leaving) and tables were left full of dirty plates for hours after people left their tables, which could be seen from the pool/balconies - the hotel couldn’t really deal with allergies which was strange as they emailed asking me about any allergies a week before

We always had to ask every morning for an ingredient list and once they brought out some shop bought muffins with the label on it - disappointing. We had a welcome gift with a nut (our allergen) in it upon our arrival

B & b in an excellent position just a few steps from the sea. Comfortable rooms immersed in a well-kept garden where an excellent breakfast is served based on delicious homemade cakes

This is the place where you will feal like home but with a lot of privacy and the best breakfast ! Has all the futures and confort you need ! The yard is full with trees, flowers and a lot of places to sit and relax
